On, April 21, 2013 I, consumer Frances, made a purchase at the walmart store located at 4320 N W 167TH Street, the item was a game system. After arrivving home with the item and read the box that including the games inside, the content of the games were very inapporiate for age groups (17yrs or maturity) for my five year old son to play. However, it was late the next business afternoon I took the item back to the customer service desk. Upon my arrival I waited for my number to be called the sales rep looked at the box and therefore, stated everthing looks good let me have a talk with my manager.(I did not get the saleman name). After waiting for about fifteen minutes I heard the the supervisor then stated, to the young salesman you should known what to do. I interrupted stated sir may I please have a minute of your time, the supervisor, expression said it all horrible looking. The supervisor approached me with a serious attitude, and stated miss, can't you read the policy on the returns.(I did not get this individual name) However, I stated sir in no way was I rude or abrupt speaking to you, I need to speak to a store manager immediately. I Proceeded to the top level where I saw the store manager Luis Basulto with the rude supervisor stated in spanish I was a stupid troubled nigger. The store manger approached me and introduce hiself and stated what is your complaint, I answered to his reponse stating your not a professional or a good representative for the company. As a store manager you should have listen to my complaints as a consumer who come here and spend money not to judge or critized, me without hearing me out. the so call anager called the police and had me escorted out of the store, I would never spend my hard earn money on any brand smart mart ever. Racist supervisor, storemanager, and rude employees should not be a representative for a major company, this issued of racism should be addressed and rectified.
BrandsMart USA needs to train their managers and update web site. I placed an order on line. There is no place on the site to let them know that someone else may be picking up the item. The store ASSumes the person placing the order will pick it up. This is something that should be changed ASAP. My daughter went to pick up the gift I was sending my grandson. She had her ID and the form emailed to me with all the info she would need. She has my name and her ID shows her full name. The store manager was rude and refused to allow my daughter to get the tv. She called me while at the store and I had her put him on the phone. He tried to be ugly with me. I won that round! The idiot wanted me to fax my CREDIT CARD to the store! Then he wanted me to fax my drivers license. What an idiot! I was not home when we were talking. When I got home I called back and got someone - not sure if it was the same man. He figured out pretty fast I was going over his head on this and came up with me sending an email and put the last 4 digits of my credit card on the email. He said he would allow her to pick up the tv with this. I guess we will find out tomorrow on that. The manager should be fired and customer service should be worked on. My daughter said there was a very nice young black man that really tried to help and he got the eye from his boss. Again, manager should be fired. I do not recommend this store to anyone. This was my first and last dealings with them. Customers should be treated with kindness and respect. If the manager is not fired he should be put in a position where he has no dealings with the public. If the web site is not updated so the store does not have to ASSume things corporate heads need to roll. If you have not figured it out yet, I am fired up about this.
Brandsmart is a joke. I will NEVER shop there again, went back to pickup gift and they REQUIRED me to provide my license to be copied, I will be notifying DMV as I boeive this practice is illegal. It needs to be changed immediatlely?

I have had their merchandise for less than 30 days and now the washer machine is not working! Are you kidding me! Management is now giving me he runner round and stating to me that I would have to pay for someone to come to my home to pick up their merchandise that is not working in my home. I feel that I have been treated with all unfairness! All I want is for them to come and pick up their merchandise that not working and GIVE ME MY FUND REFUND BACK! I have experienced the worst customer service at the brandsmart in Buford, Ga. Two co-workers standing around talking. I had to ask for help. Keep in mind the store was empty. I asked a question about computers and the employee did not have a willingness to assist in any way. I had to go to the manager on duty who assisted me as I was in the midst of walking out the door after complaining about the lack of service I received. Brandsmart should hire people with more customer service experience and continue to engage in customer service seminars for there employees. Will not refer anyone and will not visit that store again!!
