I have on three occasions tried to get a confirmation via my e-mail for P1006849300 to no avail. You've taken my money and yet no confirmation that of proof of purchase. You also put people on the call center that either cannot speak English or have no clue what you are saying, I made the ultimatum that if I don't get a proof of purchase I will ask that the order refund my monies......Do you get this or do you not speak English
To whom it may concern 12/23/16I am very disappointed in Wall mart I am a card holder and as you can see I do a great deal of my shopping at your store. For the first time I ordered on line I items never arrived I called your store on are around 12/23/16 they informed me that only half my order went on the truck they had no answer for me why the other half never went on the truck. But that she could place it to be on the next truck out but it would arrive 5 to 7 biasness days as you know Christmas will be over by then so I cancel that half of the order and shopped at Target. Due to when I asked for my money to be put back on my Walmart card I was informed that would also take three to five days for my refund. Please be sure that my card is refunded as needed I do not want this to be another nightmare at Walmart.
