  1. I'm a patient at a Comfort Dental in Federal Heights, CO. I've recently needed to get two new crowns and one replacement crown in the front of my mouth. Three of my front teeth! I had a gap that was fixable with crowns so I paid upfront a large sum of money for three crowns at once. Went in for my first "fitting" two out of three were good one just didn't match. Went for the second time and it still didn't match. Went in for a third time, still didn't match. Went in today for the fourth time, if looked perfect. I was thrilled! However it didn't fit well so the Doc worked on it. He worked on it and he worked some more until he says " I've worked on this so much I now see a small crack so lets send it back for a whole new one." These are my front teeth and I want them to look good but I feel that having to go for five or more times to get a crown fitted is ridiculous!!! The staff was very courteous and professional but apparently their LAB is full of idiots who couldn't make three crowns to match if their life depended on it!
! This has been a six week ordeal so far and if I hadn't joined their Gold Plan and paid up front I don't think I would have picked Comfort Dental.

  2. Comfort Dental has turned my life into a nightmare. I went in to have a bridge replaced and they talked me into pulling all my bottom teeth and giving me mini implanted dentures. That was 14 months ago and I have 2 of 5 implants that have not fallen out. 2 sets of dentures and they are horrible made. I have suffered horribly and am so depressed as to be suicidal. This is not the way life should be lived by anyone. I live in East Mesa and can only say never never never go to Comfort Dental. I will file a complaint with AZ dental board and seek a lawyer as they have left me no choice.

  3. I was recently at comfort dental and I thought I was totally disrespected I sat down waited to see the doc he sits down and takes a look in my mouth and says "are we pulling a tooth out every time" not knowing how self-confidence I am about my mouth I haven't smiled in 8 years Cause a medicade dentist in Michigan was running scams through the state and I was one of them.

  4. I like how they keep you from offering any personal information in the comments and filter them out. this is obviously to help cut down on negative reviews which are coming in all over the internet. Short version I was ripped off about $2500 for a procedure that promised a refund if it didn't go right that didn't. They refuse to refund my money and offered a free cleaning.

  5. I had 6 crowns put in the front bottom and 6 in the front top in my mouth, because the bonding they were putting on kept breaking off, and the dentist could no longer score my teeth to adhere the material (I am a tooth grinder and was never informed by any dentist I did this and I didn't know until it was too late. Thank you so much to all of the dentists I have ever had, but as long as you get paid what do you care?), and I am constantly self-conscious about my breath, because food and tartar builds up below the crowns way down in and causes my breath to smell if I don't floss like twice a day, every day, and my gums will bleed easily, and of course I was never educated about the pros and cons of crowns until after the work was done and paid for and I had concerns, and the very front 4 teeth on top are shorter than my original, real teeth were, and it changed the way I smile and the way I talk. I hate it!

  6. I used to be a patient of the kansas city mo gilham location. I had gotten a root canal done like a year or two ago and since then the tooth has fell out! I called and ask the office what could be done? she says that just happens cause of your mouth! I'm like that doesn't make any since if i pay alomost $400 for a problem to be fixed and pay the amount of money its just a oh well situation good luck. Will never go or refer anyone to comfort dental.

  7. My husband went in on Christmas Eve this year for what Comfort Dental offers free services day. He thought maybe he had to get a filling or something in his back bottom tooth and to have it checked. To make a long story short, the tech apparently focused on the wrong tooth and my husband ended up getting the WRONG tooth pulled. Then when he went back to discuss the matter, they ended up pulling the tooth that he went in for and was very apologetic. They then discussed that because of BOTH teeth being pulled now, he would need a bridge and that would cost HIM around $2K-$3K. Now how does that makes right? I think Comfort Dental needs to work with my husband and make things right for him, not another solution needed because they pulled the wrong tooth.

  9. I must say with all the negative reviews who on earth would want to visit this place. But I too have had a negative experience with them in the kansas city and waldo location. You come in for an appointment whether dental or braces and sit for what seems like hours. Then I have had braces with them since Dec 2013. If I had not of inquired about how many more out of pocket payments I had they would have never billed my insurance. When I asked about it they said we don't show you had insurance. I had 2 dental policies when I signed up. Who do you employ there a bunch of dummies??? LIES I tell you, this place is a joke and I hope someone shuts them down.

  10. I wouldn't send a dog here to get flossed, this company is GARBAGE, they are rude unprofessional and do EVERYTHING they can to squeeze every dollar from you. These people wanted to pull my teeth and do root canals and all kinda of stuff..WELL THANK GOD for a 2nd opinion come to find out I only need 2 fillings. NOW my child (because she thinks she is grown) went to them for braces, and we are going through HELL and high water to get them off... THIS IS INSANE and i will make it part of my daily routine to tell people DO NOT go there

  11. The worst dentists work here. They all lie and cheat you out of your money. Their work is terrible. I went in 4 different times for a crown and still looks very bad. Over sized and discolored. They made me do 6 fillings and my teeth been hurting me for over 6 months. One of the fillings fell out last week and they told me I have bad luck. I've Never have any issues with my teeth prior to going to comfort dental. I brush twice a day and floss once.

  13. Today I had a visit with my dentist (exam and filling) that I've had for years.
NO complaint about the dentist, BUT the billing lady that checked me out was VERY SHORT with me and acted like she was in a BAD MOOD. I am on the lighter side of UPSET due to her attitude. When you're at work especially that kind of environment with stressed out and worried patients, your negative attitude will ONLY bring negative right back to you.
She IS going to be reported. This is NOT ok.

  14. Best to stay away but if you must go to these thieves, never pay up front. I was charged double what my insurance listed as my co pay and they refuse to give me a refund. Comfort Dental should be renamed Comfort Fraud....

  15. Comfort Dental in Pensacola Florida almost killed my mother. At my mothers first visit to have 3 teeth removed they overdosed her on pain medication and on the way home she lost consciousness in my car, had to be given Narcan by the paramedics and again in the ER. The had someone very apologetic call my mom to persuade her to come back as she had already paid them $6,000 for future work to be done. 2nd visit waited 2 hours, bridge not fitted correctly, 3rd visit bridge still not fitted correctly. Thank God that she has survived them but she now is stuck with extreme pain in her mouth and still without her bridge. PLEASE, if anyone is aware of how we can hold these crooks & quacks accountable reply to my post.