Some of the managers at Brandsmart USA, Sawgrass location makes it unbearable for some of the workers. Some of your workers are being bullied on a daily basis by a few of the managers, one in particular Miss Camille Banks thinks she is so high and mighty,that she has crossed the line of professionalism into harassment of some of the workers. This is unprofessional behavior,and no worker should feel uncomfortable or inferior on any job.Teach your Supervisors how to interact with their workers. I have been reporting two problems with my washing machine. One problem is: A heavy noise when washing machine is operating. The second problem is: the water level does is extremelly low causing half of the load of clothes to remain dry. On 06/09/2014, I took off from work so I could wait for the service technician to inspect the washing machine. Unfortunately, the service technician was not very helpful and it seemed that he did not wanted to deal with the water level issue as he stated to me the following statement " I will not inspect the water level on this machine as I already know what is wrong with it. Why don't you go into the internet and find out how people are complaining about this machine made by GE. This machine is not a good equipment since GE was just experimenting with the water level (energy saver) when your washing machine was manufactured. I am very sorry but this is not our problem. GE has made a defective washing machine and it is not Brandsmart responsibility to fix it. I was livid to see the arrogant attitute towards my person and my handyman that had passed by to do a job in my house. He observed how this service technician refused to inspect the water level and the way he did not like to have to take the washing machine out of the laundry room. I told him that he needed to take out so he could work on it...then he proceeded to say that I needed to take the door out of the laundry...how absurb!!! there has been other technicians and have taken the machine our of the room without a bit of problem.Not pleased to say the least, I've been calling Brandsmart Service Department for over 3 hours today. I have been transferred to people like Irene who's voice mail is full. A service manager who called me to brag about his service technician before even asking me what I was calling about. I felt that he was not going to listen to my version of the problem as he already had coincide with the service technician's version of the story. The service manager's attitute was worst than the service technician, his attitude was arrogant and aggressive as he started screaming at me in Spanish. I was so disgusted with him and everyone in this department as they don't listen to the customer its all about them. He kept saying that I needed to read the manual and I continue to tell him that I never had a problem with the washing machine until now (washing machine was purchased on 2011) and all of a sudden I have to read the manual because the water is not enough to wet all the clothes that I put in the machine. The service manager hung up the phone on me because I requested to have the washing machine inspected as previously requested in my service order. He continued to say that they could inspected but it will not be their responsibility. He told me that he will be talking to his service technician to make sure that the water level is right....thats when I told him that he did not have any clarity to see outside the box. He got mad and scream at me and I told him to stop and he hang up on me.The worst company's customer service or service department or God knows whatelse.
" OK so I had a recliner that is almost 6 months old, that is been giving me problems since April, the control has been sticking periodically. called for service and the store in West Palm Beach says unplug it and replug it may well be Power surge in the area that might've knocked it out, The next several situation that happened the representative advised me to do the same thing. I asked for someone to come take a look at it they said they'll get back to me I have not heard any. My daughter arrived in May and I had the same situation she called and asked for service still no one came out. When I contacted the extended warranty section they said the chair was still too new for them to take a whole I should need to contact the West Palm Beach location to resolve the situation once again I called them for service no one came out. In the latter part of July I said I've had enough of it and I'm hoping that you guys will try to come out and get some's resolution to the hiccups or the glitch in the system control. Never got a call never got any represented to come out and look at my lift chair. I called the service warranty plan once again and they directed me to the store and I spoke to someone in customer service and they told me bring the lift hear back I brought it back and I had quite an extensive time at the store I spent two hours talking to one associate said he was manager in customer service Micheal, gave him the information that the customer service woman directed me to furniture manager Larry but to my surprise he told me put my item back in the vehicle and they will call me. I went in store and spoke with Andre Azam which expresses his greatest sympathy but also told me there's nothing I can do but he's going to send a message want to his managers and I should wait for another service call and they will determine if, if anything they can exchange or service the chair. Bought the Ultimate 5 Year Appliance Service Plan for all my appliances. Microwave after a year got a stain on the glass and they said that is not covered by the warranty. Maytag refrigerator freezer keeps getting ice build up and then it starts to melt. Technician has come out three times for the same problem and when I call customer service they don't want to switch out the refrigerator and are very rude. I have been threw a few repair with my washer they never installed my refrigerator ... they sales rep lie about everything to get a sale... and when you call its a different story ... they wont fix nothing correctly nor care to help if you call there corp office the blow you office transfer you several time when ask to speak with a manager . they are full of bull and don't care about their customer .... Brandsmart is the worst company I've ever purchased from. I ordered a washer and dryer they gave me a scheduled time for the items to arrive and 3 days later they still haven't shown up. I call customer service and either I get more lies told about delivery or I'm hungry up on . They won't even give information on refunding the funds back to my card. I have been very patient and held my tounge after being hung up on several times when I ask to speak to management. