  1. I had a horrible experience! My food was cold when it finally came to the table. The staff was to busy playing around as I could see so, I assume that is the reason I received cold food and my drink glass stayed empty.

  2. Choxi is using bait and switch tactics, i.e, advertising one thing and sending something else. I am appalled and outraged, especially when I found out there are a multitude of complaints on Rip Off Report and other consumer review outlets. I am going to take the time to report them. There are agencies of oversight that will compel them to stop their dishonest business practices. All and any of you who have experienced the same difficulties with this company, take the time to report it. They will continue to do it until they are stopped!

  3. Had a couple bad product experiences with Choxi. The latest and last thing is, they advertised no shipping charge if done within a certain time limit (complete with timer ticking on screen. I ordered - shipping charge. Tried to rectify through customer service but they wanted a screen shot as proof. Impossible as order went through. They didn't budge and I am not going back again.

  4. Choxi has the worst customer service. I have placed two different orders for a battery powered kids bike. Both of my orders were canceled. The only thing that customer service can say is that they escalate to the vendor but the vendor did not respond. When ask why do they still have them on their website available to order they can not answer that. We you ask them which one of the battery power kids bike is available to ship they tell you that they do not have that information. When you ask to talk to someone in upper management they tell you that you can not talk to them. All they can say is that they are sorry an want to give you a 10% discount on your next order. But, they can not guarantee that your order will ship.

  5. I have two outstanding orders with them ... Up until this point I have had pretty good luck. I called customer service last week to analyze my orders and to credit a few items that I no longer need for a party that has passed. They said they would credit the 3 items and someone would get in touch with me. Still no respinse. I've called customer service yesterday and today during regular business hours and the recording says they are closed. I'm nor sure what to do! Any advice?
