    Back in August I purchased 2 new tires for my daughters truck , last night as she was driving @50mph her drivers side tire flew off . We towed the truck this morning to the Villages location and was told that we should have came back after 100 miles to re tighten the lugs . Yes it was in the fine print but it would have been nice if when I paid $500.00 for the tires the tech mentioned it and we would have known this was their policy . Worst part was when we told the manager my husband had difficulty reading due to him being DEAF we were basically laughed at ! We will never recommend your company to anyone !

  3. I had a small drip of transmission fluid that I went to the Sarasota location to repair. The next time I drove my vehicle it was on I 75. Traveling along at highway speed I knew something was wrong when my cabin filled with smoke and the transmission started slipping. I was lucky enough that it was near an exit and I could limp to a repair shop.
    It was there I was handed the hoses that TIRE CHOICE had installed. They were the wrong hoses to be used. It clearly stated on the hoses that they were not intended to be used under pressure and it was also clear they were made of rubber, a fact that was pointed out by the repair shop.
    I had the same repairs made that TIRE CHOICE was supposed to make plus the cost of all the transmission fluid that was all over the engine and sides of my vehicle.
    I returned the slightly used hoses and a copy of the repair shops bill to Buzz at the Derek Ave location. He said I would receive a check in a few weeks. A few weeks came and went. Buzz started the run around, I then called Ruby at corporate. She was unaware of any check request. It turns out because it was never submitted. I received a call from Steve the district manager who told me Buzz never turned in the paperwork and had been terminated. He assured me that I would receive reimbursement and my loyality as a TC customer was appreciated.
    That was weeks ago. Now my calls looking for my check go unanswered.
    Is that any way to run a business?
    Tell any one you care about to stay away from these cheaters and liars. There is no customer service or integrity anywhere in this company.

    to fix my rattle in front end
    $165.00 worth of brake parts problem sloved and 6 months of trying
    Ive spent over $ 2500 in my front end
    for NOTHING
    Ive spoke to 7 other Scion XB owners of same car and NONE
    have had any front end work do done on there cars
    SO
    Let me know
    I feel I got screwed

  5. Please beware of Tire Choice. I am new to the area, needed a tire company to replace my tires....upsold me on the 3 year alignment policy. Took car to a different location 30 days later to get an oil change. Had them check the alignment. They called and said alignment was severely off and tried to sell me on the 3 year policy. I told them that I had just had an alignment with Tire choice and bought the 3 year policy. They seemed surprised and checked and said ok, they would re align under warranty. When I picked up the vehicle there was no indication that an alignment was done. When I asked they said they never put alignments on their invoice (they add shop supplies but they don't add alignments - yeah right). When I asked to see the paperwork showing that the car is now in alignment they said that their machine is out of paper. I asked if they could add paper and then they said it was broke. I asked if their machine why are they using it. They said they could put the car back on the rack and show me that it is in alignment. My contention is that it was in alignment when I brought it in and nothing was done. So they argued with me in the store. BEWARE - the srore on Gladiolus Driver (#28) cannot be trusted. I have a claim with the corporate office and a BBB complaint in as well.

  6. Raped by Tire Choice.... this company is a rip off!! I am a 62 year old man and have a well maintained Avalon, I wanted new tires on the car for a trip so I got a quote which was in line with the other quotes. My wife was going to that for grief concealing for the loss of a son, she took the quote number it was for out the door$447.47 complete!!!
    Keith the man i got the quote from told her the car needed things done that DID NOT need to be done he racked the $447.47 quote out the door to OVER $2400 thats what she paid to get out the door (RAPED BY TIRE CHOICE..) do not deal with this company the will rip you off copy this and share with all your fiends markh2249@yahoo.com

  7. Went into the North Port, FL store for a simple oil change & tire rotation, they broke off my post that the lug nut screws onto. Manager tells me he doesn't have time to fix same day, I will have to come back. Sent me packing with 3 lug nuts holding tire on-REALLY!!!! Reach home safely to check to be sure they topped off wind shield wiper fluid, bone dry!!! Went back and approach the employee that torque my post off & told him he did NOT top off my windshield fluid, he had the gull to stand there and say "Yes I Did". Popped the hood and guess what, NO fluid. I have sent 2 e-mails to the corporate office complaining and no response. I will never ever do business with this company again!!! BEWARE!!!!

