    1. Walmarts became a Telechecks store in the Richmond, VA. Area. Contractors who work so hard, after a hard weeks work were going to Walmarts super center for groceries, spending, $150.00 or more on Walmart
      Groceries and their checks were getting declined by a company named

  3. I recently made a purchase of a 32" flat screen tv, also a wall mount to hang the tv. I changed my mind about hanging the tv. When i tried to return the mount, which by the way is still in walmart original packaging, I was told I needed a printed out piece of paper in order to return it. I advised 2 separate managers that I make purchases online with my phone and I do not own a printer. They advised me that was not there problem and without a printed out piece of paper there was nothing they could do for me. I advised them that when I picked the tv and the mount up from the store I didn't have to show a piece of printed out paper in order to pick it up. They advised me once again that there is nothing they could do for me letting me know that walmart and walmart.com are 2 separate companies. This leads me to believe that a customer will lose out on any purchase made on walmat.com if any paperwork is lost in this process. This is unacceptable to me and I will make it my personal business to advise as many people through as many avenues as I possibly can about the way people are treated when trying to return a product under walmarts so called easy return policy! I have now cancelled my credit cards through walmart and personally refuse to make any more purchases through walmart or walmart.com! I consider myself to be a good customer and always make payments in a timely manner and if walmart and walmart.com are willing to treat me this way imagine how any other customer will be treated. All this occurred in a walmart store o. A Sunday and please keep in mind that I spoke with 2 separate managers one being a female and the other a male. I also spoke with a walmart.com customer service representative who also was unable to help. None of the three individuals even seemed like they cared to lose a customer or five as I do have a family. My suggestion to any other families is to stay away and support your local businesses, because as we all know times are hard these days without having to worry about getting burned by corporate giants. I will be posting this exact email word for word on as many review sites as I possibly can in order to help any other individuals or families make the same mistake I did!!!

  4. The Wal-Mart that I go to has no care for their customers. They have 28 registers but only 2 to 3 open at a time. The managers are just ad bad at trying to serve the customer acting like you are a burden to them or are lieing.

  5. hi i had worked for walmart and had quit on easter day and tryed to get my job back to day april 25th and they would not let me come back all though i have bene told that there has been many aother worker's have qiut and came back with no problem and now i have to wait 30 or 60days to redo my app. to get hired on to walmart and my store nuber 5088 and i would like for some one to do some thing for me! i have been there for 5months now and i love my job. i made an effort to come back in the store the next day to ASK FOR MY JOB BACK but dave c. would not let me have my job back but owell i will just have to find a nother job to pay my car payment and my cell phone bill.

    I find it amazing that Wal-Mart has such little reguard for people that is trying to help with the clean up in Alabama. If the bosses of the clean up crews can not print the checks on a computer Wal-Mart can not cash them. Maybe if a EF tornado hits in Bentonville there will be
    no help because the people that work there will not be able to eat same as in Alabama

  7. over the Memorial Day weekend the store in Thomaston Ga. asked to local VFW to STOP selling poppies. When I called to complain the Mrg. told me there had been a complaint and that THEY (WalMart) had to be politically correct. I told him the vets sell poppies on Memorial day weekend and Veterans day and asked if he didnt feel a little bit might be owed to those who made the ultimate sacrifice so that he could even have a store to manage. He quickly told me that he "Didnt answer to me and that I did not run his bussiness" Since that time I have called and complained and still HAVE NOT RECEIVED any contact from upper management. On the other hand the Manager in question has recieved COUNTLESS calls and complaints from not only around this country but around the world!!!! I am a supporter of the American Military and Wal-Mart customer and I EXPECT something to be done!

  8. Since Sam died Walmart don't give a crap. Its all about the ole mighty dollar to them. They wiped out all the mom and Pop stores and other stores that they could. Now they are in control and don't care about what anyone thinks.Being a employee sucks they treat you like a dog,being a customer sucks they only want your money. Some store managers are mental cases. Management has no clue how to run the stores. Walmart just don't care.

    1. Totally true. From an employee and customer's persepctive the managers don't care about anything. I didn't meet the manager of my department until my 90 day evaluation and have yet to meet any of the upper mangagers. The managers are often rude to customers and even worse to their employees.

I agree, at the walmart store in Espanola, NM one of the receiving people who work on the 4:00 to 11:00 shift goes around asking customers if they now where to get illegal pills.....thought walmart required drug testing????? and how crude is that, getting paid by walmart and asking customers to sell him pills.....that for sure tells you walmart doesn't care about anything but money.......

    5. Regardless of grammer skills or education level EVERYONE deserves the same respect from these idiots that run wal-mart. You see, wal mart is about money and their employees believe that a title, such as dept manager, gives them the power or right to treat others any way they choose. The bottom line is Wal mart has completely crushed the little man and, unfortunately, continues to kick them while they are down.
      With that being said, here is my complaint. I was sitting at home around 11 pm last night (Friday night) and was craving something sweet. I decided that some Ben and Jerrys ice cream was what I wanted. So I drove 20 minutes to wal mart for some ice cream. When I walked into the store I found BOTH ice cream isles were blocked off. I asked the guy if I could get the ice cream and he told me no because he was going to wax the floor. (Keep in mind the floor was dry as a bone with no wax or cleaner on it at this time)I explained that I had just driven in 20 minutes into town specifically for this ice cream, his response "Sorry dude, don't know what to tell you." The guy was standing right next to the ice cream I was wanting and wouldn't even hand me a container. Now the question I have is, WHY would you wax the floors on the busiest night of the week??? And when was good customer service with a smiling face replaced with rude, lazy individuals that look like they have either smoked a crack rock, a blunt, or camp out in the snicker doodle isle and eat all night long?

