The Caffe Borborne that you sell for Nespresso original machine broke my Nespresso machine amongst other customers from negative reviews. I only made one cup and it broke the machine while making that cup. Evidently, the aluminum is far too strong. My machine has worked perfectly until now. It’s very frustrating. They are very expensive and I simply can’t afford to replace it.

One of your employees is not a very good person. I’m not sure what type of background check Amazon conducts on their employees, I sold a vehicle to an individual who works for Amazon in Fort Worth Texas on December 19/2023, and I submitted a Vehicle Transfer Notification with the DMV State of TX, I canceled my toll tag account, I canceled my Auto insurance. This individual had an accident on Jan 5, 2024, and he put a claim with my insurance company the same policy that I had canceled on 12.19.2023. Then today Jan 27, 2024, in the mail arrives a bill from the NORTH TEXAS TOLLWAY AUTHORITY, a bill for almost $700 Dollars in tolls. I’ve been having a difficult time reaching someone at Amazon to discuss this matter that involves one of their employees. I hope someone in HR sees this and gets in touch with me to discuss this situation.

Amazon Delivery Issue

Delivered To the Wrong City! When contacting Amazon’s customer service automated and a live person today, 1/26/24, I found that no one really cared about the reason I never received my order that showed it was delivered on 1/25/24. Tracking the order through their own tracking system shows it was delivered to the wrong City; nowhere near where I actually live nor the address on the order. You would think Amazon would want to know that items are being delivered to the wrong addresses. They might try to rectify this by making sure the delivery address on the order actually matches the address where the item was ordered which should match the correct street as well as the correct City/State.

Amazon Unauthorized Charges

3 months and still no refund! There was an issue with unauthorized purchases on my credit card and long story short, Amazon charges were reversed. Although it was my fault for not more carefully researching the purchases, most of the Amazon items were returned anyway and should have been refunded. Amazon ultimately recharged another credit card on my account, for items that were already returned/received by Amazon, now I’m fighting to get my money back. Although Amazon keeps telling me they will resolve the issue, nothing has happened so far and they do not return my emails or respond in any way. So much work on my part and still nothing. It’s $400 so I’m not giving up!
