  1. I've applied at one of your stores recently and had an interview. It went well and I was told that I had the job but never contacted to Finnish the process. I was getting the run around bye the store manager she keep telling me she wanted me to work but the corporate office is back up with paper work . I really think that your guys should train these so called managers to be more professional at all time and let the candidate know if there position was filled or not because lm feeling like I'm being discriminated against. I've called your corporate office and hopefully I receive a call back I was embraced in front of customers and I feel that I wasn't handle respectfully

    1. Personally I think initially they did want to hire you but some cousin, neighbor or friend came along and said they wanted a job and they dropped you. Sorry there's a lot of nepotism here in the states and although there are laws they go around them.

  2. the store on Marsh Lane in Dallas Texas is the dirtiest store I have ever been to. Half of the people that works there don't even speak English. The onlyperson there that could provide decent customer service was a young man named George.... You really need to make some changes at that store

Lots of third world country people are being hired, they work hard ,have no concept of customer service, lets face it, they probably are getting paid the bare minimum, and for this you will not get good customer service. Remember NO CONCEPT and lousy pay. How do you hurt this business, you don't shop there, take your hard earned money elsewhere.

It doesn't make since the customer service sucks at Fallas Paredese I was trying on a pair of pants over my pants and the lady was rude the way she said it so she came back my way and said it again and I told her that I heard her but its the way you tell someone because they don't do refund so I got a store credit...if I didn't have the store credit I would have really gave it to her thats how they get your money no refund only exchange are store credit...Not fare....

Liza the g.m. at store #290 i in Corpus Christi, Tx refused to fill out the food stamps verification form and when we said that we are going to complain her response was "whatever" is this how employees or former employees are treated ...... What a piece of work you chose to run your store and then you wonder why your turn over rate is so high

  6. As I was shopping grabbing last minute items I needed for my bedroom. This lady who claimed to be manager named Dolores at your San Jose, Ca location was very rude forcing people out of the store saying they were closed. I did not see no store hours as I walked in at 9:10pm. At 9:33 pm a announcement was made that they were now closed. I had all my items when a man asked me if I knew where the blankets were. I kindly told him no I only saw sheet sets and comforters. As this Dolores was walking up he asked her if she could help him she rudely told him no the store was closed and yanked a pillow out of his hand and told him he had to leave. I understand the workers want to go home and are tired but this is the worse customer service I have ever experienced and witnessed. As I was in line waiting to make my purchase she was forcing a lady and her daughter out of the store. The lady told her she was being very rude and wanted a manager and she told her she was the manager. She didn't want to give her name at first kept telling the lady to look at her name badge which she had covered with her dirty blonde hair. She finally rudely told her her name and was spelling it out like if the lady she was talking to was a child. The lady then asked for corporate number which she again refused to give it out. The customer left upset crying of how poor management and rude this so called manager was. If it was me someone would've had to call 911 because I would not let some "so called manager" down talk me like that. What was more sad the employees and my kids and her daughter had to witness how poor this "managers" customer service is! I know retail is all about customer service but this lady Dolores needs to get fired!!

Send them a letter and let them know why your money is being spent elsewhere. Letter by letter in 5 years they will close their doors and or the only ones shopping there will be people who don't care about GOOD CUST. SERVICE.

  7. I went to your store in aurora, il on lake street to purchase some jeans ...but was told there was no dressing room available for me to try on the jeans . How can your stores sell clothing that people can not try on before they buy them this makes no sense to ur customer .

  8. Since there's no dressing room at the store on University Dr. in Mesa AZ I just went ahead and bought a few clothing items thinking I could return them if they didn't fit. Wrong! When I tried to return these items the cashier pointed out to me on the receipt where it says no refunds. But theres no way to know this info before making a purchase because it's posted no where. Someone needs to get off their ass and hang the policies of the store where they can be seen.

  11. visited the store in Grand Prairie, Tx (on carrier Parkway store # 438), found some items on clearance, once at the register, the cashier rang up sheets that had a $10 price, she then said that price 'aint' right!? I told her where I got them and stated there were more back there (several different brands). She began to scratch the price off ( I said no, don't do that) and said no, they are $12.99. The manager came up front for another reason, so I asked her... she (Maria Hernadnez) looked at the wrappings and said looks like someone put that tag on there, it is coming off... I said the cashier just tried to scratch it off... she said well that's not the right price!? I guess she has all items memorized? she then scratched the price off and continued doing something else... She didn't even attempt to go look in the clearance section to try and make a more informed decision.... your 'managers' need training on CS, they are unprofessional and apparently uninformed.