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED....... I have bought a washer and dryer machine at brandsmart located at pametto and after 15 days the third time i used it it is not funtioning well, so i went to the stored and spoke to the general manager Jose Prada. Awful experience, he said i can't return the items because they are expensive -:they are not a toaster- he said i replied i know they are not a toaster if that were the case i wouldn't bother returning them but this is over a thousand dollars. That's why i came to return them. Ge said no and that i need to call a tech to evaluate, and walked away and left me standing there, hiw rude is that i have been a customer lf this store for quite a while now and i hobestly think this is a horrible customer service. Really that kind of employees take the brandsmart name to the lowest level. I wish i could formally file a complaint with someone. We bought a whole kitchen from them labor day wkend..they sold my refrigerator that i BOUGHT. Told me i have to wait 10 days..then when the other truck was coming it wasn't on it just dishwasher n microwave. .said between 12-4...the other truck with the refrigerator was a 7am..NEVER SAID there were 2 trucks..it was a lie..n all they did was lie to me..spent$ 3404.06 and nothing was delivered right. .also bought washer n dryer..I felt with that kind of sale THEY would really go out of there WAY for us..NOW still in a condo that I just moved in and have nothing..I have to eat out EVERYDAY cause I DON'T have a refrigerator. .what good is a microwave if u CAN'T put ANYTHING in it.or a stove..NOT one thing was the truth out of there mouths..will NEVER buy from them AGAIN. As soon as they get there $$$$$$ you are a big flat nothing to THEM. .there are other stores you can buy appliances from n for the extra dollar amount you are better OFF
I brought a 65in Polaroid big screen tv from Brandsmart in Stockbridge Ga. They advertised it as a 120hertz tv, when I got it home and installed it, it was a 60hertz. When I tried to return it, they charged me a 20% restock fee. I spoke to the return manager and asked how do you advertise 120hertz, it even says 120hertz on the outside of the box, and its not. The manager said it was the manufacturer. I told her the manufacturer was not taking my money. Don't waste your time and money at Brandsmart
I would like to share with you the distasteful experience I had with your company. On 11/25/2015, I purchased a washer and dryer. One of my biggest concerns at the time of purchase was the hours of delivery as I am a full time employer with no one else living with me. The sales guy was very convincing that it would not be a problem. That once I received a call with the time criteria, that I could request the latest delivery for the day. With that said I proceeded with the purchase. I was asked what number could I be reached for confirmation on the delivery, I gave them my cell . They NEVER called that number. They left a message on another # in which was not retrieved until Monday 11/30 mid-morning. I then contacted your company and inquired about the delivery time they advised me that it would be between 2 pm and 5 pm. I then requested the latest delivery and the lady informed me that I would receive a call with a 30 min window. No sooner than I hung up the phone, I received a call from the driver stating they were at me door. That call was received at 12:44 pm. I informed the driver that I had just completed a call with customer service and that they confirmed times of 2-5 pm with a 30 min window. The driver did not know what to tell me. I proceeded with contacting customer service again and they rep was blown away with the fact that all deliveries were already completed for the day. She clearly stated they would have to return she also transferred me to sales due to the fact that she stated they should have never promised late delivery. I spoke to a gentlemen in sales who stated they would forward all info to a manager and that someone would call me back within the hour. But ensured me that I would get my delivery and not to worry….By this time it was 1 pm… I waited…. At 2:10 pm no one returned my call therefore I called back to check on the delivery. The rep said she was going to call the driver, I was on hold for a bit, when she returned she said the driver stated he was in my driveway and that he was going to wait for me to arrive. I advised it would take me 35-40 min to arrive I was told NO PROBLEM the driver will wait! I left work immediately and rushed home, to then find that the truck was not there. I called the driver’s cell # 4 times and nobody picked up. I then contacted customer service once again. They told me he waited 20 minutes and left. I asked neighbors was the truck there between 2 pm and 3 pm and was advised no. therefore the driver clearly lied. Customer service came back and said SORRY no one can come back out. Nobody even took into consideration I left my job early not to mention no pay!! There answer was we can reschedule!! I have never been so disappointed in my life with such poor customer service and well as the unprofessional-ism. At this point I do not even wish to do business with Brand smart. I have asked them to cancel this order and I will take my business elsewhere. I simply feel bad for the nice gentleman that sold me the appliances. They work so hard to make their commission and then due to poor service at the back end they lose it!!
