  3. Stop forcing your employees to clock out to avoid overtime. It's okay to try and save a penny but treating your employees poorly and not paying them the amount of money they deserve when you schedule them for the hours is not the way to do it. Try purchasing better steaks so every other meal is not comped, instead of low balling hard working employees. There are better alternatives to saving a buck. They should not have to fear not being scheduled the following week because they went over 40 hours. Do a better job at managing and this won't be an issue. John Hodges in Florida and Alabama is not a good manager. The employees work very hard and have the biggest smile on their face all day and treat the customers very kindly, then get screwed over for a few dollars. They have familes and lives outside of Logans that would be much more enjoyable than working for free.

    Thank you,
    Disappointed loyal customer

  4. In cedar park the server decided to add money to his tip. I called Jeff Williams (manager) assured me that this was getting taking care of and I would get my money back. It's been almost a month and still no money back. Every time I call he says I sent it to corporate and they will have it fixed. Then said oh we will send you a gift card too for the trouble it was an honest mistake. I have not received my money back which was fraudulently taken or anything. I'm very unhappy with this company and that nothing has been done to fix this problem.

  5. I am a server at Logans Roadhouse in Arkansas. I was told that if I did not show up at a soup kitchen on Thanksgiving for two hours it would be considered a no call, no show. Someone, please tell me how this is right?

  6. My wife and I went to the Logans Roadhouse in Fairview Heights, IL. Our waitress was very friendly. Our drink order was taken promptly, and our salads were fresh, and the rolls were hot ...... but then ..... after our meal arrived, my steak was overcooked, but I decided to live with it. However, after tasting my room temperature bbq ribs, I spoke with a manager and told him that the ribs were not hot. I showed him that I could put my finger on them to emphasize my point. His response was, "Well, they are not supposed to be so hot you can't touch them." I sat there in disbelief. He then asked me if he could reheat them for me. Still in disbelief, I reluctantly put the ribs on a plate and gave them to him. After seeing how the manager handled the cold rib situation, my wife was hesitant to mention that her broccoli was cold. The butter that she put on the broccoli would not even melt. After bringing back my re-heated microwaved ribs, the waitress came by and said that the ribs often come out cold. If this is a known problem, why don't they address it? We finished our meals very unhappy. No mention of, can I get you anything else, or sorry for the inconvenience. What ever happened to the days of good customer service where the restaurant would bend over backwards to make you happy? I have relatives that don't care for the place, now I understand why. Good riddance. (Still thinking about calling Corporate.)

  10. I would like to be able to print a Logan's Roadhouse coupon. But everything that I attempt to do "requires" me to join one of the on-line coupons groups and/or put the "ASK" toolbar on my internet window. I have found that if I do so I get lots of unwanted mails and unwanted ads for "ASK". Why don't you solve this problem and get at least some of my business.

  14. Let me start by saying "we love our local Logan's Restaurant". we love the managers, the staff, the location, and the food. Have been going to our Logan's regularly since it opened, and have stopped going anywhere else.HOWEVER, we are not happy with corporate.....have any of you corporate folks spent a week working in one of the restaurants (ala Undercover Boss)? Why would you get rid of good servers just because some cranky, bitchy customer (who likely isn't happy with anything or anyone) complains. Shouldn't that situation be handled by the local manager (that's why you have them)? Also, why do you keep taking all the good stuff off the menu? Loved the onion petals.....delicious and easy to eat for seniors, kids, and others who can't eat all the hard, crispy stuff. You brought the great "accessorized" burgers (egg, extra cheeses, etc)---everyone liked them, then they were gone. Now you bring in the fabulous grilled skewers of chicken, beef, and shrimp with the hawaiian sauce and now it's gone. Now we hear you are going to do away with the apples which are soft to eat for those with issues of eating hard, crunchy stuff as well as other side favorites. And WHAT in the name of heaven is wrong with your T-shirts and jeans 'uniform'? Are you just trying to look like some other roadhouse? Are you trying to make all the good servers so uncomfortable that they all leave or work everyday just feeling miserable? Corporate! Please get your head on straight and stop screwing with a good thing. We have a great manager in our local Logan's, give him options of what works for us, He knows his clients and he can best serve them...not some stranger sitting in an office in Nashville who doesn't know a blasted thing about what we the local customer wants at our Logan's. We love our Logan's---stop messing with it.

