Attn. Festival Foods Headquarters - Lack of Customer Service at Checkout

Lack of service at store #2716 on 8/30/23. A young woman at the register scanning my groceries called for assistance with alcohol purchases. Three employees standing 10 feet away having a personal conversation continued to laugh and did not respond. I called over to them asking them to “break it up” and help at the register I was checking out of. Two other customers were standing in line behind me at this point. Nick after a moment came over. He never apologized, but instead asked me “How is your day going” as if this whole insentient was a joke. He scanned the beer and walked away standing with the same two employees who continued to do nothing productive. After I paid for the items, I walked over to read his name tag again and continued to walk to the bench to review my receipt. He came over and repeated his name to me several times so that I didn’t forget. He then asked me if I wanted to talk to the manager when I informed him that I would be contacting the corporate office instead. He called who I think was a manager anyway. She showed up and didn’t have the common sense to introduce herself to me. She was not wearing a name tag but continued to ask if I had a problem with the receipt. I said no, got up, and left the store. She saw the same three employees standing around doing nothing but just walking away from the front end of the store. I have shopped at this store many times and watched employees standing around, but have never been treated this way.

Attn. Festival Foods HQ- Divine Chocolate 70% Dark Chocolate Bars not carried anymore

Hi, I shop at the Kenosha store on 80th. Recently a product that I have bought for years is suddenly removed. It has not been discontinued, I checked the company. I was told by an employee at the store that it had been discontinued. This same product was removed last year, but I asked the woman who works in that area what happened. She had told me the store manager had removed it. If someone is buying said product every week why would said product be removed? This woman ordered and I would buy a box and said she would keep some in the store room and when I needed more she would have them waiting for me at the front desk. Then said product was put back on the shelf and everything was fine. A couple of weeks ago it was removed again. Is there anything that can be done to put it back on the shelf? I would come into the store weekly for said product and also buy other things. Now I have no reason to go there anymore. I would buy it someplace else but no other store carries that product. I’m referring to Divine Chocolate 70% Dark Chocolate Bars. All the Festival Stores carried these bars at one point now none within this area. Please let me know if anything can be done.
