CVS Pharmacy Corporate Office and CVS Health

Searches for the CVS Pharmacy corporate office generally refer to CVS Health headquarters in Woonsocket. CVS Pharmacy is one of the major businesses operated by CVS Health Corporation.

For a retail store, pharmacy, prescription, receipt, coupon, ExtraCare or in-store photo complaint, contact the local store first and then CVS Pharmacy Customer Service at 1-800-746-7287.

If the member does not have an ID card, call 1-800-552-8159; TTY: 711.

MinuteClinic Patient Support

CVS Health Ethics and Compliance

Call the confidential CVS Health Ethics Line at 1-877-287-2040 or use the official online reporting system for concerns involving ethics, compliance, fraud, waste, abuse, retaliation, business conduct or possible policy violations.

The Ethics Line is available to colleagues, contractors, suppliers, customers and community members. Reports may be submitted anonymously where permitted.

CVS Caremark Corporate Office and Headquarters

CVS Caremark is part of CVS Health Corporation. Searches for the CVS Caremark corporate office or Caremark headquarters may therefore lead to the CVS Health corporate address at One CVS Drive in Woonsocket.

Caremark members should not begin with the headquarters switchboard for prescription-benefit questions. Use the number printed on the member ID card because support, formulary, prior-authorization and mail-order contacts can vary by plan.

When no card is available, Caremark lists 1-800-552-8159; TTY: 711.

CVS HR, Colleague Relations and Employment Contacts

CVS Health does not publish one universal public Human Resources number for every current colleague, former colleague, applicant, payroll question, benefits issue, W-2 request, leave matter or workplace complaint.

CVS Health Colleague Relations

Colleague Relations provides guidance involving workplace experience, employee relations, accommodations and interactions between colleagues and leaders.

Current CVS Health Colleagues

Current colleagues should also use their manager, next-level leader, ColleagueZone, Workday and the appropriate benefits, payroll, leave, safety, ethics or workplace-support channel.

CVS Health Job Applicants

Applicants should use the official CVS Health Careers website. Accommodation requests may be directed to Colleague Relations.

Do not post employee IDs, Social Security numbers, pay statements, tax records, schedules, medical information, disciplinary records, application credentials or private manager information in public comments.

How to Escalate a CVS Complaint

  1. Identify the CVS business involved: Determine whether the complaint concerns CVS Pharmacy, CVS.com, ExtraCare, CVS Caremark, CVS Specialty, MinuteClinic, Aetna, a local store or another CVS Health operation.
  2. Begin with the local or specialized contact: Contact the store, pharmacy, clinic, member-support team or customer-care department that has access to the relevant account or record.
  3. Document the issue: Save receipts, prescription labels, order confirmations, claim notices, denial letters, delivery records, chat transcripts and previous replies.
  4. Request a case number: Ask how the complaint is being tracked and retain the reference number.
  5. Ask for supervisor review: Request escalation to a store manager, pharmacy manager, district leader, Customer Relations supervisor, Caremark team, MinuteClinic support team or Specialty CareTeam.
  6. Request written confirmation: Obtain written confirmation of any refund, prescription correction, account change, shipment update, benefit decision or promised follow-up.
  7. Use the corporate address for an unresolved formal concern: Mail copies rather than original documents to CVS Health Corporation, One CVS Drive, Woonsocket, RI 02895.
  8. Use an outside route when appropriate: Pharmacy licensing, prescription safety, insurance, privacy, Medicare, Medicaid, billing and patient-care issues may also involve a state board, insurer, health plan, regulator or other appropriate organization.

What to Include in a CVS Corporate Complaint

  • CVS store number and location
  • Order, receipt, case or claim number
  • Date and approximate time of the transaction or incident
  • Division involved, such as CVS Pharmacy, Caremark, Specialty or MinuteClinic
  • Names or roles of previous representatives contacted
  • A short timeline of the issue
  • Copies of relevant receipts, notices, emails or screenshots
  • The support routes already used
  • The specific correction or resolution requested

Provide prescription numbers, member IDs, medical information and payment records only through secure official channels. Do not place sensitive records in a public review.

CVS Pharmacy and Prescription Complaints

Pharmacy complaints may involve refill delays, missing prescriptions, incorrect quantities, medication availability, insurance rejections, prescription transfers, controlled-substance policies, vaccine scheduling, long wait times or communication with pharmacy staff.

Contact the local pharmacy and ask for the pharmacist-in-charge or pharmacy manager when appropriate. Then contact CVS Pharmacy Customer Service at 1-800-746-7287 if the local pharmacy does not resolve the concern.

For a possible prescription error, unexpected reaction or urgent medication need, contact the pharmacist, prescriber or an appropriate medical professional promptly. Do not wait for a corporate-office response when immediate medical attention may be needed.

CVS Caremark, Mail Order and PBM Complaints

Caremark complaints may involve:

  • Mail-order prescription delays
  • Prior authorization
  • Formulary coverage
  • Benefit denials
  • Member ID cards
  • Prescription pricing
  • App or account access
  • Missing or damaged deliveries
  • Refill timing
  • Pharmacy network questions

Call the Customer Care number on the member ID card. Keep denial notices, prior-authorization correspondence, order confirmations, tracking information and plan communications.

CVS.com, Mobile App, ExtraCare and Online Orders

Call 1-888-607-4287 for concerns involving:

  • CVS.com login or password problems
  • Mobile-app errors
  • Online orders
  • Photo orders
  • Digital receipts
  • Prescription-management tools
  • Account verification
  • Orders marked delivered but not received

For an ExtraCare reward, card, ExtraBucks or account problem, call 1-800-746-7287.

