  1. I went to Schnucks to pick up a prescription that the doctor had sent in. I was told that the prescription would not be ready until the next day. I asked them why and they said it was store policy. I was in so much pain. They asked me did I want to wait 30 minutes, of course I said yes because I needed that medication. So I had to sit there 30 min. in pain. My doctor had sent the scrip in two hours before I even arrived there. I think that policy needs changing before something drastic happens to somebody. NOTE: THREE MORE PEOPLE CAME IN WITH THE SAME PROBLEM WHILE I WAS WATING FOR MY SCRIP.

  2. We live in Machesney Park ,IL we buy our water softner salt in Morton 25 lb. bags. We buy them two at a time because we never know when it will be there when we need it. Wright now we have gone to all of our surrounding stores and none of them have it. If this item is a big seller why not make sure the stores have plenty. Seems like the other kinds don't sell these bags do. I can't pick the 40lb. up cause I have a bad back.

  3. I am very concerned about the changes within your store. Number 1 the warehouse issue, and how there is none or very little produce on the shelves, not to mention other products. #2. I cannot believe that you are not going to let the Salvation Army collect at Christmas time, or the girlscouts sell their cookies, and Kiwanis for the needy children. I hope you know this will put a huge impact on your business. People are already shopping at other grocery stores, and refuse to support your business. Now with the new news about decisions you think are good for your business is just going to make more customers go to the other stores. Remember greed always come back whether you think you are getting what you want or not. You need to change from Friendliest Stores in town to the most selfish stores in town.....Just saying

    1. I agree to not shop at a Schnuck market until you reinstate the union workers and throw XPO Logistics out on their ear. What you are doing is morally wrong.

    1. The truth is all the people need to fight to save the union workers because the alternative is slavery for all of us. We need to support each other for all American working people against the corrupt corpoRATism swallowing up America as we know it. This affects every living person in America. CorpoRATism is the control of a state or organization by large interest groups. Don't wait until your government bails out XPO Logistics or the supermarket giants. Stop this now by withholding your purchasing dollars.
