Waterbury CT location worse stay ever pool chlorine so strong my sons eyes were burning his throat burned and a rash. Director of hotel could care less.. Will not reccomend to anyone...awful. Dirty rooms just disgusting..
I went to Waterbury CT with my three granddaughters and husband last Saturday. I was very disappointed with my stay. I was very upset in how this resort was kept up. The room was very disgusting. The chair was rip up that i had to put a towel on the chair before siting on it. The bathroom liked like it had mildew on the shower ceiling. The toilet bowl kept over flowing. The heat in the room didn't work. The thermostat had no battery. The hot tub was so ruff it scratch my butt. The pool area had a orange cone, because the floor was crack. The hotel pool was so ruff at the bottom like it was crack too. The inside of the water park area the wall look like they have repair in decade. Even thought they give my a discount. I felt like they should have giving my another day. I spend most of my night at three o'clock going downstairs to get blankets because our room had no heat. No one ever said lets change you room. I Didn't feel it was fair that my stay at ct was that bad. I will not recommend anyone to stay at this resort. This resort need help. I felt like i should has got another day for my inconvenience. Help !!!!!!!!!!
Just spent the weekend at the ML hotel.. the service was awful. Called customer service for items we needed, they were never sent. We called again and were told they would check and get back to us. Never called back or brought items to my room. The hotel rooms need to be updated, broken desk chair and dirty walls! The buffet breakfast was disgusting, eggs were cold and runny, bacon was undercooked, only 1 toaster for all guests to use and they charge $15+ per adult and $8+ per kid for that garbage!... . Total waste of money and I will never stay there again. Coco keys park.. so over crowded! Parents were not watching kids, one little girl was spitting in the water... The lazy river was crowded with people and unruly/unsupervised kids were pushing everyone. The food service people in the park were slow and they had only one cashier!! One of the workers needed a hair net!Her Waist length hair was in all the food she was serving.. just nasty! Fyi.. all day admission tickets are $38 per person. Its ridiculously overpriced for that crappy place!
The customer service is horrible, when you are calling the Hotel, a person should state their name and the name of the establishment, not HOW CAN I HELP YOU with an attitude, the staff all seem like they hate their job. There is no customer service, no friendly service with a smile no respect for paying customers. This is for the ones who answer the phones in the orlando location.
When this place first opened up, it was a great place to go to, clean and fun. My family and I visited the waterpark area on March 12, 2016 and I have to be completely honest, it was disgusting. The bathrooms were beyond filthy, not to mention the tissue that was soaked up all over the floor. The door latches were broken except for two. The pool water was cloudy, the one with the basketball hoops. I couldn't even smell chlorine so I'm not sure there was any in it. The water had a taste of salt water instead which I'm sure was body sweat instead of chlorine as it should of been. The tables surrounding the pool areas were not clean. The entire place was run down. Cracks and dirt were on the walls. The lockers were out of order. So we had to change then I had to walk in the cold to bring our items to the car. After I had to walk to my car in the cold, wet, to grab our items to get changed. The employee that took my payment was not happy at all, very serious, not courtesy at all. There was another employee who put our wrist bands on that was very nice. We had a great time on the water slide but that's about it. I was itchy all over when we left because the water wasn't clean. I am truly surprised that this location is still open. I mean, that is just how badly the condition of the place is. It needs to be renovated and taken care of at all times or they should closed down.
My boyfriend and I stayed at your "resort" in Ohio, but felt from the very beginning it was going to be a terrible experience, and it was. We booked our room back in Novemer, and called to confirm our reservation in January, and everything was fine. Two weeks ago, we called again and with no help from your staff could not find our reservations. We asked over and over again to talk to a manager but were told that none were on staff at the time. I called booking.com where we made the reservations from who actually helped us, unlike your staff. Come to find out that there was something wrong with YOUR system that hid old reservations. This was told to my boyfriend from an actaual manager named mikey. I talked to one of the workers, Shoskey, who again said I couldn't talk with a manager and told me that booking.com screwed up on their end, and that he magically found a room for us. I'm a journalist and can smell bullshit. After discovering all your shadey business mishaps through my associates at Fox 19 I called back again the next day. Again I spoke with Shoskey who told me more lies about magically finding me a room, and somehow he magically turned into a manager overnight, even though 5 minutes before hand he said no managers were available. Come to D-Day March 18th, 2016. We had issues checking in because your illiterate worker could not find our name despite having my boyfriend's ID. More workers crowded around and found it a few minutes later and went on to make fun of the last name saying it was "weird." I'm sorry that a dutch name, who escaped the nazis during the occupation is strange to someone who can't even read. Then came saturday. The only way we could tell that "house keeping" came was due the missing garbage bag in the trash can that was not refreshed, and two new towels. The bed was not made at all. And then came Sunday, the worse customer service I have ever seen in my life. We are in the elevator leaving, and it gets stuck. And guess what, the emergency buttons didn't even work. We had to call the front desk for help. No sorries or anything, 'Oh, I'll tell a manager.' Seriously? There were multiple people staying there in wheelchairs, and you were down to one elevator that didn't even work?! We were offered no compinsation, no apologies, nothing. I have already been in contact with the BBB for your disreguard for human safety.
I booked a room online and somehow the payment was taken at the time I booked the reservation which I was told is not the normal for online reservations. Needless to say check in took about an hour. Even once i provided proof that my Credit Card was charged I was harrassed the whole weekend. The front office manager Adrianne Rice was very rude and nasty to me on the phone and threatened me to come to the front and pay again or be removed. Said she wasnt calling no one because she knows the money wasnt paid. I called the director of operations who told me to see him the next morning and he would figure out the problem. He called the bank and got an authorization number for the payment after looking through my bank statement to see that the payment had indeed been taken out when the reservation was made. However by then my weekend was over and the trip turned out to be such a disaster. They did give us complimentary breakfast for one morning. It didnt equal to the horrible weekend we had. We didnt get to enjoy the water park because I had the kids at the front desk with me whenever I was trying to get someone to realize that i wasnt a common thief trying to get over on the hotel. There was a bar mitzfa there as well so when we attempted to go back to the water park they were closing early. I wish you would give your staff some kind of training to deal with the unsual situations that may occur and learn to trust what they see in black and white even if they dont trust whats being verbally spoken. I feel like the $586 I spent was a waste. My problem was resolved on my last day there by then my family and are were so ready to leave that we couldn't enjoy the park.
I drove 1 and a half hours to go to the KC resort with my friends and family. No one gave us a heads up that the power had been out for 12 plus hours. You should have a way to let customers know so we aren't driving there for nothing. I really wish we could get a couple free tickets for our trouble.
