VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Spouse was life-flighted and had to cancel the trip. We had a cruise booked from January 8 to January 13, 2024 to the Western Caribbean. My husband was life-flighted with multiple heart attacks and a GI bleed on January 5th. When I contacted Carnival to request a refund or trip credit for a future cruise they said “We don’t do that” Very disappointing!! We are out over $2000 since Carnival would not help in this critical situation. Do Not cruise with Carnival!!!!

Many cruises with Carnival. Cruised to Alaska from Seattle on 5/18th. On the first day of the cruise, I was hit by a sliding door on the 9th door. The door closed on me and resulting in my being thrown to the floor. Resulting in back of the head on the 6-inch baseboard hitting the back of the head. Stitches were required. Was told on the day before we were to debark the ship, I would need to go to my private physician when I returned home. No mention as to who would pay for the removal of the stitches. Doctor was

seen on 5/30 removed the stitches; told I had skull fracture where the head on the baseboard.

My friend, myself and my companion booked a cruise for September 16 to September 23, 2023 on the Venezia, out of New York to Canada. We asked for early dining at 6:00 PM. We asked for this time because we are diabetics and have to eat at regular times each day. I also have heart failure, mini-strokes, and my diabetes is called “Brittle Diabetes”. My friend, Joanne Maffei, received the 6:00 PM dinner seating but my companion, Charlotte Spicer, and I were put on the “Wait List”. This dinner- time seating disrepency is extremely upsetting and disturbing. I have spoken to many, many Carnival representatives and have been told nothing can be done to bring this problem to an equitable solution. Any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated. I am a long time Carnival cruiser and would like to keep the positive image I have about your organization. Many thanks for your time and attention in this matter. in
