Cricket, Frustrating Customer Service and Lack of Respect. Dealing with Cricket’s customer service has been an incredibly frustrating experience. It seems like the system is mostly AI now, and unfortunately, it often misunderstands basic things—like treating a title as a first name. Not everyone is comfortable being addressed casually by their first name, and it’s disappointing to see basic respect disappearing from customer interactions.

I was promised one billing due date, only to receive a completely different one—three days earlier. When I called to ask why, I was told it was somehow my fault for the confusion, even though the incorrect information came directly from Cricket. To make matters worse, you now have to be signed in through Google or Apple to access certain information. I choose not to use those platforms, and because of that, I’m effectively locked out of my own account information—and when I raised the issue, it was brushed off. I came to this site looking for contact details for Cricket’s corporate leadership, because I believe the only way to truly be heard now is to go back to pen and paper, the way things used to get done—with accountability.

Cricket Disappointing Customer Service

Cricket, No care for loyal customers. I have contacted them several times to no avail. My insurance company has a bill pay option I used to pay and the lady from my insurance even called Cricket to explain that I am disabled and have a life threatening heart issue and that it is vital I have my phone. The Insurance lady even gave them the transaction number and all information and they still refused to wait on payment to reach corporate office. They tried charging more money or disconnecting. I have been with Cricket for years and couldn’t believe how they treated me. They don’t care for their customers. So tonight if someone hasn’t checked the mail or entered in the payment then I get disconnected and if something happens to me I or my spouse will take them to court.

Cricket, Cannot resolve issues! We have been with Cricket Wireless for 9 years. Recently I realized that I did not have International Long Distance any more. They refuse to put it back on, they refuse to credit me. It is time to move on to another carrier.

Cricket Disappointing Experience

Cricket lost a loyal customer over an error on their part! I’ve been a long time Cricket customer enrolled in autopay for years. I was told my credit card info was expiring, so I updated it on the site, weeks before my bill was due. I then received a text from them saying they couldn’t process my autopay. I logged into the website and chatted with a rep. He saw I had updated my info and said they had made an error, and I was good to go. I then received another text saying they could not process my autopay. So, I called customer service and gave them my card info again. A couple of days later, they said they could not process it, and shut my phone off. So, I had to pay a $10 fee, plus my regular bill to get my service back again, using the same card info I had given them. I got my service back, but when I called to tell them they had made an error several times and I’d like a $10 credit for their error and all the time involved, they refused. I asked for a supervisor, and she ended up getting rude with me, despite me being patient and polite. She refused to admit their error or give me a $10 credit. I have no choice but to find another carrier, as I no longer trust them. Just terrible business on their part.

Cricket Disappointing Return Issue

Cricket, 0 rating because I was given false information to in order to make a sale by your worker. I lost my phone and went to get another one found my phone that same day. Tried returning the new phone the very next day only to be denied my refund. I need someone from corporate to contact me immediately. I want the person fired as well who is responsible.
