  1. My husband and I had dinner last night at Joe's Crab Shack at the Stn. Mtn. Hwy location in Georgia. It was my 60th birthday and we had excellent service and great food. My coconut shrimp were to die for and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the crab etoufee. While another woman was celebrating her birthday that same evening, our server honored my request not to reveal it to the staff, so I wouldn't be embarrassed or fussed over.

Again, thanks go out to the cook (chef), our friendly & busy server and to the general manager.

  5. I have been to e Joe's crab shack in San antonio Texas off of IH10 a few times now. I am very upset with how things are ran in this place. My food is normally over done which shouldn't make any sense because it is so slow. But I think this is due to the lack of management and the fact the kitchen staff and waitresses seem to care more about their relationships then their jobs. The waitress I had was under age and went out side with one of the kitchen staff then came back in with her breath smelling of beer. He smelt like marijuana. There is so much inappropriate things going on in this place and the management seems to let it happen. I don't think it is right that my food is bad because your employees would rather care about their relationships than their jobs. I don't like to see people feeling on each other and doing inappropriate things in the workplace while I'm trying to eat my food.

  7. I'm a former Joe's Crab Shack employee and trying to get ahold of someone for Payroll at Corporate is a joke. You get transferred three times to be connected to a voicemailbox that says she'll be out of the office from Nov. 27th 2014-Dec. 1st 2014. Considering its now the 17th it makes you wonder if they even check these messages. But it is Joe's Crab Shack, i don't know why I'd expect anything better

  8. On Nov.1,2014 as I walked down the front entrance of the Tulsa Joe's crab Shack with my crab dip, my foot go caught in the pavement at the bottom of the steps. A nice couple brought me inside where the staff rendered first aid, took pictures and gave me their contact information which included your Manager on duty and Regional Manager .The Manager took my contact info. Later the Texas office called me to say They were not responsible" and provided no additional information. You are not listed as BBB member and where the incident occurred is not city property. I went by in Dec and the pavement is still crumbled, there are no signs, no caution tape/cones no preventative measures to secure the safety of your customers from injury. E. Harbin

  9. Joe's shit shack is in violation where they are supposed to supply tax documents to workers by 1/31. I have yet to get mine and seeing as the last day to supply this is not a business day, it doesn't look like I will be getting one. You do have my correct information and I have already called about this issue. I will be taking the next steps to force legal action. Thanks for nothing.

  10. I visited your Schaumburg location for lunch on Thursday for the first time ever. My husband raved about how great your crab legs are and had eaten there a hand full of times. We had an hour lunch break from work and both had been wanting crab legs. So, we decided we would go there for crab legs. This was a huge mistake because the entire meal was a disaster. First the lobster bisque was cold and really didn't taste great. I took a few bites and left the soup. My husband ordered the King crab legs and he took one bite and said it tasted funny. I went to smell the piece on his plate and instantly was disgusted! It was spoiled and smelled terrible. The waitress Ashlee came back to the table to check on us and I told her his crab legs were spoiled. She apologized and offered to get him another order or something different (she handled the situation fine). He said no because he had lost his appetite. I didn't blame him. I tried to share my queen crab legs with him but at this point they were cold. I then went to give him the corn on the cob and it was shriveled up almost like it sat under the heat lamps for a long time. The corn was completely untouched. Next I went to eat the potatoes and noticed the inside of 2 of them were black (rotten). This is completely unacceptable. Then to top off the horrible experience, the manager (I'm assuming by the check her name is Viola Diaz) never came to the table!!! Let me tell you, I managed a restaurant for 9 years and know that whenever a customer/guest has a bad experience I am there at least twice. ESPECIALLY if spoiled food goes out to the table! There were maybe 5 tables in the restaurant, so there is NO excuse for the manager not to make an appearance. All she did was comp the king crab legs. I didn't complain about my cold crab legs and soup, uneatable corn and rotten potatoes, because I was so pissed and wanted to get out of the restaurant. My husband was afraid I would make a big scene if we stayed there any longer. He felt horrible for suggesting we go there (which is not his fault). I am completely disappointed in the way things were not handled by a manager and left all up to the server to make things right. First time visiting a Joes crab shack and not sure if we will go back. Such a shame because we recently moved to the area and love seafood. I think you need to speak with the manager and explain how important it is that she visits all tables, especially when the table gets bad food.

  11. Your new commercial which depicts a running shrimp makes me never want to eat shrimp again. And I don't want to go to Joe's Crab Shack every time I see it. It's an ugly and stupid commercial. Who thought that was a good idea???

    Just sayin'

Today our family of 4 arived for dinner at your restaurant in Beaumont Texas for what was about to be one of our worst experience ever. We sat outside but due to the rain we moved indoors. Where our waiter took our drink order, things seemed to be normal at this point but shortly after he brought our drinks he saw we had two boys he said I don't mean any disrespect but I don't like kids and left came back with our drinks and took our food order. We ordered two kids meals one was cheese pizza and the other was chicken with fries. We also ordered two adult males one fish n chips and one jump crispy shrimp. The kids asked about our waiters belt cause it was pokemon they talked for a few. When our order came up the shrip was very Bland and had no flavor at all. The fish n chips looked to be soggy and under cooked. So at the end of our meal we asked to speak with the manager. It took a while for her to arrive at our table and I told her my consorns about the food and about my kids beverages and how we were charged for two adult drinks not kid drinks. After herein how unpleasant our meal and visit was she shrugged her shoulders and asked what do you want me to do then walked away....... I paid my bill and asked our water when the other managers would be in. I also stated it would have Bern nice if they at lest acted like they cared about our complaints. We are known as "The Joe's Family" in three states
We started eatti g at Joe's in 2002 but became the Joe's family in 2003 when I had our first boy. In fact he was sitting on a Joe's table at only 12hr old and has been ever since. Both our boys have. We have spent thousands of dollars at Joes sometimes we spend 4-5 days a week at Joe's we even own almost everything you sale in your shop. Mugs, shot glasses, towels, toys and yes even the cloths. When we left our 9 year old was so disappointed in our visit he said he doesn't want to go back. I myself am so upset that I was shown such little respect and/or concern about today's visit not only does it hurt but also makes one think should we ever go back let alone recommend your restaurant again.

    Our waiters name was Mike
    The managers name was Payton

  17. Elmhurst, NY 11373 warning if you want good service and food in a timely manner do not go here . If you know someone you hate or dislike a lot recommend this place to them, it is the closest you can get to hell without dying. It took a half hour to get a coke and lemonade. I order a clam chowder I received it cold and got french fries that was cold. when it was time to pay the check my tip was going to be cold but my wife left them a tip. It took 40 MINUTES FROM THE TIME WE ASKED FOR THE CHECK AND THE WAITER CAME AND GOT IT THE MEAL TOOK 2 hours and 15 minutes. there was only four of us and one was a child. I wish I could give this place a zero,
but am blessed with the knowledge of I am never ever ever did I say never going back there best part is when I DRIVE BY THAT IS WHAT I WILL ALWAYS DO DRIVE BY IT.
