  8. hello I have an issue and I'd like to talk to you about it. Okay so I had a 40 day streak with someone and it wasn't even 24 hours later our streak was gone. We both are very upset with it and we would like you to change it, because its just not fair... it took 40 wonderful days to get that streak and with less then 24 hours our streak was gone! This is not the first time that this has happened, and I was okay with it, but now i'm very upset. I would like if you put our streak back please and thank you

  9. I need to speak with someone because the email is just automated and does not work... I AM EXTREMLY ANNOYED because my account was hacked and it has locked me out. I am going to lose a 60 day streak and this is unacceptable. I am very upset with snapchat and the way it handles its customers. There is no way to contact you. I want someone to contact me at sweetpeahd@gmail.com if I lose my streak you can at least out it back. Because I was ha me and this is unfair. Unlocked me from my account asap.

  10. I need to speak with someone ASAP, I'm locked out of my snapchat because of the stupid Google authenticator. I have over a 300 day streak and I'm about to lose it now, and that ticks me off. I have no way to contact you at all and that's unacceptable, and I see I'm not the only one who has had a problem like this. I want someone to contact me right now with the email of makaykay1014@gmail.com, and if my streak goes away you're gonna give it back to me, I worked hard for that. At the moment I am a very unhappy person with snapchat

  11. My phone is off,changed my password on my computer,snapchat asks for verification code when I try to log in with my new device...tablet.please help me. My email is DKolawole13@gmail.com. I want to change the verify code to my email and not my phone.
