  1. Johnson & Johnson does not always praise nurses and their ads are not always true. I worked as a nurse for the J&J family in Concord, Mass. and the nurses were treated like dogs. Many were fired for no just cause. I had to take them to court just to get what was owed to me. Oh, when the elderly Johnson family member died, they put her cat outside to freeze to death!

  2. Just called customer service at 1:50 PM in the afternoon on Thursday, April 23, 2015. They were closed for a staff meeting and the message said to call back in 2 hours! Not only is this idiotic for a customer service department to be unavailable during the middle of the day during the middle of a work week, but for the message to say to call back in 2 hours is very non-specific. 2 hours from what? When did the meeting start and when will it end? If I call just as it's getting out I'm supposed to wait another two hours until re-calling? Obviously they don't want to handle the call in a customer friendly manner.

  3. J & J has poor products and even more poor Customer Service. I just called their HQ phone number 1-732-524-0400 and got hung up on, which is a guaranteed way to lose customers permanently. The complaint is on J&J Waterproof Tough Strips that I bought because of a difficult area to put a bandaid between my index and middle fingers: It did not adhere worth anything and I had the surface clean and dry. I had to tape it down with extra 3M one inch wide tape. Then I went to Wallgreens Pharmacy where I had paid $4.79 + our 9% sales tax for the J & J product 3-8137-004833-6 (bar code)to get proof of price because I had lost my sales receipt. I then went to Wal-Mart and bought a much better product, their brand Equate Strong Strips bandages, Heavy-duty durability cloth strips for $1.94 for 20 bandages at less than HALF the cost of the J & J product and this Wal-Mart product really holds to the skin well and is a 100 times better product. No, I do not expect J & J to post this complaint.

    1. I agree with the above comment. I too purchased the 'waterproof tough strips.' It did not stick to my finger. I used more than a half a box in two days and had to use white paper tape to get to stick. Very, very poor product. I will be sending a letter to J&J today to advise of my dissatisfaction with this product. Save your money, purchase another brand!!!!!

  4. Evidently J & J does not like Complaints so they make it difficult to post the truth about one of their many overpriced products.

  5. I don't know why these women are suing Johnson and Johnson for using their talcum product. I'm 67 and 30 years ago they were telling women not to use talc in their 'nether' regions due to possible cancer connection. We knew it back then. Not news. But how can they say that talc caused their cancers in the first place? How about all the women that used talcum powder and never got cancer...like me? I used it all during my 20's and 30's as did my sister and mother. We never got ovarian cancer. It's crazy. Just an excuse to get some money out of big companies.

  8. I, and several others, will never buy another product with your name on it. Your entitled spoiled brat of an heiress, Jazz Johnson-Merton was exhibiting at a horse show, the Hampton Classic Horse Show and fell off because she is a lousy rider. She immediately got up and kicked her horse, Joe Cool, in the stomach. What is THAT all about??? What a spoiled little brat that should own NO animal. What a complete disgrace to the Johnson & Johnson Founder, her great Grandfather R Wood Johnson. Animal abuse on top of everything else, your company has fallen SO far from grace it will never recover. Doubt you will post this as the entitled little spoiled animal abuser brat will make sure it isn't seen. The video is on Facebook and everyone is watching it and are as disgusted as I am. What a miserable excuse for a human being she is.

I had a Depuy sigma total knee implant fail after the first day and after dealing with the complaint people and being promised that they would help solve the issues I was having with the Depuy sigma. After 3 years and many different doctors I was finally able to find a revision specialist to fix the problems associated with a failure and this past Monday which would of been 2-19-2018 I got the surgery and come to find out the whole implant failed and that I've been walking or may I use the term dragging my right leg. This surgery that was planned out and the doctor only thinking that the plastic and the patellar tendon were the only things that needed to be revised and after they opened up my leg they found that it had caused a ripple effect and the whole implant had failed and all of it had to be removed and a newer edition put in its place. Don't let your doctors talk you into a Depuy product your chances of receiving something that does work are minimal at best.

I love J&J products but I have chosen to boycott all your products FOREVER due to your political views.Focus on making good products because us hard working americans who buy your products do not need to be subject to your one sided political views and opinions regarding political affairs because they are viewed as POLITICALLY CORRECT!!. There is another view of American life that always seems to be suppressed due to our one sided media and I for one have had enough!!.....by the way; the last time I checked the color of my money it was GREEN as well. I will forward this post to as many as my friends as possible and now it is time that the corporate world hears our message loud and clear!! J&J should remind itself that they have fierce and rival consumer product lines that can easily attend to my needs.