  15. My sisters and I attended the Logans in Nashville at the 100 Oaks location Sunday February 8th 2015.
It was not a good experience. We have dined at Logans several times before this had no problems and the food and service was okay. But I must say I was very disappointed on this particular visit. We waited for 20 to 25 min. for seating. We had a party of 4 adults and one child. Once seated it took more than average time to get our food. We had to speak to a manager (Dustin) to get our food. The order was not correct. The manager explained that they were doing shift changing and apologized for the inconvenience. The waitress (Mia) was not very good. She forgot the rolls, never came back to check on beverages and was very tired. We know this because we asked her if she was tired. She responded that she was. To cap off the whole horrid experience when it was time to pay for our food the waitress hand me the pen to sign the receipt with a very negative comment. " I really love this pen so make sure you give it back". Now this was not said in a joking manner and I felt that it was offensive as if to imply that I would take her pen. First of all restaurants should have a large supply of pens just in case some patrons may forget to return them. And second don't use your own personal pen! I am not in the habit of going to restaurants just for a pen! I left her a note on the receipt to remind her that some comments do not need to be made!

  16. I am a server at the Logan Roadhouse in Roanoke Rapids, NC. Managers will put gratuity on big parties if they don't look like they will tip. They do not tell the guest and the servers possibly get a double tip. pretty sure this is illegal. salad dressings are recycled no matter how old they are and the cooks are absolutely disgusting with hygiene.

  21. I have been going to the Logan's Roadhouse in Mary Esther, Florida for years now. I have always had exceptional visits. The food is usually great and service the same. Half the reason why I've kept coming to this location is because of the servers and bartenders. They all treat each other, and us customers, as if we are family. However, it seems since the manager, Kurt, has been gone, things have been changing for the worst. The servers are still kind, but it seems that every time I go back, one of our favorite employees is gone (starting with Kurt's departure). Like I stated, half the reason I go to this location is because of the awesome service I receive. I've only met the new manager a couple of times and quite honestly he rubbed me the wrong way. First of all, he introduced himself as "Shorty", which is a bit unprofessional in my opinion. And I have also seen him walk up to female servers and whisper things in their ear. I'm obviously unsure of what was said, but it didn't sit well with me or the other people who saw this. I also witnessed him pat a girl on the rear and demand she remove her cell phone from her pocket. She did so, and walked away seeming less than satisfied. Normally, I would never bring this to anyone's attention, but I can't help but feel that there has been a dark cloud over this restaurant ever since this new manager has arrived. All of my favorite waiters/waitresses and bartenders are gone and the food hasn't been as tasty as usual either. I don't know who is at fault, but until I see change, I can't help but point my finger at the newer management. I know that Kurt would be disappointed in what has become of his restaurant.

    Sincerely,

    Concerned and loyal customer

  23. Went to the store on Charlotte picke in Nashville. The waiter looked like he was not all there and ready to fall over. No rolls till we asked. No silverware (we got some off the other table), filled drinks only half way when we flagged the waiter down. Loaded mashed potatoes were hard on top and cold, again we had to flag down waiter who just said OK when we told him about it and we ask for a baked potato (we assumed that could not be messed up) . 2 people ordered chicken both said it was like eating rubber. 2 people had sirlon that was not cooked to there orders even after the 2 people told them pink and bleeding ( thee to people are managers of a restaurant so know how to fall explain cooking steaks) they were both over cooked. The waiter brought our plates for the rolls after we asked for them but only borough 3 ( we had 4 people ) asked for another plate the waiter said you mean I didn't bring 4 but I counted.will not eat there again