After researching my options on locations to purchase a brand new refrigerator I ended up purchasing an $1800.00 one Brandsmart. I assumed after looking at numerous appliances that I would be satisfied. But now the nightmare starts... the first looked great but after a couple of days the inside drawers would not close and ice crystals starting forming on one side of the freezer. Not only did I get a bad product but the delivery crew broke my porch light and cracked my kitchen tile. So after all that a technician came out and recommended a new refrigerator. Delivery #2 was scheduled on Saturday and once the product arrived it had dents in the door so again had to have another refrigerator scheduled. Today delivery #3 was scheduled and once the refrigerator arrived it also had even more dents in it. I have #4 and my last delivery for this coming Thursday so we will see if this will be a successful product. I think the overall disappointment is the fact that I have not received a discount, reimbursement, call from the manager or an apology from Brandsmart. If this product is not successful I will personally take the refrigerator back to the front door if the store and demand a reimbursement in full. I think it's sad that sales associates will fight for a sale and once you are out the door then it's hands off. I am a very disappointed Brandsmart shopper - my last time shopping there.
I am very disappointed at Brandsmart and its associates. I have an issue with a washer machine which broke down and the service has been horrendous. I contacted the supervisors and called corporate which all they did was transfer me back to customer service which was the reason I called corporate. I have purchased all my large and many small items from Brandsmart but after ths service I will never enter a Bradsmart again. I will also file a complaint with the BBB and post it on my social network so that people will be aware of Brandsmart treatment of its customers. In todays society with so much competition and struggling businesses it would not be wise to provide terrible customer service. I would rather pay more with good customer service than to have a lack of customer service. My brother's company which purchases many items from Brandsmart is going to be purchasing elsewhere because of this terrible service.
David DurhamI purchased a laudry washing machine from Brandsmart USA with an extended warranty. The washing machine malfunctioned and I call for service repair. The repair was done promptly and on a timely manner, however, about one month later the same problem happened again. I called the service department which said the closes time frame for repair would be approximately 3 weeks from this call. I was not happy since we need to do our laundry and me and my family do not like doing laundry in public laundromats needless to say I agreed to and made the appointment for Friday 15, 2016. The service department told me they would call me the night before and confirm the appointment and would give me a time frame I said okay. The repair man called the night before and confirmed that he would be coming between 5:00 pm and 7:00pm at which I told him somebody would be there he did not tell me he would be calling the next day when he was on his way. While I was at work and I was not able to answer my phone he called. When I had a chance I returned the call and to my amazement they had cancelled the appointment. I spoke to a girl named Sidney from Brandsmart, who said another appointment would have to be done. I reluctantly made the appointment for Monday 18,2016 but I emphasized that the appointment would have to be before 10:00am because no one would be able to be at the house in the afternoon. She said she would put the request in the notes but somebody would be calling me the night before to confirm. I never got the call the night before. I got a call on Monday 19,2016 at 9:00 am to tell me that they would be here sometime in the afternoon. I told the gentleman that called that no one would be here in the afternoon since we had other engagements to attend he told me that he would be here before 11:00am I agreed and had to make arrangement changes to accommodate the service. It was passed 11::00am and no one showed up nor called to inform me that they would be arriving later that promised. I called Brandsmart service department and they told me to wait for him I said I could not because of prior arrangements that were already changed once because of the service. I spoke to Ellen, Nicole the supervisor and others with no solution. I told them that I would call their corporate office and file a complaint they told me go ahead. I also told them that if they could come on Tuesday, 19, 2016 by 7:00 pm somebody would be here they told me no. I explained I would be traveling overseas and would not be back until the middle of February. My children would be here but they go to college during the night and get home after 9:00pm and work during the day. I called corporate tried to speak to various people (Shena, Daniel and others) and all they did was transfer me back to the service department that was already doing nothing. All my appliances that I have purchased (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, video cameras and many other items) I have purchased from Brandsmart but based on this service I do not think I would be purchasing again from them. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB and posting my grudge on my social media so everyone can see the type of customer service they can expect from Brandsmart.
Why is it that when i go to brandsmart, the employees dont speak English. And when i ask about this, im told brandsmart only hires bilingual. But they are not bilingual they only know Spanish. I ask a woman is a cup with the drink is free and she had no idea what i was talking about. All the English speakers that need jobs and yet brandsmart is only hiring Spanish speakers. I guess ill take my business to an American company from now on.