MinuteClinic Complaints and Patient-Safety Concerns

MinuteClinic Patient Support can be reached at 1-866-389-2727 for visits, billing, records, appointments and care concerns.

Document the clinic location, date, type of visit, provider, billing notice and previous support contacts. Keep medical information private.

MinuteClinic also provides an external patient-safety complaint route through The Joint Commission when a care or safety concern was not properly addressed.

CVS Specialty Medication and Delivery Complaints

Specialty-pharmacy complaints may involve medication access, prior authorization, refill status, shipment delays, temperature-sensitive packages, billing, payment, app access or communication with the CareTeam.

Keep the medication name, order date, shipment date, tracking information, delivery condition, billing notice and prior case numbers. Contact the prescribing clinician promptly if a delayed or damaged shipment may interrupt treatment.

Store Cleanliness, Staffing and Customer-Service Complaints

For a complaint involving store cleanliness, merchandise, checkout, staffing, pharmacy lines, employee conduct or local management:

  1. Identify the exact store.
  2. Record the date, time and department.
  3. Speak with the store or pharmacy manager.
  4. Take photographs when relevant and lawful.
  5. Call CVS Pharmacy Customer Service.
  6. Request a case number and district-level review when necessary.

One store experience does not necessarily represent every CVS location. Specific store details help the company route the complaint correctly.

Unfamiliar CVS, Caremark or MinuteClinic Charges

An unfamiliar charge could relate to a CVS Pharmacy purchase, CVS.com order, prescription, clinic visit, Caremark mail order, specialty medication, photo order, delivery authorization, family account or insurance transaction.

Review receipts, prescriptions, account history, insurance claims and household activity. If the charge remains unfamiliar, contact the applicable CVS department and the card issuer or financial institution.

For help researching confusing retail, pharmacy or health-care billing descriptions, visit How to Investigate an Unrecognized Bank or Card Charge.

CVS Scam and Fake Support Warning

Be cautious of fake CVS support numbers, pharmacy phishing messages, refund scams, prescription-recovery offers, gift-card giveaways, fake coupons and account-unlock links.

  • Verify contacts through CVS.com, CVSHealth.com, Caremark.com or CVSSpecialty.com.
  • Do not disclose passwords or one-time security codes.
  • Do not provide remote access to a computer or phone.
  • Do not send payment through gift cards, cryptocurrency, wire transfers or unfamiliar payment applications.
  • Do not provide complete prescription, Medicare, Social Security, bank or payment-card information to an unverified caller.
  • Verify unexpected refund, delivery, pharmacy and account messages through an official support route.

CVS Reviews and Complaints

Five reader submissions are currently visible on this CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com page, dated from January 2 through April 14, 2025.

Reported themes include:

  • Difficulty signing into the CVS Caremark app
  • Mail-order prescriptions requiring inconvenient postal pickup
  • Lost or delayed prescriptions at a local pharmacy
  • Pharmacy communication and customer-service concerns
  • Long pharmacy lines
  • Dirty or poorly stocked stores
  • Online orders marked delivered but not received
  • Long telephone holds and disconnected calls

These submissions describe individual reader experiences and do not establish that every CVS Pharmacy, Caremark plan, MinuteClinic, specialty-pharmacy order or customer-support contact will have the same result.

No reliable aggregate star rating is currently displayed on this page. A useful CVS review should identify the location or division, approximate date, type of problem, support route used, whether a case number was provided and whether the matter was resolved.

CVS Caremark App Terrible Experience

April 14, 2025

CVS Caremark App is Terrible! The App is impossible to sign into. I know my username and password because I wrote them down the last time CVS made me change them. If they “don’t match your records,” then your records are wrong, not me. Also, why is the USPS insisting that I have to come to the post office to pick up my prescription? That defeats the purpose of having it delivered. The post office is only open when I’m at work. It was easier to just take a paper prescription from my doctor to my local pharmacy and stand in line. Either way, it’s inconvenient for me. Use some of the money you waste on executives and the big shareholders to help your customers instead.

CVS Santa Clarita CA Disappointing

March 21, 2025

CVS, Filthy. The CVS on Soledad Canyon in Santa Clarita California has always been unkept, under stocked and looks like a random dirty store in the ghetto waiting in pharmacy lines(long) people are always disgusting the dirt, sticky spills in the trays with random supplies. Shelves throughout the store are all the same. Next time I will take photos.

CVS Online Order Issue

January 3, 2025

CVS, Online order. I received a text that order was delivered. It was not. Multiple calls to customer service resulted in the same treatment – the automated system said there may be a survey at end of call. Calls answered by foreign speaking agents difficult to understand. When asked why customers received texts telling them an order was delivered when the product was not, they said this happens sometimes. They would be very happy to transfer me to the specialty team who can help. Calls are left on hold for many minutes, as long as 45 minutes until being disconnected. I think the calls are left hanging until disconnected because the company contracted to handle customer service does not want bad reviews if the customer was allowed to connect to a survey Or CVS just doesn’t care about customers. This is the first time I used CVS for online purchase. CVS Failed. I do not want to do business with a company like this.

CVS Pharmacy Disappointing Customer Service

January 2, 2025

CVS, Pharmacy. It’s unacceptable for anyone, especially someone needing essential medication like insulin for their child, to feel they must plead for a prescription. Situations like this reflect poorly on customer care and could potentially lead to serious consequences.