  26. Takeout Order for Blair☺July 3, 2015 at 5:30 AM

I would just like to give a shout out to the Logan's located in Lookout Valley, TN (Chattanooga). We usually eat there at least once a week (we have our "usual" everytime) and it is GREAT! We live nearby and mostly order take-out and eat at home. Some of the staff know who I am when I call-in just by my order because it's always the same. Very rarely a problem (wait time), but when this has happened the staff are very nice and always apologize. Order was even comped once for an extremely long wait when they were very busy and understaffed on one occasion, even after I said it wasn't necessary. Also I have a disability and was having trouble walking once so I called when I got there and a very considerate young man brought my order out to my car! Restuarant appears clean inside & out, staff appearances are clean and well groomed, extremely polite (None appear dirty and/or drugged out like some of the other comments or have been rude). From my experiences this location seem to have a Great team of managers, servers, hostesses and other staff. And can't forget the cooks...Food is Awesome! So if Corporate awards Outstanding service the location in Lookout Valley should receive the recognition they deserve! Well done LOV!!!

  27. I went to the Logans roadhouse in Lafayette LA and two of the workers a manager and bartender were all over each other by the bar. Flirting and touching each other. 28. We absolutely Loved the manager at Logan's on West End. Chris would always come to the table and spoke to us during our meal and would ask if we had everything we needed. He did this every time and we saw him going to other tables, doing the same with them. We dont always have the same server but most all were great folks. Those few times when things were not going as smoothly,.it usually boiled down to our waiter being new. It is a disapiontment to know he is no longer there. If he is at a different Logans then please let us know. That's the Logans we will be going to. Let him know that he is not gonna be the same without him. Change is good, they say. But this particular change is very bad for those of who go to the West End location....The only thing positive would be in a case where he moved to a higher management in the company. Good Luck, Chris! Godspeed......

  29. My soon to be ex wife is a manager at Logan's. She has been intermingling with one of the cooks there which caused our divorce. The Logan's in Frankfort, Kentucky. I didn't think co workers were allowed to ' date ' especially a manager and an employee. Her name is Kari, his is Anthony. There has to be some kind of ground rules for this behaviour between employees.

  30. IV tried to find an email but I can't online. IV been to logans many times in the past and have had good and bad experiences, but the one thing that stands out is the hostess (female) clean the men's bathroom. That's fine no big deal right? It wouldn't be, if the bathrooms where closed during the cleanings. IV been in the restrooms when the young girls are in there cleaning with drinking men making rude gesturs and fowl remarks at the women. IV seen men try to get them to come in the stalls with them and exposing them self's to the girls. There are plenty of men that work there that could easily do the task just as well without the risk of someone harassing these girls or worse. I know this probably won't make a difference but I really hope this changes before someone ends up hurt. Thank you. Concerned customer.

  31. On Sunday, Oct. 4th my family and I visited the Logan's location in Ridgeland, MS. After being seated for 15 minutes & never being recognized, I contacted the nearest waitress to ask for our waitress. Our waitress finally came and took our order. She said that she would be right back with rolls and drinks. Both my husband and I ordered salads with our entrée, she only brought me a salad. She said that my husband had ordered two other sides (he didn't). After realizing that it was another table that ordered the two other sides, she brought my husband a salad. At that time, we requested rolls. The waitress disappeared for a while and finally brought our food minus my daughter's side. Not receiving any rolls from my 1st request, I requested rolls again. Finally someone from the kitchen brought my daughter's side. Seeing other waitresses bringing their customers rolls, I flagged down our waitress to request rolls once again. She disappeared again & when she finally came back, she said that all of the rolls were gone. Before we left, I requested rolls again. Our waitress finally came back with our ticket - it was wrong. I ordered an entrée and added a side of ribs ($6.99) but she charged me for a ribs entrée ($13.99). I was also charged for a strawberry lemonade that I didn't order. I brought the error to her attention. She took it to the manager and the manager only deducted $3 from the total bill. I'm not sure how the manager thought this was fair or rectified the error, but I just told my husband to pay the bill. When we left the restaurant my family NEVER did get any rolls or drink refills. As an attorney, I know how important customer service is. Logan's really lacked customer service yesterday and I'm not sure when, if ever, I will visit this Logan's again.

