I have driven for Uber for 5 years and in 2023 someone from the office that took care of the ss # made a mistake and put one of # of my ss wrong and because of that the company checks every year for background not can check my background because the company do mistake and now almost 6 months no one can help me out in the company deactivated my account, and I can do anything because that, I already talk to everyone and nobody do nothing about, and 01/23 I go to the Uber office that call greenlight the supervisor say that I had to go to other places because she can do anything for me

I Do Not Recommend Driving for UBER

I just recently started delivering for Uber. My second day they were falsely accusing me of fraud, violating community guidelines, canceling orders, etc. The app doesn’t always work when attempting to complete a transaction but they will say it’s your fault. Most of my deliveries require a pin so how are they saying the didn’t get their order? I was made aware that it’s a common issue for customers to call and say they didn’t receive their order when in fact they did just to get a refund. I would think the company would investigate before accusing drivers. There isn’t a way to dispute or remove the bad marks against you. Their support told me that this was likely what happened to me. It will also affect your ratings. This is not right. I also googled this topic and Uber currently has ongoing lawsuits in regards to this type of regulations. Also double check the location of pickup as the app is showing inaccurate information and then you will be in violation for that as well. Any company that allows the customer to get away with lying about drivers to scam the system is definitely not a company you want to work for. I give zero stars.

I was sent an email by Uber eats stating that my money would be refunded and now that I’m getting such the runaround it’s been 10 days I’ve been on the phone with them every day and their customer service is such a joke and so untrained it’s ridiculous soon as I get this settled and a remedy I’m deleting my account that company as big as it is how do you email someone saying that you are going to refund their money and then don’t is that even legal.? I was asked for a screenshot of my bank account statement to see if the money hit?

I had a terrible experience with Uber Eats. They took my money without providing any service, and even after the restaurant I ordered from contacted them for a refund, they still refused and hung up on me. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service.
