I have just attempted to contact your offices regarding a problem. First of all, my three-minute wait was over 8 1/2 minutes. I had purchased a cordless blind for my front window almost 2 years ago. To be honest. I did not like the item from the start. The blind did not fully close. leaving the upper slights open for anyone to see inside. Then last night, as I was closing the blind, one of the plastic clasps broke causing the blind to fall on me. hitting me in the head. I called the store from where I purchased the item. They responded by telling me that they did not have the brackets, and that I should try the other store in my area. The second store also did not have the brackets either, but could order them, and they also told me that the shade that I had purchased had been discontinued. They could order the brackets, but unless I wanted to pay a minimum of $65 for someone to install them, I would have to do it myself. They also suggested I could purchase another shade for $120 (which would also have an installation cost) I live in a two-family home which I have to pay an increasing rent every year. The money for the current shade came out of my own pocket, and I am not going to keep replacing shades every 2 years because they have been discontinued. I am a 65-year-old widow, and I should not be going up & down ladders to replace brackets for a window shade. I am deeply disappointed in your company’s products and the extremely poor quality of your customer service department. Because of this. I would never recommend anyone to purchase products from any of your stores.

.

Sincerely, Cindy Sciano