I bought an Ipad and a apple computer, both times bought a warranty. I was told by sales person ipad drop and breaks, you just bring it back to the store and you get a new one free. No questions asked. New one in box? Yes! Now Brandsmart wants me to go into store get on their phone get a code and certificate to take to a third party to have ipad fixed. They said their policy changed in the last few months. This isn't what I bought! I will go and have my product fixed at office depot and never shop at brandsmart again. I purchased an item at the Brandsmart in Miami Gardens. The worst thing I could have ever done. The item did not work, when I went to the store to return it the manager at the return desk told me she was not able to accept my return. I asked to speak to the store manager, after waiting 50 minutes I myself had to walk inside the actual store and physically look for him. The managers name is Ed Aronowitz, this guy is the worst manager I have ever dealt with. He accused me of using the camera, he stated " people use these cameras to scuba dive and then return it". I stated to him, sir I haven't used the GoPro, I opened the box and changed my mind on keeping the camera. He said, " I can't accept your return, to me if you opened the box that means it's used. As I was trying to plea my case he simply gave me his card and walked away. He sat back down in his office and went on about his marry way. Don't shop at this store without truly knowing what your getting yourself into. Horrible experience. Never going back to this store.

Larry Blackstock9/7/16My wife and I went shopping for a washer & dryer on 9/03/16. We went to a total of 4 other stores (they were all out of stock) We called Brandsmart in Doraville,Ga. and got sales person Karl Lindblad on the phone, we read off the brand (Samsung) and Model numbers to Karl (with a K) as he said when we called. We told him that we had been looking all morning for these items. He informed us that they had the set in stock, and to ask for him when we get there. We arrived 30min later. We were excited so the first sales person we saw asked if she could help us, we said sure. She took us over to where the Samsung's were located. Found the set, she goes to the computer, a few minutes, comes back and says that the Dryer is out of stock. I said, no way, one of your guys no more than 30 minutes ago told us that they were in stock. About that time Karl (with a K) walks up smelling like an ash try (cigarette smoke in his clothes, breath, and skin) reeking. My wife and I were gaging just trying to hold a conversation with him, while he stood there lying about selling 3 of the Dryers within the 30mins that it took us to get there. I know he was lying, but what could we do. We went ahead and paid for both, with the agreement that the washer would be delivered on 9/06/16, and the Dryer should be in and delivered on 9/06/16. We leave. On Monday afternoon we get a call saying that the Washer would be delivered between 4pm and 8pm the next day (9/06/16). Later in the evening my wife gets a call from the appliance manager Richard Ucinski, tried to talk my wife out of having the Washer delivered the next day as agreed upon. She told him no way, we need that washer asap. He said ok. I took off from work early on the day that we were told that the washer would be delivered (4-8) at 8'oclock I called the Brandsmart. Well three different people hung up on me. I called back a forth time. The person that answered this time was very professional and finally told me that the delivery was not going to be made due to a mixup, but she could not tell me what the mixup was. I politely told her that I would be there when the store opens to get our $1400.00 back. 9/07/16 I was there when the doors open, asked to see the appliance manager. It was Richard Ucinski the same person who tried to talk my wife out of the washer delivery. Told him the whole story and that I wanted my money back. Well he convinced me to let him have the washer delivered by 4'oclock today (9/07/16)and cancel the dryer. He assured me that it was on the truck and there wouldn't be any problems, he even offered me a measly $50.00 gift card, which I never got. So again, I take off early from work sit here, sit here, sit here. At 5'oclock I text Richard asking him where is the truck with the washer. He finally calls me back laughing saying that the delivery people canceled the delivery. I have no words that I can legally put in these comments to say how pissed off I am. Tomorrow morning I will go back to Brandsmart to get all of our money back. Why don't you corporate get off your cans and fix these problems. If u need help let me know. I'm done with Brand not Smart.

I recently purchased a kitchen package from your establishment on 8/22/16.(receipt #0038258612)(account #0302270790). Let's put aside how much I spent on this package for a minute and talk about what I've been through with your company since that day. On 8/25, my package was delivered. Once installed, I could immediately hear a ticking/banging noise coming from my brand new twin Samsung refrigerator. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and thought it was just working double time because it was new. I was wrong. After about a week of being subjected to constant ticking and banging noises day and night, I called your service department and they sent a technician out. A technician came to my house on 9/1. I don't remember his name. His demeanor was short and direct to the point. He immediately diagnosed my problem and said the fridge had a defective fan motor and needed to be replaced. He commented on the product being manufactured in Korea and left without saying anything further. When a couple days passed without hearing anything from your department, I called for a status update. I called, was put on hold, called back, put on hold....when I finally reached someone I asked to speak with a supervisor. I admit that I was frustrated, but I was at wits end and I couldn't understand why it would take so long for anyone to call me back. After being transferred from department to department, without any greeting or acknowledgement, I spoke to Gloriana who advised she was affiliated with Corporate office. There was some good news, so I thought. I explained to her my gripes and she basically scoffed at the idea of a courtesy gift card or any discussion of compensation. She placed me on hold and when she came back she said they don't do that and there was nothing she could do for me. I told her how disappointed I was with the refrigerator. She told me that I could return the product for a 20% restock fee! After pleading with her on the phone for an hour (not including the time spent on hold) I was flabbergasted at the little effort Gloriana put forth to assure my customer satisfaction. Doesn't your website guarantee 110% customer satisfaction?. I'm not one looking for handouts or gratuity but this defective product found me. She said she could not compensate me for my time (what about my aggravation) and she said the only other person to speak to about this was the Deerfield Beach warehouse manager, Ed Mullin. I called Ed and he said if I could return the fridge myself he would not charge me the 20% restock fee.....what? I explained to him that I have no means of returning the fridge (no truck and chronic back injury). It just seemed everywhere I turned I kept meeting with negatives and no's. This was such a sad and disappointing experience for me and my wife. We have been saving up our money for years to update our kitchen appliances and regret it now. I would give my left arm to get my old refrigerator back. With so much competition out there, I sincerely regret bringing you my business. For my sake and sanity, I hope this is the last time I need to contact your department for anything.
