  1. Sales Staff at Ganley Nissan on Mayfield Road, Mayfield Hts., Ohio are all liars! Their service is unreliable, and built around profit! Customer service is good BEFORE YOU PURCHASE THE VEHICLE; after you buy it, they treat you like a total stranger. Their credibility is abysmal. NEVER AGAIN. I suggest if you see this dealership--please keep driving, they are crooks!

  2. OMG - I just left there today all because I was lazy and did not feel like driving over to Nissan of Bedford…and of course I regret ever going. First off, their diagnostic test for a tail light being out is $99, Bedford's is $55. Why is the price so different when the test that is being performed is the same and so is changing the fuse. But anyway they were not able to tell why my tail light went out, only that they checked everything and that was the problem. They are not concerned about the "why". Every time I get some work done to my car anywhere else I always get a reason why – but of course, the manager Ian and "employee' Erin could not give me a reason. I told them how every time I leave there I feel like I just got screwed. She felt a need to tell me the last time I been there (like I didn't know) and of course he stood up for her. She even did a little laugh and he did not say anything to her about it. I guess a customer feeling like she got screwed over was funny to her and apparently to him too - because he did not think nothing was wrong with what she did. But I didn't say anything about it because I noticed he was going to stand by her side no matter what. But I was shocked to see these reviews about Nissan of Mayfield being crooks because Ian, the manager told me how they are the highest rated Nissan dealership for customer satisfaction.

  3. Correction: OMG - I just left Nissan of Mayfield today all because I was being lazy and did not feel like driving over to Nissan of Bedford…and of course I regret ever going. First off, their diagnostic test for a tail light being out is $99, Bedford's is $55. Why is the price so different when the test that is being performed is the same and so is changing the fuse. So I end up paying $120 for a blown fuse. But anyway they were not able to tell why my tail light went out, only that they checked everything and that was the problem. They are not concerned about the "why". Every time I get some work done to my car anywhere else I always get a reason why – but of course, the manager Ian and "employee' Erin could not give me a reason. I guess we better make sure we complete those surveys.

  4. On August first I traded my Impreza for a 2012 Outback with only 19,400 miles. After 6 weeks I was at 23,000 for my oil change. I bought the car from Wickliffe ganley. I took my car to new motors in Eir since I live in Conneaut. When I returned, I was informed my rear brakes were metal to metal and was not safe to drive. So I told them to keep the car and fix it and I would pick it up the next day which was Saturday. I immediately called ganley Wickliffe and was put to voice mail with the used car manager. I called two more times that day after I was told he was not there but was put through to the person covering. I never received a call back. Monday when I called again I was told they needed the brake pads to see them. Now this is 4 days later. If Wickliffe Ganley would return calls I could of been informed of that on Friday and it would not of been a problem. I question the service department at Wickliffe. Obviously several people at this dealer ship are not doing their job. I was sold an unsafe car. They refuse to refund my money even though the New Motors service advisor has been more than willing to discuss this with them. All I have got is the run around and excuses. I had this car for Six weeks and I know the brakes did not go metal to metal that quick. It was the inside pads so I know that technician did not do a very thorough inspection. Do not buy a used car from Wickliffe Ganley. Of course they wouldn't give me Mr. Ganley's number so I hope he sees this. Wickliffe Ganley are liars and crooks.

  5. I purchased a used 2012 Lia Sorento from Gan;ey/Lincoln in Middlebugh,Hts; The car had only 21000miles, I drove the car for 2 mos. the engine blew.I had it towed toKia/Mentor. I then called Gamley and spoke to Mike in used cars who sold me this car,hje suggested to call Kia and report the problem (which I did) and got nowhere. I called Mike back to see what he could do to help me get a running car, he told me to contact a attorney. What kind of service is this! I then contacted the General Manager at Ganley/Lincoln he said he would contact the general manager at Kia/Mentor to see why they would not service the car. Kia/Mentor said the problem was poor maintenance from previos owner! I could not believe this run around. Noone wants to take the blame and get it fixed. So I ave a car sitting in my driveway that does not run with no other transportation. I was screwed over by this fast talking salesman (Mike Probala) Do not do business with this dealership. they are crooks!