  8. Don't go near the place as it is a classic rip off. Using company credit card I did not get the promised 10% off of the price. District manager Steve on Jan. 28, 2014 said I would get a check in the mail. I'm still waiting after leaving 2 additional phone messages to Steve and
    in addition sending an email request promising a 24 hr. response. Good luck to me.
    Won't even think of doing business with this terrible company.

  9. Took a wheel to tire choice on Gladiolus Dr. because I got a nail in it. They patched the tire but chipped the rim. They are black ZL1 10-spoke rims GM sells for just shy of 1100 dollars. They are now chipped down to the bare metal on the lip of the rim and sticks out like a sore thumb. When confronted the manager stated "im not taking responsibility of a painted rim" and offered ZERO reciprocation. All he said was go to advance auto and buy a touch up paint.

  10. took my car to tire choice to get brakes done, rotors were cracked and replaced calipers, pads and drums, brake fluid changed...almost 1300! fined out wrong drums, replaced them, warped one week later, changed them, warped again. THEY ARE GETTING THEIR PARTS FROM ADVANCE AUTO PARTS! I wind up getting my drums from Toyota with no refund from T.C. for the drums they sold me.

Alternator bad in my car @5:30 p.m. called tire choice to have replaced they close @7p.m. man say they cant do it in one hour[its located on top of engine]then he says he has to locate one and he'll call me back. He calls back @ 5:45p.m. and says he can have it in the a.m. I asked how much and he say 450! Im at Advance auto parts[where they get the parts]said ok. advance had the exact same part that they would get for 148.39! I see the guy bring in parts to T.C. with the Advance Auto shirt on! That's 450 for the part and 100 for labor you do the math! RIPPING OFF REG. CUSTOMERS? NO MORE!! Ives Dairy in Aventura...I have receipts to prove it! I thought they were honest til this happened!

    1. At 6p.m. I called and said I have the altenator can they put it on and Ryan said he has no mech. to put it on and they close @ 7, good customer service for a reg. customer and I got screwed and I spent a lot of money there for repairs.

  12. Went into the Port Saint Lucie West store for Alignment, 2 new tires and TPMS (tire pressure monitoring sensors) all four. I had everything done and the tech said "well we programed your sensors but our machine isnt working with the sensors, drive it for a few days and see if it fixes itself" 3 days later and a 200 mile drive and no luck, the sensors never worked. They told me that they could refund my $200 that i paid for the sensors. I asked if I was to buy new sensors from the Honda dealer would they be able to get their machine to work with those and they said yes. So i did buy the new sensors(for less money) from the dealer(as if that makes sense) and brought them in for the exchange and refund. They changed out the sensors for my factory ones and still couldnt make them work due to their equipment. The manager called a competitor down the street that he knew the manager and asked him to do him a favor and program my sensors which he did and they worked just fine. The manager of Tire Choice wanted to take off $100. of the money owed to me for his friend at the other shop doing him a favor that took him literally 5 mins. I still had to drive my car over there and get in the middle of repairing my own car. Now instead of the $200. that i should be reimbursed he wants to ogive me only $100. due to the favor his friend did for me, now its been 2-1/2 months and i still keep getting the "OH THEY STILL HAVEN'T SENT YOU THE CHECK"? Crap! these guys are incompetent at best. I wont get personal but I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

    Ed who works behind the counter is a complete idiot and moron. Rude, unprofessional and by all means not qualified to work at a ANY auto mobile care center. Payed for oil change and tire rotation. Did NOT receive a tire rotation. Mark my tires every time and when my wife went back to question him, the reply was 3 different excuses of why it never got done. Finally he told her to leave--If I was there it would of been a completely different outcome! Great job Tire Choice!!!!

  16. I am a senior citizen living in The Villages in Central Florida. I have had my 2009 Lexus serviced six times a two different locations here in The Villages. On FOUR of these service visits the work was unsatisfactory. Once was a front brake job that had to be redone two weeks late. One missing lug nut, one oil leak and one A/C filter poorly installed. On at least two occasions I believe I was over charged. I urge you to find a more reputable service agency. Anonymous in The Villages

  19. I bought four new tires at the E. Commercial Blvd. store in Ft. Lauderdale. ALL FOUR TIRES WENT BAD(splitting)within a year. Was promised a credit which I never received. I will never go back to Tire Choice even if it't the last place on earth. I don't think they know what customer service is!