  32. I work at the Logan's Roadhouse in Barboursville, WV. Today our GM told a waiter to "Get the dick out of his ear!" when the waiter couldnt hear what the GM had said. This was humiliating to the waiter, but it was NOT AT ALL a shocking thing to hear from Donald! We are subjected to verbal abuse by this manager on A DAILY BASIS. He constantly degrades his employees. Screaming at them, calling them names, and acting in a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL way! SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE!!!! Nobody should dread coming to work because of such a pathetic, little man. There is a HUGE difference in a boss and a leader, and he is neither....He is nothing but a BULLY. He does NOTHING but ruin employee moral, which has led to low guest-count. Who wants to eat somewhere where all the employees are miserable? Bad management leads to bad employees, bad employees leads to no customers,no customers leads to no Barboursville WV Logans. Get it?

  33. I currently work at Logan's in Waynesboro VA. While our GM is GREAT some of our other managers are not. They're lazy, often refusing to talk to unhappy customers when asked, and when an order is messed up by the kitchen (or sometimes the cooks don't have the ticket for the order at all even though the server rang it in) or there's some confusion between the server & cook, a situation that a manager can handle easily, we're told "well what do you want me to do about it?" and the manager walks away and leaves the servers and cooks to try and sort out the issues on our own. Why even have a manager if they're not going to do their job?!?

  35. I'll start by saying we used to go there a lot, but the last few times it's just been
so-so in food quality, temperature of food, and long waits.
Today was the WORST experience yet, thus the lowest rating. The Manager (a man
with a foreign accent, saying this so no one else is mistaken for this person) was so
extremely curt, rude, and disrespectful to us that we told him we would NEVER be
back to this Reynoldsburg Logan's location. The food was cold, the meat NOT cooked
as ordered, French fries looked and tasted awful. The wait time to get this "crap" was
forever. The appetizer was way undersized and when I questioned that I was told by
the manager that that was what I get for the price (no kind words, no offer to bring a
bit more, nothing) and if I wanted more I'd have to pay for it.
This is a "first" in "Manager treatment" of us in any restaurant I can remember.
One thing is for sure, I will be complaining to the top level of Logan's and will NEVER
set foot in this Reynoldsburg location.
The one thing that could improve this establishment would be to FIRE the manager
and HIRE a good one. All of the waitresses/waiters/and hostesses have been ok in
    the past.

  40. I'm currently a employee working for Logan's in Summerville for the past two years. I enjoy my job and can proudly say I work for Logan's steakhouse, however the management staff is starting to get out of hand. They are not the least professional. It's Shameful and unprofessional the way they interact with us as workers and expect to get the best potential from their staff. I honestly feel THEY ARE MISSING THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF MORAL IMPORTANCE, no integrity and does not value the importance of their works which is starting to affect the dynamics of the staff as a whole. For the pass two years I've yet to get a raise, I'm on call for others that do not show up for there shifts and to be an dependable employee but now I'm feeling used and under paid. I do not like talking to mgr Shalaine nor Julie, reason being they do not understand how the separate their person life's and business life to keep if professional. I would like someone to look into this matter, we as employee's add value to this company and would like to be treated as such.

  41. I was a kitchen employee at Logan's in Grandville, MI up until a week ago. I will admit I was a no call no show for my shift because I dreaded going to work every Saturday. I did not feel I could go to any of the managers or the GM (GM Brian Lahey) for this complaint because they are so unprofessional. I would be followed into the cooler each Saturday and Sunday and he would force me to kiss him. I would tell him no and try to walk away. He also knew I am married and do not appreciate this behavior.
The GM never treated me professionally either. He was make rude comments and laugh at me. He asked me to clean the metal around the window in my station and I would not do it. There were still customers around and I know for a fact they often do not appreciate seeing people cleaning while they try to enjoy their meal.
I busted my ass just be treated poorly and be blamed when things would go wrong even if they weren't my fault. Please fix this restaurant! Nobody deserves this kind of treatment especially for what most of the employees get paid there.