The absolute rudest people work in the store in utica ny...three times on three different occasions with three different employees...I have been treated so rudely...I'm talking harassing rude...one girl almost punched me in the face was screaming at me in the store...and still workes there...mind you I spent 600 hundred dollars that day....the second time I was spending quite a bit of money also..the cashier told me to hurry up because there were ppl behind me...my fault of course has nothing to do with the fact there was 1 cash register open....third time they made a mistake on my bill and when they were crediting my account the girl cashier looks at the other girl helping her with the return and says "yeah she needs her 2 dollars back"....omg I have never got harassed so much for spending my money in a store!!! And no dressing rooms here either...ridiculous. ..it must say on the application no diploma needed...can be as rude as you like....and are allowed to harass the customers! Looks like every state has the same complaints reading the above posts...looks like I need to call better business Bureau. ..I have never been so aggravated in my life!! I seriously thinking about calling a lawyer!!! How is it even possible you are even still in business! !!

  13. I am contacting you about your store in Winnetka, CA at Corbin and Sherman Way. The store continues to ignore pleas to clean up the back which continues to accumulate trash, furniture, clothing, etc. The truck ramp is so filled with trash that I don't know how trucks can make deliveries. I was by there last week and the smell was so bad that I could barely make it by. Also the curb/parkway now has brush and palm tree droppings that are 5-6 feet high. The store has been contacted but has ignored requests to clean it up. Once cleaned, all it would take would be for someone to go out once a day and make sure it stays that way. The councilmen's office has been notified along with the city and maybe a fine will force someone to take action. Fallas continues to be a poor neighbor with no concern for its appearance. This has been going on for several years. Please let me know if someone is going to take action. thanks,

  14. I use to work for Fallas paredes here in Albuquerque, New Mexico my son had gotten sick I called in and the store manager only had me on the scheduled for two days told me that those were my hours and I never quit nor was I told I was fired

  17. Fallas Store in Chicago, IL (#405). I currently work there and they have improper training skills on the register and I'm not trying to have write ups. The new management team sucks and there's a lot of drama going on. There are five registers, and only one is working properly well. The second register gets stuck and the drawers don't tend to open, the third register open both drawers , the fourth register completely don't work while the fifth register is really slow in ringing and during the transactions. It don't be enough of workers on the registers, sometimes it be only one most of the time. They don't have enough of people to work on the sales floor. It's so just so unorganized and not many workers stationed at departments because by the end of the night it be like only two people closing and the store looks a hot mess. I believe Fallas Paredes company should have a union because its so much drama and rudeness going on at this store. I just want proper training and for them to work with me instead of being rude and mad all the time.

  18. The Fallas store in Chicago is terrible, the store managers are rude, the store is dirty clothes are left in shopping carts. Now minium wage has went up they are finding reasons to fire workers and that is a shame. I give that store in Ford City Mall an F. The store need a union to protect there workers

Wow i have never been on a store where the store manager puts all the customers down by saying they are low income and probably cant afford to shop there anyways she also said do you realize what type of people shop here. Corpus christi locations is horriable. Then she question my education and let me tell you i do go my associates degree and iam a hard working mother. She didn't even know what that ment. I shop there cause sometime i do find awesome items but that doesnt mean im low income and poor. All i was doing was tryingg to exchange a shirt. So after she relizes im recording her she then calls the cops and says i was traspassing. Im going to the news with this. Michael fallas this will be on twitter and Facebook also trouble shooters. She don't need to be working thinking she is better than others. I really don't want to say it but look at where she is working.

  21. Visted your store in Southwest Houston. Was shopping for awhile asked a employee where the restrooms were. I was told there were no public restrooms. I have never been to a dept. store that does not have a restroom. I will not be back.

  22. My name is Brittany grand berry I worked at store 566 in Rochester new york. I've worked there for one year and 5 months. I worked at cw price before it changed to fallas for two years. One day I made a mistake on a transaction. A customer bought us polo hooded for little boys for.50 cents the day before. The next day when she came to my line the same hooded were ringing up 9.99 instead of 50 cents but when I scanned the last hoodie it ring up 60 cents so I have the customer the hoodie for 50 cents. I did advise a manager so I did notify someone. James from lost prevention saw the transaction on camera and wanted to invesyigate. They fired me. I did not steal anything. I simple gave the customer goodies at the discounted price that it came up for. I didn't receive a warning or snything. They just fired me. I was one of the best employees there.

