I recently layed down new seed and soil on my property and I did not know what goes next as far as maintenance was concerned, so I call several different landscaping businesses to see my best option for nurturing a health lawn. Lawn Dr happens to be one of those services. I went on vacation 6/10-6/19 and when I returned there was a service brochure on my Lawn stating they serviced my Lawn. I never signed a Service Contract or even hinted to them that I wanted their services. I call them immediately to ask them who authorized service at 30 Garden st Teaneck NJ, which in asking my wife. No one did! Now I'm receiving a bill for a service I did not authorize. I have a feeling I'm not the only one to make a Complaint against this Company if this was done to me in this fashion. My father used Lawn Doctor so I just continued with them. Well, I have been told that the weeks that causes sticklers I would have to pull be hand if I wanted them gone. My on could not play in his yard because of them. The others,I was told just to keep them cut so they would not spend fast. In the spring my neighbors rye grass spread in my yard. The men would was putting down pre-immergant said that it would just die. It killed a large part of my yard before I had to pull it myself! I have pictures to prove it!Sincerely, T Beaty Cola,SC
I'm in Colorado, I have had Lawn Doctor for years for myself and my rentals with no complains until 2017, I always pay up front, I had trouble getting the invoice, then if we weren't watching they weren't spraying all of the properties, they were not getting my back yard at all when I complained no one says we'll give you a credit or make it up to you, I didn't even get a sorry until today, I paid for a service, I received half of what I paid for so next year I'll find someone else.
I used Lawn Doctor for years with no complaints until 2017, this year if we weren't watching my back yard plus some of my rental properties weren't getting sprayed, I pay up front, I had trouble getting the price then the invoice. I got 1/2 of what I paid for, when I complained no offer to do it again (other than the first time) no offer of a credit, today is the first I'm sorry from the office, when I call she sounds like she just wants to get rid of me, I'm in Colorado, next year I'll find someone else.
