  1. ON OCT. 2014 TRIED TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE...RANG 12 TIMES..NO ANSWER. DO NO THINK NUMBER IS GOOD!

  2. January 3, 2016, my husband and I went to the Fry's Electronics on Roscran's in Manhattan Beach. The music/noise was so bad we could not speak to each other and hear what we were saying. That includes any questions put for to any of the sales help. We turned around and walked out. What is wrong with these people? Don't want any business. Pretty bad when the customers can't even think because of the loud music/noise in that store. I recorded it on my cell phone if anyone would like to hear it. This was just walking down the isles at the store!

      I purchased a Refurbished HP laptop in July of 2015 & in 3 months I had taken it back to the Rosecrans store in Manhattan Beach for defective hard drive issues! They then took it back Sept.26,2015 & sold me what was suppose to be a NEW DELL laptop & when I got it home opened the box there was a Paper stating that it was also a Refurbished laptop from DELL, Since then I have taken it in 3 times for HARD DRIVE ISSUES. the last time was on Aug. 13,2016 & was never called to get my Loaner & then they sent it back with all 3 months of my Data gone because instead of having dell fix the Corrupted Registry they had DELL replace the HARD DRIVE, Costing me 2 months of research LOST due to the INADEQUIT understanding of save my research data before sending it out to be repaired.

      & when I called the FRY's Store #5 in MANHATTEN BEACH today SEPT.14th,2016
      I was told you didn't pay us to save your data so your S.O.L.( Shit outa Luck) & I told them they can give me a full REFUND on Sept.15,2016 &Was told it'll never happen by the lady on the phone.

      ( I'll get my Full REFUND or I'll see about SUING FRY's / Anyone else want to join in reply to this so we can get a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against FRY's ELECTRONICS, & the shity way they treat their Customer Base).

  4. Your computer dept at your Roseville needs help! I have been there several times and I will never go back again. The first time I went in response to a one day deal for Acer computer which had just come out that morning. Was there at the opening of the store and was the first person in the computer dept. Was told that they were sold out!!! Now how could that be? So I asked about the display model and was told they couldn't sell it. Next went back to talk to mgr and it was sold! Which brings me to 3/24/16. I went look at a monitor that was advertised for 109.00. I was looking at the item when a salesperson asked if I needed help. I told him no I was just looking since I didn't have funds that day. Very next day I went in to purchase the monitor and nobody would help me, I stood there for 20 minutes!!! Came back next morning at store opening first in dept and asked the same salesperson for the monitor and was told soldout. Had to ask him to check the Sacramento to see if they had it. Of course they didn't. He then walked back to another salesperson and started talking. I stood in monitor section for another ten minutes thinking he would try to upgrade. But no, I left with no monitor! Next day you adveritised a LG monitor for $119. I knew you had in stock because I saw a pallet display of them. Decided to buy my monitor from Amazon than return to your store! By the way I paid $12 more on Amazon than to return to your store!!!!

  7. Aug 17, 2017 bought a Samsung washer and hoses for $615.93 in Las Vegas, Nv. After trying it, and my clothes not clean, went in store and paid $54.11 to have them pick it the next day. No refund receipt was given to me when I went in or when they came to pick it up but was told the full amount would be credited back to my card. Checked my card and my refund was $550.99. Called today and the Floor Mgr told me it was a delivery charge, even thou it was free delivery and installation, sense I just didn't like it and not defective. Said if clothes weren't clean it was defective and no where in my papers did it say x amount would be charged for delivery fees. She argues workers need to get paid as the store had paid them and the store should get it back. We probably argued over 5 minutes and she finally said she would make a exception this time, but never again. Asked if I would get the balance of $64.93 and she said YES! GOOD BYE and hung up. I'm 80 yrs old and her excuses were not professional and it all sounded like scamming me out of more money.

  8. I ordered a pc online. I tried to track the order and couldn't so I called. I waited not only the 13 minutes said for hold time but waited ocer an hour. No one ever came on the phone. I hung up and tried same phone again and got a robo message to tell me how to track. I did so and nothing showed up except the invoice. I tried again and it said "back ordered". Since it was a birthday present I tried to cancel.It refused to let me cancel giving a message "already shipped", still no tracking number and still says backordered. I called again this time to the tel # showing where is says "shipped". I waited again past the 13 minutes stated to be wait time. It is now over 30 minjutes listening to the horrible music and robo statement that someone will be on the phone "shortly". Sucks. Won't ever buy internet from Frys.

  9. I recently purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Fry's November 25, 2017, after shopping around for a really good price. I paid for it plus the extra service plan for a total of $1400+. I was assured that I would receive my refrigerator (delivered) on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 between 10am and 2pm. I waited until I got off work on Wednesday evening to engage in any conversation over the phone with Fry's because I felt that something was wrong because I didn't receive a phone call letting me know what the problem or issue of whatever it may have been. I finally got someone on the phone and SHE informed me that I wouldn't be getting my refrigerator until 8pm that night. After I explained to her that I'm losing my food because I put my food in coolers and I fully expected to receive my refrigerator on today, Wednesday, 11-29-2017, I was told that I should have expected that something would delay. I was then told that I would receive my refrigerator on Saturday, 12-02-2017; or Sunday, 12-03-2017. Needless to say I did not hear from Fry's at all this entire past weekend. I called and called and called on Sunday, 12-03-2017, but I was left on for 45 minutes, 30 minutes, and another 27 minutes with no response at all. I have lost at this point at least $200 in groceries. I am completely disappointed and horrified and disgusted at the way I was treated by Fry's Electronics in Houston, Texas. I hope the COO, the CFO, and the CEO really look into this and figure this out if they can. IS THIS FAIR?