    1. My name is Courtney bachman also worked at store with Brittany. I also ran into that same issue. I wasent fired that day but few months later I was accused of stealing money. I was interagated by the loss prevention guy who was a total jerk! He basically made me say I did it without listening to what I had to say. I was a very hard worker and gave my all to that company. They lost 2 very good hard workers. The store has had 4, managers in 4 months because they can't get a manager to stay. Also the district manager "Belinda" is the rudest person I think I have ever met and she has no class or.professional skills. She is mean nasty and RUDE! That store lost all control when Patrick left.

I do not see how you can KEEP employing him and their are plenty of others who need and would love the job and treat people with respect. He was so rude I put all my things back and my child cried cause it was something she really wanted.

I want to store in gallup nm and one of the manager was putting items in my bag that I didn't purchase l I told her and she start arguing with me she start yelling she has noooooooooooo manager skill and say she work their 8 years she told everyone of her employees be rude to me. She made me so uncomfortable. Never going back to that place again fallas really need to do something to keep there company.

So I went into a Fallas parades store today and one of the infant outfits that I wanted to get for my daughter was, first of all, the only one left, and second, it was all dirty and stained like maybe a previous customer stepped on it and the staff may have carelessly put it back on the rack. So I go up to the counter to purchase the items along with the rest of my items. The cashier checking me out was very friendly and she was rather up in age. There were two managers standing at the register behind her look like they were putting things together to be put out on the floor. At first the cashier acted as if she may have been uneasy about fulfilling my request and asking one of those two managers if they could look at the item to perhaps take a little off the price. As she turned to ask and walk over there at first the guy manager ignored her so she stepped on the side of him and he didn't even bother looking her way so she said she wants to know about a discount. So he just keeps doing what he's doing and points to the lady manager and she just yells yea do 10% percent. Ok that was fine I really just wanted them to acknowledge the item was filthy dirty with foot prints and that they still had someone interested in buying it still. Not once did any manager speak or say anything to me they just kept doing what hey we're doing. I'm assuming in the register, from my own previous manager experience, it has to be approved ed through the register. So she once again asks them to do it for her in the register and says please and not one of the manager even moves. So she says again can one of you please come and do it for me. And finally the guy manager with a horrible attitude towards his own Co worker employee or whatever comes huffs and puffs and enters his numbers in. I started to say something I really did but I held it in took my change and left the store. It's a shame that these Fallas parades employees treat each other they way they do so I know me being a customer doesn't get treated any better. The management sucks the store is always in such a mess when I'm in there and having four registers the registers are always closed except for one. It just goes to show how the owner takes care of his employee. I am no longer spending any of my money in that store is rather just go to Citi Trends spend the same amount of money on name brand clothes and get treated a hell of a lot better. I hope anyone who reads thinks twice about going into one of these stores and if you do just know that you may get treated very poorly by staff as well as have so much to step around with the mess in the store. No not all of their stores are like that but in he more rural side of town you can yell that they just don't care about the appearance as well as the customers.   30. The Fallas store on West Colonial and Hiawasee in Orlando Florida should be shut down. The staff is uneducated most of them don't speak any English. They are very rude. The restrooms have poop all over the walls, people come in and they stuff paper towels down the toilet and leave poop in the toilet. The manager Juan does not care about that store. He told me and others he did not have the time to clean the bathroom as he sat outside on his cell phone in what appeared to be a personal conversation. I noticed an employee Nickie saying something to an employee about his phone ringing while he was working on the floor. Very rudely in front of customers. 5 minutes later I saw that same employee I assume she was a manager on her cell phone laughing and making plans after work she was behind the cash resgister and she was ringing me up at the time and she was on her cell phone.

  31. I agree with the comment about the Orlando florida store. The restroom is disgusting. Stink so badly. Those dressing rooms are also nasty. I went on one day and found a dirty diaper In the dressing room. Clothes on the floor had pee on them. The store is just a mess all the time.

