  1. This is just a little advice. Please educate your managers about how to respond to applicants who are looking to relocate to their perspective areas. This is a response I receive from one of your managers in the Buffalo, NY office..."We are in Buffalo, NY ????? Thanks Cathy". This is very unprofessional. She responded as if I were NOT intelligent enough to know where I was submitting my application. I have worked in the field of recruiting and this is just not how you turn applicants off.

I agree with the above comment. The Woodland Hills office is a joke. They do not return calls or respond to emails.

  3. Latesha James is nota god recruiter at the Edison. Se does not take concern of how a candidate feels or what may be going on. always busy and mean on the phone

  4. Latesha James also does not know how to get someone employment fast....she lacks professionalism and has favoritism. In my opinion she does not need to work there.

  5. Natalie Galan in the Las Vegas branch on E Pebble Road was very unprofessional to hang up in my face after stating that their branch can no longer represent me. So im the unprofessional one? Really? Wow. At least i can say the California offices actually showed respect, out here in Vegas, they on some BS.

  6. I have tried to get assistance with the Henderson office on Pebble Rd in Las Vegas NV. I went in and patiently filled out the application and so far...have been calling for weeks with no response until today 2/5/2015 I finally spoke with my recruiter Natalie G and she stated to me because she could not reach my references she cannot offer me a position. She also went and said she can offer other agencies. WTF. Now I have worked for AppleOne before and never had a problem but now It becomes frustrating. I just got tired and ask for the Corporate number and now they want to know why I'm calling corporate? Well personally that is a insult and I will be ranting to this on the news to let everyone know how unprofessional they are. People are actually looking for a job and to be turned away is frustrating after filling out all the paperwork needed. If there is anyone that is in the Las Vegas, NV area here is the corporate number 8008722677. Its not about the job but some of these people need to really stop the BS and do some work. Bottom line you are there to recruit not turn people away.

  7. I have excellent qualifications and experience in the job market. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed with AppleOne services in “all” of the Orange County offices I’m registered. I will “never” recommend this company for any type of employment assisted services. After hours of registration processes filling out all sorts of hiring forms with personal information, hours of assessment testing, weekly diligent check-ins for current job opportunities (emails/phone calls), still unemployed. 5 of my recruiters are never available to speak with. After leaving messages, never return calls. Very rarely respond to emails. Receptionists have excuses as to their unavailability. They have poor marketing tactics posting jobs online (Indeed.com, Monster, Career Builder, Glassdoor, Craigslist, etc.) to lure in candidates instead of working with the qualified candidates already registered. Their tactics are exactly like sharks preying for bait chomping them up and spitting them out. A numbers game as to how many candidates they can lure to register fading out qualified candidates. Instead of all recruiters in each office work together to network candidates, they’re clicky and selective. I’m pissed off to see jobs all over the Internet and never once do my recruiters contact me to present myself for those I'm qualified for. When I send emails inquiring about such jobs, I get no response as to status or follow-up is non-existent. If they submit my resume for a position, I never hear back as to status of outcome presented for. Professionalism is poor at AppleOne!! FROM PROVEN EXAMPLE, THIS IS UNTRUE “The Best Quality, Employment Verifications and The Finest Service." NOT!

    2. I totally agree.. After going thru the whole process- for the AppleOne rep to continuously asked me here in the Albany NY office if " I am sure I walked down the aisle and received his HS and College diplomas".. and then chuckle about it pissed me TOTALLY off. Then they even verified my school addresses and dates attended; so I still don't understand the snide remarks.. all for a $14/ hr job?

I went thru Kelly Services for the same Maximus position and started already- FYI- I am also a USPS employee and they had no problems verifying my educational background. In 20 years of employment I never experienced such disrespect.

  9. I received a paycheck on 4/3/15 that was included in the first quarter of 2015 for unemployment purposes and have been trying to get it corrected for a month now. No one will help me or return my phone calls. This error has cost me $200 a week in unemployment benefits. I was forced to call 7-on-your-side to help me resolve this.

  10. I had a wonderful experience with Brandi Ratliff at the Fort Worth location. I was not an easy candidate to place, however Brandi took the time to meet with me and she was able to take my skill set and look "outside the box" for opportunities. She was fantastic, always responded back in a timely manner. I have worked with many of her competitors and she is by far one of the Best!! You have a Gem in her. Thanks Brandi for the opportunity to work with you, it was definitely my pleasure.

  11. Your personnel need to be aware that professional people are a little different that the green card genre. Additionally, the amount of information you demand is more than I provided for a Presidential Level Security Clearance. As a temporary service and minimal direct to hire company I find your procedures bordering on illegal. I have sent the paperwork you required to the Deputy Directors of both Homeland Security and Immigration an Customs.

  16. I don't understand how so many people are bashing on Appleone. I was pretty much jobless in the summer of last year. And as a last resort decided to apply to Appleone. A few days later landed an office job. The only con about them is that they have different agents sending me emails or calling me about a job opportunity.

    2. Good for you, I guess they have to place a handful of people to make it look as if they are actually doing their jobs. You just got lucky.

  17. I also have had and continue to apply to jobs that fill my skill set and background.
I received a call from Rebeca at the Fontana CA office.
She asked about my background , I explained and in my estimations was a GOOD fit.
I have over 20 years in the industry, the job as she explained was for a "specific " title and the employer wanted "just that experience".
I went on to explain that is part of my background but was not all I did had so much to offer.
I felt she had no understanding of what the job she was asking me about.
Went on to rant about how they will keep my resume and would contact me if a "fit " occurred.
I have heard that Apple one was a good staffing company.
    Really ??
Some body needs to educate this girl on looking outside the box.
She left with no way to contact her for follow up.
    Very un professional attitude.
    I will tell a friend !

  18. I know from first hand, the office in Irving Texas does not have it together, placing the wrong SSN -I heard the lady ask for direct deposit, the girl gave her a pay card and then they took her off the assignment, because the girl did not want the pay card. They get commission on pay cards. Everyone in that office should be fired from the front desk to the manager.

  20. Everyone at Irving Texas Office should be fired! It is not even what you called professional, they must be on something. How do you give someone a copy of your check for direct deposit and the company gives you a pay card because they get commission on the pay card. But the employee should accept the pay card and shut up if they want to keep their job. They took the person off the job because she did not want the pay card and they gave her the wrong SSN.

  22. Please help me understand what is going on with Appleone. This is not the first time I have tried to work with your agency, the initial contact was for a job that was listed, strange, when I arrive I am told the hiring process for this position is on hold, not once am I called prior to coming in for an interview and once I left, never heard from your company again, from what I read on the internet, this is a typical standard operating procedure.I am then called by an individual named Corey out of the Clear water location in Florida, this individual does not bother leaving his name or a message, I called and the secretary finds out that little unprofessional Corey called me, I left my name and number and told Corey will contact me as soon as he is finished with a call, that was almost 2 hours ago. This is a joke.....