  9. I live in Marion,OH my name is Denise and I'm black. Walmart has completely removed all the black hair care products from the store. I have complained to the manager still nothing is done. The store was completely reorganized and all the products for blacks hair have been removed. Walmart previously had a whole section for black hair now there is nothing. I am frustrated can you make a change?   10. I live in Texas where it is massively hot and humid. Its pretty bad when walmart has the temp inside the store to match the outside temp. Cant even take my time shopping. No good complaining, and the corporate office doesnt have an email address available to the public. Probably because of the complains. They dont listen anyway. Doesnt do any good talking to the mgr of the store about things. he says it all goes through corporate which is in arkansas. Just like a dog chasing its tail..doesnt go anywhere but round and round. Im gonna start shopping at super HEB. A few miles furture but better deals and a cooler store.

Today I went to walmart like I have been every 2 weeeks to cash my check at the Richmond store and was denied service due to my name not matching my check when they have cashed my check here mny times in many ocasions and its been the same check I've been cashing there which is a Government check!..how is that even posible!? So I spoke to the daily manager I was pointed out Lisa manager denied to assist me so an assistant manager kenneth j. To assist me and he said to me your california ID is fake and to basically call corporate to complain about there system. Management is so unperfessional. We ned this problem fixed!

  13. Walmart store in mt Pocono pa is the worst store on the planet soon to be crushed by Loews and Target who will now be selling food .Never more then 5 registers open . Target gives 3 million dollars a week towards education while all greedy ceos and stockholders rip off the public Ihave news the party is almost over for these lowlives. Cap . ps.   14. Walmart, Westfield, MA. Left me on hold for 16 minutes while they "checked to see" if GE air conditoners were in. Then picked up surprised I was still there and hung up. I asked to speak to the store manager and got 'Jason' who wouldn't give me a last name. Sure, he said, "I've got 10 GE 6300 BTU air conditioners just came off the truck last night".
    Ten minutes later i was in the store . No GE air conditioners - an associate spoke with Jason whio said he was to busy to talk to any customers.
    The associate just laughed.
    Great going WalMart.

  15. I recently called to complain about the consistantly high temp of our store. Yes it is in a low socio-economic area. We have lived here for many many years and our money is as good as anyone elses money, but apparantely not when it comes to comfort or treatment.
    No one from your corporate office returned my call. I am going to get a temp gauge and find out what the temp is in near by more affluant areas. Then I am going to point out to everyone I can the difference in temps and prove my point. We currently have a super target in the process of being built. Perhaps THEN they will lift their game.

You know it is bad enough to see pants hanging below the ass on the streets everyday, but you would think that Walmart has a dress code to prevent the employees from wearing their pants like that while on the floor working. And to Hunter, it's not that we don't like Walmart but when you get treated like crap you have to complain to try and get change. So glad your world is so perfect that you don't have to complain.

  17. i was harrassed today in walmart in ontario ohio! I was followed around the store and then when i left a manager grabbed me and tried to force me back in the store sayin I had suspicious behavior! We paid for our food and yet was being accused! The girl that was with me the whole time was ok but they were bothering me! I am an african american female and she is too bt looks white! I think its a shame just because im black im expected to steal and i will be taking some type of legal action for this matter! When i called to the store to report the manager the lady refuses to give us information! When can i shop with my child without being followed? Walmart is a place i go often Im very offended by this! Not all black people are theifs!!!!

  18. I am appalled, discouraged, and disgusted with Wal-Mart! The scene that I witnessed tonight at the Wal-Mart Supercenter# 949-Dallas located at 3155 W Wheatland Rd Dallas, TX 75237 has pushed me to the point of no return.

    At approximately 9:50pm I finished shopping for some household items and proceeded to the check out lanes. When I arrived at this stop, I found lines of people who appeared to be confused and disgruntled by the chaos that was steadily growing each time a new shopper stepped up to complete the shopping experience. After making a quick assessment of the situation, I realized there were only two check-out lanes open. I assumed there had to be some reasonable explanation for why this was the situation since there were at least sixty people in line, running in two different directions. THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION! YES, that’s correct about 30 going in one direction of one entrance and 30 going in the other direction of the main entrance. I left my daughter in line while I went to the customer service department to inquire about the presence of a manager. I spoke with a black woman who told me she was the Customer Service Manager. I asked her if she was aware of the circumstances and she confirmed that was. She also told me that nothing could be done since ONE person didn’t show up for their cashier shift. I then asked why SHE couldn’t run a lane and she simply said “I can’t do that”. WHAT KIND OF RETAIL STORE ARE YOU PEOPLE OPPERATING?!

    Wal-Mart doesn’t have ALL the lowest prices anymore and most of the time won’t even honor their commitment of matching competitors pricing. The convenience grows weaker each time I visit this particular location, the quality of people that are running the store are less than professional, and finding a cart to do my shopping has become a guessing game –not to mention the quality of the carts that are available (half the time I go through 2 or 3 just to find one that wont embarrass me with strange noises while I shop). And while I’m venting my frustrations, I’d like to mention the muddled messes the carts leave all over the parking lot –that alone discourages me from even getting inside because I find it necessary to park far enough away so I can avoid the possibility of having damage done to the exterior of my vehicle.

    I’m done! I’m closing my credit account, I will gladly pay higher prices to avoid the chaos, confusion, and inconvenience of Wal-Mart, and lastly, I’ll happily support Kroger, Aldi, and any other store that provides TOP NOTCH customer service.

    “AWFUL” IS THE LEAST I CAN SAY…