This company does not care about non of there employees. there is some very good hard working people there but are not appreciated at all. it is very sad to witness such a horrible things. I hatted closing for this store because I was scared for my live but it didn't matter because I need to do my job. There where people working there for many years so call leads and being paid minimum wage. SAD,SAD,SAD!!!! MR. Michael Fallas your company sucks and it is the worst company I have ever worked for, you really do not care about your employees and it shows. Always trying to cut back as much as they can.     1. After reading all these negative comments with only (1)semi-positive comment, it just makes me go hummmmmmm! These comments are from both employees and customers, from many different cities all around this country. How can the same company NSI-Fallas be so awful everywhere? I am a new part-time hire (5 mons) making minimum wages and humbly stay. I have been working at a location that seems not to appreciate a worker that gives 110%.I am also the only non-Hispanic. (2) months ago I made my 1st call to the Hot-line phone number and left a message asking for someone from Human Resources to call me back; NO RESPONSE! Been calling every week since then. Maybe my messages are not being heard, much like these comments are being ignored. You are right when you point to the top of the corporate ladder as being responsible. I doubt that anyone from HQ even reads these comments? If they paid attention to this forum, do you think the same problems would still continue to happen in so many stores for years? The first comment was made almost (2) years ago. I have never quit a job before, so I will hope and pray that a positive answer will come. Not just for me but for all the other people being affected.

  34. Today my family and I made the terrible mistake of going to the fallas in 301 E. San Antonio Ave El Paso Tx Store# 387. This will be the last time my family, friends, and I ever shop there. The so called manager "beto" has ABSOLUTELY NO Manager or even people skills at all. I'm surprised anyone could call someone like that a manager. The loss prevention man, "javier" while on the clock was holding up the line for over 25 minutes with whom appeared to be his significant other. He bought boxes and boxes of clearance merchandise and the cashier was super slow ringing up, having personal conversations with them instead of doing her job right. They had a Huge line and it was only one cashier other than the cashier that was ringing up the loss prevention man. The so called manager saw the line and heard other customers complain and did nothing about it at all. I thought employees were paid to work not to shop and keep customers waiting! Tried talking to the manager about it but he did absolutely nothing not even an apology all he said was "there is another cashier there isn't there? NO one forces you to shop here." What kind of MANAGER is that?! He should be fired for the way he talks to PAYING CUSTOMERS and for allowing employees to understock. Javier wasn't doing his job either. Son way to go Fallas for hiring people like this and showing your customers how much you care about us. By the way, the restrooms andbthe store were filthy.

  35. I just called the location in Richmond, VA in Southside Plaza. The woman answered the phone without acknowledging what company it was. She then proceeded to ask me who's calling? I said I just want to know your store hours. She said we open at ten. I said what time do you close. She replied you can come up here and see. Just rude. I'm going there to talk to the manager

  36. Went to the Fallas in Long Beach in CA. I saw white jeans I have been looking for at 3 different stores and finally saw my size on a maniquin. I politely asked employee if I would be able to purchase last pair on display and she kindly help me. Once I got to the cash register I noticed white jeans had scuffs and dirt all over. I asked cashier "Gabriella Assoc 9022035" if they are able to discount jeans given the damage they had also being the last pair. She looked around and asked what's wrong with an attitude? I showed her exactly where the damage was and she said its store policy to sale at original price. No proof of store policy andywhere nor did she explain the policy. Given her rudeness I figured she was trying to use get me out of the store since closing time was near. So I then paid for my items. She was very rude yelling at another employee having a personal discussion while ringing me up. In my opinion these employees had no customer service experience. Very unprofessional! I've worked retail myself and never charged a customer orginal price for display/ damaged items. Once I left the store and began to drive home I realized I was over charged for my purchase. ( Maybe because she wasn't paying attention to the task in front of her) I right away called the store and Simon answered I asked to speak to Gabriella and waited on the the phone about 10 mins and then got disconnected. I am very unhappy with this store. I have been shopping at Fallad for years and never received this kind of disappointment.

  38. Store in El Paso TX,2200 Yarbrough. Have a question about how it would be possible that there restrooms that have five toilets for only female employees and one toilet for all customers that comes into our store, Example: female infants, and male adults. Hopefully god will help that one day a disgrace happens inside one of your stores with male people! When I talked to the manager named "Yiahida", and mentioned this situation with her she responded, that no one! would ever tell her how to do things!! God bless you! Hopefully this would be fixed.

