After 19 years and 6 months Verizon e-mailed and texted me. They claimed I owed them $146.00. I looked at my recent credit card statement and noted they had automatically deducted $73.00 like they have done all these years. With all the scams on the internet I wanted to talk to an agent to straighten this out. Eventually I spoke to an agent who informed me that talking to her would cost me $10.00. I ask how cheap can you get? I agreed to pay $10.00. The agent said she would transfer me to someone else so I could complain about the $10.00 charge. Guess what? I got disconnected.

This is the 2nd letter that follows from the initial letter seen below. The Tech was great and fixed these problems: The computer was connected to smart printer, and the security problems were corrected. Both of these issues would need a Tech and the customer could not fix this. Alexa was fixed. The 5th TV box was disconnected. Unfortunately, the 4th TV was functioning when the 5th box was intact. But as of yesterday, the 4th TV has no sound and after the Tech from your chat room worked on it with me, the picture became Spanish. Now the TV has no sound and is seen in Spanish. This could not be taken care or after 2 hours with this Tech who could hardly speak English and now, I will be waiting for 24 hours to see what else is going to go wrong if they fix it. Then another Tech got on the phone and stated that I am still connected To Consumer Cellular because there is no transfer code to keep my phone numbers. Therefore, I do not have a phone number with Xfinity and Verizon even though I have their equipment and using all as of right now. I spoke with CC and they sent me the 2nd set of transfer numbers. It was stated that this done on 7/28/2023 when your salespeople in Bolingbrook completed the order. I have the numbers. But when I went online to send it, the virus alert went on because this site used by you was contaminated. This gets worse. The only solution is 1. use the lawyer to suit everyone at Xfinity, 2. send this email out to all customers and social media. Advice, DO NOT GO WITH XFINITY AND VERIZON. I did not need this and any other problem.

Straight Talk Problem – only regimented off-shore customer service to contact. Their protocols will not let me move my Phone number to a new phone. Phone destroyed.
