  1. I called an 800 number on 7/27/16. I went to the kwikkar on 6614 preston rd in frisco tx and i believe i been OVERCHARGED. I got a state inspection and air check. 25.50 state inspection with 5.00 coupon than 20.00 charged all the coupons from my area which is three atore have the same coupon. Then one store charged 39.99 and it included 1/2 which approximately 55.00. I was charged 49.99 and 29.99 for a 1lb frecon which total approximately 80.00. OVERCHARGED. And the attitude Sucked. I am not stupid by not means and i can add. I did try to hear the explanation and it made no sense. I don't understand why nothing can be done. It is crazy to me that a store almost around charged different amounts. I went to this store in the pouring rain.

  3. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I made the mistake of taking my ford edge here and they took horrible care of my car. The first time I had my car towed here they said that my battery had died and I told them to check my alternator as well. They said that it was just the battery and had it changed which came out to about $150 and some change. My car worked for one day and went out again (Father's Day) in the parking lot at Ricks Kicks in Frisco. I had got my car towed yet again to Kwik car to get it fixed. They said they alternator went out (go figure) and I would need a new belt for my car. The manager John quoted me about $700+ for towing fee, alternator, belt and labor, which is fine. When called again to make sure that was the set price, he told me that they forgot to add the towing fee in the price that was quoted. I ended up having to pay about $1000 when everything was said and done. I went and paid my fee and picked up my key to my car and was going to have my dad come with me later to pick up my car, which they said that was fine. Clearly I can't drive 2 cars at once. So when I was on my way to pick up my car later in the afternoon it started raining. I drove around the building where my car was and my freaking drive side window was down while it was pouring down. My floor boards, seats and interior were soaked. They tried to put a mat over my driver side door to block the rain which did not work. Here is my question, why did they put my window down in the first place? And why was I not notified that my window was down when I paid and picked up my key earlier that day? When I walked in to take to someone they said that they tried to cover it up and that was basically all they could do and try to vacuum it out after it stop raining .When I called the next day they said they would get my car detailed for me. The GM Randy owns that kwik car and also owns samstone in Allen. They took my car to samstone auto repaired to get it detailed and clean and the interior look great except when I saw that there was a missing plate on my gear shift. I had the manager John’s number and text him about it on Tuesday July 12, 2016 at 6:23 pm. He replied “not much I can do on ur gear shift. Just talked to my gm.” John gave me Randy’s cell and I left him a voice mail and john called me not 2 minutes later for randy to delay a message to me about not being able to fix that missing piece on my car. This is complete bullshit. I did not expect for my car to have water all in my interior and a piece to be missing from my car. All I wanted was for that to be fixed. The manager had the audacity to tell me that they have gone out of their way for me (you went out of your to fix errors on your part??). I have called so many times to try to get in touch with randy because I lost his number. The employees told me every time that they would relay the message to him. When I did find Randy’s call number again he answered the phone and I explained the situation and he said that was the first time he was hearing about this. That is a complete fucking lie!!!!! I had left him a voicemail on his phone a couple weeks prior to finding his number and his guinea pig john called right after I left that voicemail and told me what randy had said to tell me. I even screen shot the text messages between john and I about the situation. I have yet to have heard back from randy about the situation. It is now October. I WOULD BE EMBARASSED IF MY COMPANY NAME WAS ASSOCIATED WITH THESE MEN!!!!!! I would appreciate if corporate would contact me.