I SPENT $189.70 AND RECEIVED ONE RECEIPT AND WAS CHARGED TWICE TOTALING $379.40!!!! THAT IS FRAUD AND THEFT BY TAKING!! YOUR COMPANY HAS CAUSED TREMENDOUS FINANCIAL AND EMOTIONAL PAIN TO ME. AS A RESULT MY ACCOUNT IS OVERDRAWN, IT HAS BOUNCED MY CAR PAYMENT AND RENT. THE $189.70 THAT WAS FRAUDULENTLY STOL,EN FROM MY ACCOUNT FROM YOUR COMPANY FALLAS LOCATED AT 1968 MOUNT ZION ROAD, MORROW, GA, 30260 STORE # 0582. CASHIER WAS NATHALINE AT 9:02PM. They lie about it and do NOT honor their return policy so do NOT be fooled into buying their items without trying them on first. They will give you an extremely difficult time returning or exchanging anything!! Michelle the "District Manager" in the Southern California area has ZERO customer service skills. How does this company even stay in business with such lousy employees. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! FRAUD FRAUD. THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY. What's the point of having a return policy.   41. HELLO. I recently work at store #602. It took awhile to get that job. I had three months searching. Mariana the old store manager was whom I filled out my paperwork with. I got hired from her on a Wednesday to go in on Thursday 5 of may this year. I found out that same day she quit the day she called me. After that I learned pretty quick what I had applied for. Cashier. I love it so much. María a key holder also quit days later. I heard so many bad things that I did get nervous. I needed a job I have two kids and bills to pay. Well thing is that the last week of last month I found out I was pregnet. Myself doing a home pregnancy test. That same week I had bleeding and went to the ER. I was told that I was definitely pregnet and had a high-risk. I never had a high risk pregnancy or abortion. I also never missed work if o had a cough or fever an any previous jobs.I would go. The next day on the 30th o gave a packet to the new mánager not so new she was in store 603. I told her what was going on. She only asked me do you not take care of yourself? Iwas like yea. She said how far along are you o said the dr said Arousa 7-8 weeks. Which o told her o think it was less because o has recently had a two week period. But that the dr said maybe o was foi g thru bleeding because of the high risk. I didn't get a dr note of what o could not do because I never been thru something like this like I mentioned. So she gave me back my packet. She didn't mention that she needed a dr note tell the worst came for me. On the 2nd of this month... I'm a cashier never done floor. She put down on a sheet and never mentioned it to me o was told by other employees that o had to do boys and girls section at the last hour left of work. Thing is u was doing both at the same time. When felt something wet i walked so fast to the restroom and saw i was over bleeding. I got out and walked towards the store to tell the mod key holder matriz that h had bleeding and that u thogh I should go to the ER. She said why don't you call first and see if it's necessary. I asked why and she explained that at store 603 there was something similar and that last time she got introble for letting someone leave. So u called. I was told to go because it would be better safe then sorry. The store was going to be closed in 20 min. So í told her that í would call a taxi. She said if you want just stay a the register and I'll take you so u know you get there safe. I said ok and she told me to clam down. So I waited for she did the rest.I'm 25 I don't own a car and I don't know how to drive. So after all she took me h got their at 11:15 pm. I was told u was starting to expell my baby. It was so hard for me. I was alone. I have no familiy here in Nogales. I got out on the 3ed at 3 am. I got home gave the news to the father. That same day u called in that í couldn't yo and that í think that day was my day off because u had to go to the clinic for a fallow up. Susana answered me in Spanish because í speak both. With an addetud she said uhhh so know what do I do? I said well h don't know un calling because un losing my baby. She said fine I'll see what I can do. She called back and said you need to bring in a note saying how long your going to be out. And said susana I can't it hurts and I can only go to the clinic because í need to do a fallow up asap. So she said well if you don't bring it you can lose your job. I hung up on her. I was going gurú a hard time. I went to the clinic gurú something to me i don't know what's it called and a quanty test. Thaat day on tve 3ed h got back home and my baby came out at 3:31 pm. It was tve worst thing. I couldn't think of anything. Thing is that day i did get a note not to go back to work from the er for three days. At the clinic they said no that it would be a week. I was just starting to lose it. So í called again the same day and told her i would not go in tell Thursday of the next week. She said uhhh so your not coming for a week I said no.

