  2. I am sorry to see that you made a snap decision when you listened to a small number of customers about your gender neutral policy. Until that policy is reversed and you apologize to the majority of customers who do not agree with the new policy, I will not be shopping at your stores.

  3. I too will stop shopping at Target if this ridiculous stuff doesn't stop! I already ended my business with Macy's when they pulled Trump's line do to a remark he made. Is there any corporation out there with a backbone in America! I'm sure some company's don't agree with the gender neutral policy but all they have on there mind is GREED! We'll I sure hope you go down the hill! Tired of all this nonsense.

  4. In an effort to support my environment, as well as Starbucks, I purchased a recyclable and reusable cup. At the time of my purchase I was informed that I would save one dollar off my drink when I used my cup. I visited Starbucks New Braunfels location situated inside of Target. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive my discount because this particularly Starbucks was not a stand alone location. This seems disingenuous and insensitive to repeat consumers. I hope you decide to change this policy.

  5. I was placed "ON HOLD" at the Days Inn Geneva, NY for over 25 minutes, just this morning. I finally put that phone call "ON HOLD" and went to another line and called the 1-800 # to make my reservation. The woman made my reservation, and after that she called the Geneva Days Inn and gave the manager my phone #. I hung up, went back to my other phone line which was on HOLD and it was still telling me that someone would be with me shortly-the time on my phone was 37 minutes that I was on HOLD. The mgr. did call me back from the Geneva Days Inn and told me that he knew nothing about me being on hold for that long. I told him that no one came back on line to say, that they would be with me soon, they just left me hanging there. That is terrible service. All of these complaints that I hve been reading, does not give your hotel chain a good name. Last summer my husband and I stayed at a Days Inn in Lenoir, NC and it was very nice, clean and friendly people. I was impressed with the chain; too bad not all of the hotels in the Days Inn chain can be that nice.

  7. I renewed 3 contracts with Verizon with 3 new Iphones. One out of the three phones kept giving us issues. After having 3 master resets done at the Verizon store in Owosso, they wanted us to turn the phone in and let them work on in. We said no, we have had enough, they said our only option was to go to the corporate Verizon store where my boyfriend waited for 21/2 hours to finally get a different Iphone 6, after hours of wasted time and gas. I decided to call Verizon Headquarters today and nicely voiced what has been going on for the last few weeks, I asked for compensation and was given it. I can say I am a happy Verizon customer still!!

  8. I shop at the Giant in Pikesville on Old Court Road. I have watched that store go from a premiere location to a dirty, smelly, poor customer service store. The pharmacy is the worst. The lines are incredibly long and then when you get to the counter, your prescription is not ready, even though the day before or even 3 hours before, the script was called in by your doctor. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes, they want you to wait another 20 minutes to get your medicine. No apologies, no explanation, just the attitude that you need them, they don't need you. Well, I'm here to tell you, they don't have to need me. I went into the store yesterday and the entrance was disgustingly dirty ... full of liter and trash! Then I walk into the store and there is an odor of rotten meat or something. It just wasn't good. Very disappointed in this store and I will no longer shop there or get my scripts filled there. I need to research another store ... NOT GIANT ... because I see after all these years of dedicated shopping at that store, they just don't care. They don't have enough people working in the pharmacy, especially at peak hours which are the middle of the day through at least 8 p.m. They don't have enough cashiers working the food lines. If they don't want to hire cashiers, then they need to put in more self-service stalls. This grocer is clearly showing the public they could care less ... and their message is loud and clear to me.

  9. I am trying to work with your bank regarding John Robert Nolting and the fact that he has taken my owner rights in both financial and assets. Having employees yell at a distant and not contact me correctly is really making me angry. Makes me wonder what kind of operation you are running, I personally hate scam artists and that goes for John too and his mighty attitude.

  10. This is the second time Im visiting the jimmy johns location at the inner harbor on Pratt st in Baltimore, MD and I did not have a good experience. The first time I visited the sandwich didn't contain any fresh items. Now today the food is still not fresh. I have absolutely nothing on my sandwich and had to go back to ask for onions. They charge you 80 cents for cheese. But you have absolutely no meat on your sandwich. I am utterly dissatisfied. When a person is spending their money they would like to at least enjoy their food being as though they spent their hard earned money on it

  11. My husband and I just did a major kitchen remodel and bought all new Jenn-Air as recommended by the Kitchen retailer we went to. We are on our 4th microwave door and second freezer door and we have had our appliances for just less than two months. The dishwasher doesn't work as well as my 10 year old Kenmore did but so far the duel fuel range seems to work well. On top of everything else once again Jenn-Air has managed to find a way to deny me the rebate. We will never ever ever buy another Jenn-Air product...EVER!
