Reach Out To Ebay Corporate Office – Review and Complaints 

Ebay, I ordered a Rocketbook through Ebay but received the wrong item, and there’s no reference to it in my purchase history. I’ve tried calling 408-376-7400 multiple times, but the call always disconnects. There’s no clear way to contact a real person for help. This experience has made me very hesitant to shop on Ebay again.

Ebay, Suspended account. I was looking for a transmission, but couldn’t use my account because it was suspended. I was unable to pay the $3.59 from the old account because I had to wait for an email with a link to do it. 3 business days! Our purchase was cancelled and money refunded. When I called customer service from 4/24-4/29 no one, after being transferred all over the place, put on hold for over 30 minutes and was hung up on. I was told they cannot open the account until that is paid but I am unable to do that because the minute I log in it tells me in big red letters that my account has been suspended. So then because I couldn’t verify a phone number on the old account from 20 years ago, the person couldn’t help because they have to follow the process and if I couldn’t remember the old landline number they can’t help me…Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Oh and don’t try calling Corporate because there is a recording to pick a prompt and when I do the person I am calling is unavailable and it hangs up!!!!! I was so angy by the time I got transferred for the ??? Times I hung up!…..

Ebay, Stop sending me emails! I have closed my account & unsubscribed. I have wasted hours of my valuable time trying to communicate to you on your

website but found no way to email or phone customer service. You keep sending me “user agreement” emails. So, please inform your CEO that if I receive one more email from Ebay,

Ebay, Kisautomotor is one of your Sellers. I ordered a bluetooth Earpiece from them in February 2025 paying $68.56 for the pictured and verbally described earpiece. They mailed me some charging station and when I inquired about my earpiece I was informed it would be here no later than 4/11. When I didn’;t arrive I asked the Seller about it and they claimed I had ordered the charging station. Since then they have continuously lied and even changed the verbage in the ad. I have the order confirmation telling me had ordered a a Bluetooth earpiece. This Ebay seller will not send me an earpiece or a refund. All I have gotten is the run-around from Ebay, even a phone number that says it is outside working hours in the middle of the workday. I am so tired of this. I can order an earpiece from someone else but I want my refund. I have offered to return the charging station but that has been ignored. Do you stand by your customers or not?

Ebay, Unresolved Dispute Led Me to Close My Account. I placed an order with a seller, and it was extremely difficult to get a tracking number. When I finally received it, the post office claimed the package was delivered—but not to me or my address. After speaking with the postmaster, I was informed that the seller was using different tracking numbers for different addresses and names. Even though the tracking details showed my name, I never received the package. I filed a claim for a refund and even provided the postmaster’s contact information for verification. However, eBay still denied my refund request. The seller has since canceled all their listings, yet they got away with it. After 1,692 positive feedback ratings, I’ve decided to close my account. Ebay lost a loyal customer, and I’ll be switching to other platforms like Amazon, AliExpress, and Temu. Shame on Ebay for allowing this to happen!