  42. I also told her and on friday I have a ultrasound at 3:30 pm. So the dr can see if guerra anything left. So her answer was mmmm well why don't you just take the rest of the week with an attude. I said are you sure? She said well yea why would you come for to days of this week? So í said fine I'll call you saturday to know what time I go in sunday she said mmjuum. So after that this past Saturday I called to ask about the scheduled. She said can I put you in home. I said h don't know it steel hurts, dosent that have to do with latters and lefting heavy stuff? Note: the dr was giving me 3 and i said that í think 2 was fine. On sunday í turned in my papers. Susana had given me a schedule where I did not cross on sight tell this past friday.that day i had a call with her and the district mánager Teresa/ Terry. Yes she asked me several times to stop talking to stay quit. She told me my resons where not an excuse to be the way í was at work towards susana. I was like mam would you do what she telling me to do after a miscarriage? She said no but that my pregnancy has nothing to do with work. That, that stuff is something else and that that needs to stay out of the store. That was my problem not thiers. I compostura understand it's not but i hace susna a packet where it does say I had a high risk pregnancy. She gave that back to me. If your an employee you know that you pull out crates in the morning and at night out of tve store full of merchandise and cloths racks. I rarely got helped. Imagine í asked for help one day some toble makers decided to spray pelee spary at the girls section near the register. I asked for her to cover me or martha both did not help me out even when threw up twice a little of course of so much coghing. So where cosomers. They also complained. If fueses cameras why don't they check them and see the reaction of tve cosmers towrds the smell. And see where susana is always at? Thing is after that call on trueque stitch í did telo in a moment susana told Terry í was recording the call because í was checking the time í was out of the rejister. I need to be paid and hope í get paid the almost 1-2 í was in the office. I yelled at her... Are you sure here's my phone check it cause know í know í cant even so that í aslo hace gee the 4 digit number to my phone with tve screen on and said go ahead. Check it Dance your saying un doing that. Terry got mad and asked me to stop telling í told her i couldn't belive what she had said then she said you know what un going to suspend you. After she said that í had to speak what it was. I told her i can not work under pressure or threats that if í don't do this or that and Hereu dose not like it you can fired or lose your job. That to me is a threat when its beeing used for everything. And for everyine with a additud. Everyone dosnt like the work environment since she went in. I heard so many bad things about her. Guess what un that type who dosent care tell í see it myself. Its worse then í thogh. This all started because í only was going 1-2 at night a week and she started putting me everyother night knowing turra is no transportation but taxi. Her husband is a taxi driver. Employees at work would offer me a ride and she would hold me back tell they left. Then 10 min later we would leave her asking me do you need a taxi í cam call my husband. I said no. So she said then how are you going to get home í cantidad give you a ride. I said i already have a taxi driver she said oh really.

    1. And how much does he charge you í así 5 she said that was impossible. Oviosly í lied. I thoght to my self what she told me the next day on her own. That she dose not care ir í had a taxi and that it was impossible to be charged 5 dlls. If the least they charge is 8. That, that money dosnt matter if it goes to her husband or not. Why would she say it on her own? Because like í though the night before she knows í dosnt drive and í dont own a car so how can she have more income. Putting the one who dosnt own a car at Night. Mybe you should tell the other cashiers to get to work early so í can count. Things rushed are never done right. I got yelled at that ita the same thing everyday.that I've been there long anochecer to do it in 10 min. And í get punched out early and then she tells me Corán your area before you leave. The store at 10835 Jones Rd Houston Texas needs to have the dressing room open because you don't offer refunds, only store credit, and you are loosing money because no one wants to purchase clothing before trying it on!!! The workers told me that corporate decided to close all dressing rooms so you need to offer refunds if that's the case. My friends and I can't try on clothes!!!!

  44. I visited a store in a Chicago that was appeared as a tornado had crashed in to the store. Every rack of clothes had items laying across it and items on the floor. There were clothing all over the store floor and some sections blocked due to items on the floor. In the shoe sections hundreds of shoes were on the floor as if someone had just dumped a box on the floor. There was only one cashier and a second worker was bagging items. The other registers were covered with clothing and items so a cashier could not even use the register if they wished. The store was a complete mess and should have been closed and cleaned before allowing potential customers to shop. You must do better. This is unacceptable. Many people walked in and walked right out. It was horrible.

  47. I just walked out of your Las Vegas Meadows Lane Location and was told i could only exchange 2 of 3 items. The items were a gift to my daughter, a bedding set with aheets., pillow, and comforter. I had never opened any of the items because my daughter doesnt have that size bed. The cashier insisted that the item had been washed previously yet the package was sealed. After asking for a manager, the cashier claimed to be the manager and was very disrespectful to me. I took my items back but I will NEVER RETURN TO ANY FALLAS STORES IN THE FUTURE. I Am NOT a liar and not trying to scam anyone. The package was sealed!! Unbelievably rude!! 11-29-16 at 1:23pm. I expect tk be compensated 702 303 7450
