  2. I would like to register for gifts at your store and scan anything I want for Christmas and my Birthday. I want to do this without giving me email or phone number. An employee told me I can only register by giving email a dress and I'm limited to only purchasing housewares. I think you should change this policy.

  3. Horrible customer service. Very rude and disrespectful towards people of color. I went in to resolve an issue then later call where a "manager" continuously hung up on me. Then after 15 minutes of me calling picked up the phone and told me to stop calling.

  4. Wow reading comments here I am not sure if my concerns will ever be addressed. I was shopping in Younkers this past weekend. I need to find a red, white and blue t-shirt for my son. Of course the one I needed was on a mannequin. I asked the associate if he could take it off the mannequin. After a phone call he came back and just said "I can't" without explanation. So I asked, they won't let you or you can't find anyone to take it off. He responded back "Yes". So I proceeded to anther checkout to find someone to get a mananger. They called the manager and I was told she would be right down. I waited, the store is not big so 15 minutes later I ask if they could see what the hold up was. This associate was very polite and said she needed her too so she would find her and see what was the delay, so another 15 minutes go by and I still don't have a manager. Now understand I do realize things happen and people get delayed, but what really ticked me off is that when the manager arrive she was extremely rude. Usually after making someone wait 30 minutes you would apologize for the delay, but know I get a "what do you want" with a rude stare and frustrated manager. She did take the shirt off and against my better judgment I purchased the shirt. So after I finish my mall shopping and am leaving I hear this manager being rude to the associates at the desk. I really don't think it is very professional to be berating your staff in front of customers. I love shopping at Younkers, but I am seriously going to rethink some of my shopping behaviors if this is how I will be treated in the future. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
