Ferrellgas Propane Delivery Issue

NO PROPANE DELIVERY!

As soon as my tank hit 30%, I made a delivery request on January 7th. As of today, January 25th, I’m not even scheduled to receive a delivery. I have tried to call many times, waiting up to 30 minutes for an agent, only to be disconnected. I’ve tried to talk to agents many times on your chat, only to be told that they have no idea when I will receive my delivery. How is this even possible after 3 weeks? It hasn’t snowed in two weeks, so I don’t want to hear any more excuses. I should at least be scheduled by now. I’m down to 10% now. We have turned our heat off so we can still have hot water, which is unsatisfactory for winter don’t you think? We are now running space heaters throughout the house.

I have never been treated like this by any company, especially a utility company where our livelihood depends on your product. I tried being nice to your chat agents, but my patience has run its course. I want my propane delivered and want my propane delivered now.

Unauthorized authorization!

I’ve been a long-standing customer. Ferrellgas has been using the propane hose to fill my tank and parking on the street blacktop for years. Somehow my neighbor indicated I said it was okay to use my driveway to fill their propane! The house is now 30 feet closer to their tank using my concrete pad. The heavy-weight truck has cracked the concrete. I never authorized parking the truck for my propane, why would I authorize it for my neighbors? I called the local office to ask the truck not to be utilizing my concrete pad. I was told to tell the neighbor not to authorize the use of my driveway. I am the property owner, not them. I only wanted Ferrellgas to put a note in the delivery not to park the truck on the pad as it cracking the concrete. Zero support only resistance from Customer Services!