I know I passed and they told me I failed every time I took it. When another manager when to look for my test some how it was gone. They told me I could host so I took them up on the offer. Only to find out they didn't need servers at the time they hired me and did everything they could to fail me on my test because they needed hosts. I was never out on the schedule, so I never knew when I was working I always had to call and sometimes I still wouldn't get an answer. I was always left to host by myself on busy nights or during good specials. The other host would disapear for several minutes at a time. I would get yelled at for not doing a better job when it was so busy and I couldn't do it myself 2 people where supposed to be up there together. The managers wpuldnt do anything about it so I quite. I was supposed to revive my w2 for working there and I have yet to see it. I will be finding a number and hitching. 43. Worst experience I've ever had at a so called restaurant. Vienna wv the restrooms had shit on the walls. The food was cold. The staff was busy talking. To each other than waiting on customers. I'll never go back. I'd advise you never go to this very poor excuse for a restaurant.

  44. I have E-mailed Corporate once complaining about the Ranch Dressing they have started using which is HORRIBLE but got no Response back... So here I go again! A few weeks ago before Logan's stopped selling their Porterhouses I ordered one well they brought me a T-Bone and tried to say it was a Porterhouse. Well I went ahead and took it even though it was a T-Bone and not a Porterhouse.. Tonight my Husband and I go back and I ordered a 16oz. Ribeye well when my steak came out it was a New York Strip!!! I said to the girl "This is a New York Strip and she said "Yes" I told her I had ordered a 16oz Ribeye so she took it back and a few seconds another girl brought it back and said "This is a Ribeye it's just CUT WRONG!!!! Now really how STUPID do they think we are??? I know what my steaks that I eat look like and the texture of the meat... We have been going to Logan's on Hwy. 80 in Bossier City, Louisiana for going on 3 years.. We have made Friends there that we enjoy very much but the kitchen needs to read up on which Steak is which!! When I order a 16oz. Ribeye that's what I want!!! Maybe I will get a RESPONSE TO THIS!!!!

  45. This was the worst restaurant ever. Please shut them down, batheoom was not fit to use. Our meal was burnt from the sweet potatoe, my steak was well done, I asked for med well. The manager agreed the food and services were awful.(Chris). I will be posting pics on google. I know we have good and bad days but Logan's are on their last days. Our family will continue to patronize local businesses, but not this one. We couldn't even gwt refillls in a timely manner.

  46. I have to say that the Logan's Roadhouse in Fairfax, VA has a horrible manager (Will). He was reprimanding an employee in front of customers and that's not professional. The servers are great, but this guy, has no clue. I know nothing will come of this, and I may contact the district office. Apparently he can't keep employees and the ones that do stay, he gets into their business too much. He's a manager, NOT THEIR FRIEND. Corporate needs to have these people trained properly instead of throwing anyone into this position. NaNa, was a great manager and a true people-person, but guess what, he left.

  47. On March 19th y husband and I went to Logan's Roadhouse in Gardendale, Alabama. We arrived at 7pm. We were told that they were not accepting any more customers because their kitchen was back up and it would be too long a wait for us to be served. I have never heard of such a thing. We will never go to that restaurant again. I just thought someone at corporate should know.

