H&R Block Tax Software Activation Code

Poor product and no service with a simple problem. I purchased the H&R Block Deluxe Tax Software (Deluxe DL,2023) with instructions to go website to enter the activation code. No /ERD shows up but sites to enter activation codes for other H&R Block tax programs show up. I have tried for several hours to get to the proper site to enter the activation code for the Deluxe Tax Software (Deluxe DL,2023) but to no avail. Trying to get help online is terrible. This may be the last year that I used H&R Block tax software because being unable with the difficultly to download and install the software is wasting hours of my time.

H&R Block Main Office - I Haven't Received 2023 Taxes

My husband and I haven’t received our taxes. We went to h&r block to resolve this issue. They were no help. We have the peace of mind and still we were told that it wasn’t their problem. Our taxes had been put on a debit card we DO NOT have. We were told it was our problem and we haven’t heard anything again from emerald card or H&R block. They refuse to reissue our money. We WONT be going to them this year because of this. Shame on H&R Block!!!

My last tax preparer retired so we have tried H&R Block. We have rental businesses and a trade business. 2021: apex $4,000.00 error, including inserting numbers in the wrong category. 2022, $10,000.00 error. NOT HAPPY!!!

I been having the same issue with my taxes since the year of 2020 both customer service people hung up in my face twice and H&R Block was working with Lugg Inc the change my tax return year from 2019 to 2020 it shows that my w8 and w9 was updated and they put that I had my own business in the year of 2019 and it’s unconstitutional.
