Spark driver theft. I ordered on line one missing item received an email shipping from another Walmart a day or two later. I had made three calls I was directed to walk Erie, PA; 5 pm called told I would have it in an hour I called the store again. The manager claimed it was delivered. The SPARK driver never came or called. I live in a secure apartment building. He said well there’s just a scribble on the screen.. I was IRATE. I hope Spark fires the scum. I want to file charges against that person maybe with our a job and criminal charges he can work in a zoo… I can’t believe he stole cat litter.. I can’t believe Walmart return options only suggest a damaged item and to return it.

As a longtime WalMart shopper, I was shocked and disgusted by Corp decision to stop advertising on Twitter/X. I want to know WHY you have made this decision following the entirely FAKE TRICK played by a liberal player inserting FAKE VIDEO to “prove” that Twitter is allowing nefarious groups “advertising” on the platform? If the reason is because you just don’t like him then I’m through with you and I’ll move my grocery shopping back to KROGER.

Question how have you assisted me???

This is what originally happened,

Why is it I describe my house blue with black screen around porch, and house number post on pole in front of house. Yet my order was not delivered to me it was delivered to someone else we have checked with our neighbors and they have not received an order. Why am I the customer told by your employees to go walk my neighborhood and ask for my order? I paid for the order I paid for Walmart Plus but yet you treat me like I work for you? Where is my paycheck? Also, why is it that every time this happens I ask to talk to the store manager I get told they are not there either off tile next week and will call me back or just stepped out and will call me back? In 3 yrs out of about 30 TO 40 TIMES NOT 1 CALL WAS EVER RETURNED!!! WHY???? Even today I was told the store manager was not there and I would get a call back from someone else i have been on the phone since 10:30 this morning with the store the online help and your delivery company Spark that keeps saying they do not deliver for Walmart!!! Now it is 3:05 4hrs & 35 mins and I am still on the phone, on hold, with no food, no refund, no solution to the problem that YOUR STORE HAS and I am being punished as a customer for your employee’s mistake???!!! Why is it that I paid for my order and pay for Walmart Plus also, and I have about 3 or 4 orders delivered every week? This situation happens about once or twice a month??? Why???

You sent me a response that the people that I have been on the phone with all day will help me when for 7 & 1/2 hours they have not been able to help me… They do not even speak English, I do not think they understand me at all they continue to tell me to come to the store or go the the neighbor’s house to get my order!!! First of all, I do not work for Walmart I paid for my order to be delivered from 10:00 to 11:00 and I pay for Walmart plus every month, no where did I agree to go through my neighborhood knocking on doors asking for my Walmart order!!! Just to let you know my husband is disabled and I keep telling these employees of Walmart that, so if I leave & go search the neighbor’s house I have to have someone to be here with him!!! We live alone so this is not possible unless my son is in town. We do not have family here. We also live on a fixed income so when you guys mess up my card I have no money until 3 to 10 days after you guys fix you mess with all the charges!!! Last year we went 2 weeks without groceries because of 2 many charges from Walmart!!! This will not happen again!!! I need to talk to someone an American-speaking executive that can understand and help…

No, the online help can not assist me or help me, they do not even speak English. They do not understand the problem, they always say they are fixing it or someone will call you back. In 3 yrs I got 2 return calls from the same person after they saw I was not going to stop calling them. I was on the phone with the help desk and the store from 10:30 am EST time until after 5:30 pm EST time and finally received my order, around 6:00 pm EST time. All I got was, have a good day. I spent all day on the phone getting told to go to my neighbor’s house and ask for my order, well I went to the only brick house in the neighborhood and they had not seen an order from Walmart. Then at 4:00 pm or so a non-english boy shows up with a phone speaking to it and making me read what he said in Spanish translated to English. He tells me he delivered the order across the street, yet the picture he took was of a brick house ours is blue the neighbor’s house is yellow. The young guy said he was going to get the order from them. Then, an hour or two later, a young lady pulled up and dropped off the order. Now the order is finally here, I still have a 57.28 charge, 2.60 charge, & 49.74 charges, what is all of this for ??? How does a 57.28 order change to a 3-charge order with a total of 109:62??? Now after all the charges & changes on my credit card, my credit card is locked because of this mess!!! Why??? The online help people say these charges do not exist on the Walmart side, and that my card company is responsible for charges from Walmart, how is this???

16 times in a row my food was never delivered on the day it was supposed to be. 3 days later I never got it. They say “Oh sorry you can’t feed your 2 small children and they will go hungry but here’s 10 dollars to make it right” The heck with you guys. I pay monthly fees with a promise to have my food when I order it. Thanks for making my children starve and never getting my food. I waited 7 days to get my money back and had to go to food banks to be able to feed them. You guys are terrible and should be ashamed. Just terrible