  49. First off, what's the point of this website? For people to complain somewhere where no one will ever see it? Also I tried to complain on the Logan's website but it wouldn't let me past the store search page (on purpose I'm sure), tried on my phone and on my desktop, nothing. Anyway, I ordered to go food from a Logan's in downtown Nashville, got a burger, my girlfriend got the spicy chicken sandwich and we split a bowl of soup. So I get my food an it looks fine in the bag but when I get home my burger has no bacon or cheese, and apparently medium rare means burnt as fuck. My girlfriends sandwich is cold and the bottom bun was falling apart because of how soaked in sauce it was, obviously had just been sitting there from before I ordered. Smallest bowl of soup ever, almost 5 dollars for a tuna cans worth of soup. Tried to call and complain but when I asked to speak to a manager they said there wasn't one there right now? How does that work? Is everyone you employ trained to lie and bullshit the customers as much as possible? I just don't understand. Anyway, fuck you guys.

  50. Please never visit the Logan's in McDonough, GA. The food was terrible and they have bugs/roaches and spider webs everywhere. Some insects was found in my sister mashed potatoes. The general manager and managers tried to down play it and say that they do not have bugs.. Wrong!! Please be aware...

  51. Thank you for making my daughter feel like an idiot. She put out a electrical fire with an ABC rated extinguisher which covers electronic fires.... But they said only one is in the back of logans... Which is a lie, the one by her stand is an ABC rated.

  52. I would really like someone to contact me. The website for logans doesn't let you get past the store search. Our evening out at Logans was absolutely horrible. This is the third time in a row that it has been this bad. At least the two times before we had a good server. This time, that server was horrible. It wasn't even busy tonight and she got nothing right and part of our meal never came out. You need to fix your website or offer an alternative to allow us to contact you. We spend a great deal of money everytime our family goes there and it is ridiculous none of you care how bad it is. sheryl7734@att.net

  53. I am an employee at Logans in Gonzales,La.store 530. I have been with the companyfor some time now. This is where the problem comes in the so-called Gm Frank ha! what a joke then there's Terry the kitchen manager another joke. First and foremost to sell customers steaks that's black as tar is stupid unprofessional and a hazard. For the gm (frank) to be off EVERY weekend is ridiculous. He has come in and completely RUINED the restaurant. He has NO respect for the employees or the customers. Obviously if they are serving spoiled steaks. Listen as an employee we need help I have followed my chains of commands but it's no use when the regional manager and the gm are buddies. Please help us do you really want a gm whose response to another manager calling and asking for his help because the servers and bartender decided to leave without being checked out being...'I'm with my family what the hell you want me to do about it' smh this location is failing trust me!!! It's a lot of faithful employees and a lot of unfaithfuls. Also is there anyway we can have drug test admitted maybe cameras installed to catch the drug deals going down in there also. Or the fact that a lot of meat being stolen to give in exchange for drugs. Yes this is actually what's going on here. Please help us.

  54. I came to the Logans on Gallatin Pike June 3 and the service was horrible. I order a chicken club with only mayo and bacon and I got dry and hard bread, the fries were cold. Corporate needs to clean house. I have never had bad service here at this location

This may sound like an exaggerated description of a poor night out. I assure you that this is exactly how it took place. We were a party of 7 out for Father's Day dinner. Would have had a more pleasant experience at McDonalds.

    Issues in order
Called ahead for a table said no wait 10 min later we arrived and gave us a 40 minute wait
    1. 15 minutes to get a waiter at the table
    2. A at least 10 just to get fountain drinks
    3. The beers were a little above room temperature
    4. Meals came without the salads
    5. Kids meal missing sweet potato, came out with fries
    6. One of the meals was missing the vegetable
    7. 3 roadhouse burgers bacon BITS instead of bacon( manager said they ran out). It should have been removed from the menu since I would only be getting a bacon bit burger and not the one on the menu.
    8. No BBQ SAUCE, sautéed onions, mushrooms, red onions and pickles

Then we spoke with the manager and he said he would adjust the bill. Ok, things happen I guess.

    Then we received the bill
    1. Charged for the salads we didn't receive
    2. Drinks and appetizers were full price during happy hour
    3. The managers adjustment of the bill was a free appetizer coupon. No bill adjustment charged for the salads we didn't receive.

