Hi my name is Steve Psihas I have been a hair club member since the 80s as of the last year or so I have knoticed a huge decline in the quality of the hair units I'm am very diss appointed the units are not holding up the hair is falling out the hair is getting dry before its time and my scalp is breaking out like crazy I can be contacted at 727-639-3844 or my email is steveppsihas@gmail.com for the record the center I go o is very nice but one cn tell when thy too know something is up.for me to be weighting you I'm at the end of my rope.i believe we both know that the quality has dropped.i want to remand a hair club client I leave that up o you I have spent thousands of dollars not to mention the money I have spent on products I o not think I am alone in this matter ill work with you but ou have to work with me mainly bing honest I don't want to be spending any more money re guards Steve Psihas

    1. I was having a problem as well Steve. They told me that they changed manufacturers and that I should see a difference...we'll just have to see. But to get this change, they increased our rates. For many years we have been complaining about the quality of the hair and during that time, they never offered to increase our rates. When we signed up they promised us that we will always received the best quality hair out there. Now they are telling us that we will give the best but it's going to cost you more...I'm very disappointed.

    3. First head of hair was great. Second head started going down hill. Quality of head is not as good as doll hair now. The color is very bad. The stylists are great, but they can only work with they have. This hair now sheds fall in my food and next person sitting by me. My house floors ate full of hair. The hair cap shows through. Guess what I'm a woman having this problem. I have complain about these problems, but they continue. It's time for me to leave. Maybe if they improve their quality I. Might come back.
      very disappointed with this hair and the high price to be a Hair Club Member.

  2. Glendale, Calif location has horrible customer service.
    Raquel, Shannon, Michelle are managers and don't know what
    they are doing.
    I am being threatened by their attorney to end the contractual agreement
    with them.
    Hair club has the most incompetent managers and they collect a paycheck for
    not do their jobs.

  3. I have been a client for the last 12 yrs at the oakbrook center illinois. The staff Joe, Chris Kat and crew are great!! Niki, the manager at that facility is wonderful! If there is a problem or issue its taken care of, period.Very pleasent and comfortable atmosphere and private. Great people great product great place.

  4. I called the Hair Club that I go to yesterday to complain that my system came off, left a message and I'm still waiting for them to call me back.

  6. Perhaps a class action law suit is in order. I tried to cancel my contract. No one answered the phone and by the time I had gotten ahold of someone the 3 days had expired. They were suppose to give me other treatments to cover the cost they IMMEDIATELY took from my bank account. The original office would not surrender my contract to a local one so they would not continue to help me. It has been a nightmare. WARNING they don't care.
    Has ANYONE got ANY feedback from corporate regarding their negative experience????

  7. I'm having same complaints as others on here. I've complained to local office from 4 to 6 months now and nothing is getting better. The hair is already damaged falls out by the handfuls won't even last a month but I'm being charged almost $400 a month something's gotta change.

M.H Hi I'm a new customer since Jan 2015, I saw my results by June 2015 and I was so so happy but, then in Oct my hair started to fall again and i was so devastated, so I still go and my hair isn't that bad but not as full as it was until Sept 2015. I resigned with them and this time around the office in Elmwood park, NJ was so misleading and didn't explain the contract correctly.I didn't get a chance to go in Feb 2016 because my Mom passed and so I truly forgot to make the payment so I get a call from HC, Joannn called and said I didn't make the payment so I told her that I didn't go and my Mom passed so she said sorry for your loss but you still have to pay; instead of telling me in a different way. This is one thing everyone has to make sure to question and make sure they explain it correctly otherwise they'll say they never said that to you. I mean 256.00 a mth is not easy to come by. Once I'm done in July I won't be back I have enough shampoos' & conditioners to last me through Dec of this year. I did have to great young ladies who did give me the best advice ever and helped me to get my confident's back and I felt so good when they did my treatments and my hair; THANK you so very much Samantha from East Brunswick N.J & Claudette from Elmwood Park, N.J