Hi my name is Ms.Adderley. I purchased a whirlpool washing machine on August 08, 2016(receipt # 5240359) time be shipped to the Bahamas. As of today September 15 , 2016 my washer has yet to be delivered. After making several attempts to resolve this issue with customer service I still end up on the short end. All I asked for was If they was out of stock shouldn't I have been notified? Instead of being in the dark for six weeks!! I've been a customer at this particular location (4320 NW 167TH street) for over 10 years and I really hate to stop taking my business there but it has to be some changes made. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted at this point. This is totally unacceptable
yes, I went to one of your Stores in Stockbridge, Georgia and the Customer Service was not good at all. I ask for The Bluetooth speaker M2000 and asked about the speaker he said they was out of them, so I asked could they get one from the Doraville store and he said that they are sloppy over there and I should go pick it up, they have (9) in stock, BUT I do not think that was the right answer to give to a paying customer, plus that was toooooo far to drive and all they have to do is put it on the next truck. So then, I call the Manager and said I will have them to ship one over by Friday of last week but that didn't happen because them sold out. Then the Manager Tony Holden said he would have one by Tuesday which it didn't come in today (18 Oct 16)or (19 Oct Wednesday) of this week so right now I'm just waiting to see if it's going to come in tomorrow. The problem I have is this run around I've been getting (We have it, We don't have it)This has been the worst customer service at your stores I've had in a long time. The store at Stockbridge, some of their employees needs to learn how to treat customers. Not professional at all. Please Response As soon As Possible. Thank you
Do not shop here if you have any self respect. They are rude, disrespectful and dishonest.......I understand the salespeople need to make a living, HOWEVER it is management that berates them AND the customer.....the store would probably run better and the customers would be happy if they simply eradicated Management as an unnecessary expense.
SEVERAL appliances were purchased from Brandsmart with extended warranty for each as well. When the time came for repair service (because they ALL broke with in 1 1/2 years, Brandsmart's customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. Unorganized and unprofessional....I lost nearly a whole week of work waiting for the service provider (RR Services) to come out. They kept cancelling and then finally after the THIRD cancellation, they told me they DONT EVEN SERVICE MY AREA!!! This is the company Bradsmart referred me to? They could not have the foresight to make sure they serviced my area?!? I went without a washer for THREE MONTHS waiting to get this issue resolved. I will NEVER EVER purchase ANYTHING from Brandsmart again. For the few dollars you may think you save up front, you will pay for it in the end....and the worst part is that no one there seemed to care at all....
this company has horrible customer service with no chain of command to resolve issues. please go some where else because if you have a problem. well even though they are not nice, i will be...... fyi go purchase your goods elsewhere
I guess maybe a sue or complaint would suffice I purchased a TV last year with extended insurance policy just and case and I called needing the TV to be brought back I live very far from a service center so I am unable to just drive to Brandsmart but the service contract indicates that a service repairman would be provided at the address on my receipt which is what I have on file. When I called the Service department I was told I would have to call the store and bring in the TV this is a breach of contract per there Warranty and they are not living up to there end of the written deal I've left three message for there store Manager Jose Oliver to return my call today and I have yet to hear back from someone as I'm writing this I'm on hold with the Corp office waiting on VP of Customer Relations and every time someone picks up the phone they say please hold and no one gets on the phone to assist me I have been on hold all day. Terrible customer service and Manager's and the employees have no idea.
