  2. Last time I went there I got severely sick as soon as I got home! So I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. He said no one else called in yet and would let me know later if anyone did and would call back to check on me. Which he didnt do. He did send me two coupons for 5$ off not including alcohol and it had to be used for to separate people.. Well the coupons expired before I got the nerve to even go back there.. So oh well.. No way I'm going back there now!.. Expiring coupons.. Wt*

    1. You probably got sick because they use the instruments on raw food then touch yours that is being taken off the grill.

I am a contractor for the bd,s in Lakeland for about 5 years now. the owners name is Darryl and if I don't hear from him soon I will give out his home phone number and email address to everyone. the reason for this post is the owner has not paid any of his over due invoices in the last 3 months he has a balance of 3500.00 with use and at this time has refused to pay. I have numorus emails stating he will send a check next week. I would not do any business with this company due to the franchise owners and or corporate office due not care about any thing but there pocket. I have called corporate office three times and have not heard back from them. so at this point if I do not get paid I will post all of the owners personal info and all as his bull shit emails on a local web site to show every one how sorry you are

  6. I've been working at BDs for a couple years now at the lakeland location. In these past couple years it has went to crap. The manager has been known to mess with the coworkers even rumors of him sleeping with them. 2 are known to be true. Some one definitely needs to come in and take over since its being run into the ground.

    A coworker who works his butt off and is tired of being over looked.

My son worked at your Beavercreek location and always showed up for his shift and went beyond his duties, recently they switched to a new scheduling system he posted a shift he needed covered because we were out of town with family for christmas, and the shift was picked up by another employee who didn't feel the need to show up and is notorious for doing this, my son goes in today to eat and the manager decides to be a jerk about it,stating it's my son's fault that this other guy didn't show up to cover his shift that this guy picked up, and my son had no idea that he blew it off because of the scheduling program they have put in place in which no one has access to see others schedules. Now can you explain how this is my son's fault?? & to be fired because of this when the other employee does this all the time? And the manager steve was a dick about it, everyone else sees it wasn't my son's fault, but he cant? Seriously?? Everyone is having issues with this scheduling program as well. I think that's just pisses poor management skills