Establishments like Logan's Roadhouse are really selling a pleasant dining experience at an affordable price. When considering the poor service from the waiter then combing that with the incompetence of the manager it is highly unlikely that any number of customers will return.

So, I confront the manager (Jimmy) and expressed my complete dissatisfaction with the quality of service and the overall quality of the food. As well as his shortcomings as the manager handling this situation. He refused to lower the bill and offered more gift coupons. It was at this point that I pointed out the issues with the bill. He [jimmy] corrected the bill numerous times to adjust the happy hour and regular price issue. But he did not adjust the price of the 4 beers at full price, not happy hour.

I can assure you I will not return to this establishment and would not recommend it to anyone.

  57. The service at the Logan's Steakhouse in Allen, TX sucks. Tried it for the third time after talking to management about the poor service the two previous times. No improvement what so ever. Three strikes your out! Check their sales trend. I bet it has been steadily going down. The location will probably be closing in a few months.

  58. Steakhouse in Bowling Green, KY. is filthy. Needs a good cleaning. After a bad meal, used the bathroom, pee all over floor, no toilet tissue, hadn't been cleaned forever. Kitchen looked nasty also. The eating area was nasty, also. Food was bad. Loaded sweet pot. had only unmelted marshmallows. No Brown sugar, cinn. butter. Fried pickles were limp. Steak the size of an apple. The salads were good. Hooray!! Don't want to ever go to Logan's again. Diane Hunt 2206 Usher St. Logansport, IN Print complaint, not name, etc.

  59. Looks like the trend with Logans is on a collision course with failure.
We went into store #218 at 2 p.m. on 6 August. The 'greeter' told us to
follow her, she went ahead about 10 feet, threw the menu's on the table
and walked away. Had we not seen the place she threw the menu's, we wouldn't know where to sit. I counted 8 tables piled with dirty dishes,
rotting food, and flies. It took 10 minutes before anyone approached our
table. This lady named Susie was the only reason we stayed. She explained that this wasn't her table, but, she would be more than happy to serve us.
We left at 2:45 p.m. and those same tables were still full of garbage
and dirty dishes. Add to them the three tables that left also. All this
time waitresses were going out side door, smoking for 5 minutes, coming back in only to disappear.
Having been restaurant manager with Marriott, and F&B director, this
begs the QUESTION; Where in the hell were the managers. Your parking lot
was almost empty. Is this because of bad location, or REALLY BAD MANAGEMENT? I watched this "sideshow" until my wife and I left. There is
no "Leadership" or management in this building. With the exception of this lady Susie E, none of the rest smiled, offered to help, didn't pitch
    in to clean tables.
We may be a "voice in the wilderness", but you have really basic and
big problems with this staff. translated, LOUISY TRAINGING, AND NO MAMANGEMENT.

  62. My husband and I went to Logan's in Warner Robins, GA this past Saturday on a double with my sister and her husband. When our food was brought out the ribs were cold. It was as if they were heated properly and felt like it had come of the fridge. We informed the waitress and she was just like "well i don't know because we don't have anymore ribs" and walked off so we called her back and asked to speak to the manager. When he arrived to the table he seemed confused and said he was trying to figure out how they were cold. We offered that he touch them, he did not and he asked what we wanted him to do in a nice way. I told him if he could take the ribs off since we could not eat them since he needed assistance on what to do.

  63. Wow...I was going to tell you about our horrible experience yesterday (the day after Thanksgiving) but then saw all of the above complaints with NO response from Logan's. Guess you won't really care what I have to say about our Reynoldsburg, Ohio location. Reynoldsburg residents...go across the street to Smokey Bones or O'Charlies.

  65. My daughter and I just found out that you are not offering prime rib on your menu anymore. Bad call will not be back, will be going to Outback and Texas Roadouse for Prime Rib now, this was a horrible bad business decision.I do not understand why you executives take a really good item off your menu, are you trying to go out of business. How can you call yourself a steakhouse when you take the real steak off your.menu.
