  1. I have tried to contact the corporate office at 1-213-284-7533, they do not answer and do not return phone messages. DO NOT stay at the corning Rolling Hills Vagabond Inn location. The Manager, front desk girl and Housekeeper are lazy and rude. I suspect from there behavoir they do drugs at this location. DO NOT STAY THERE!

  3. I am the Vagabond customer in the post dated July 17 above. I have received no phone call from corporate as of this date. It appears that no one checks voicemail, or they are not concerned with solving customer complaints.

Tried to call the vagabond in Santa Clara and the front desk clerk Rosella hung up on me twice, I called back after the first time she just let the phone ring then finally picked it up then said nothing and just hung up the phone again! they are usually very nice, so who ever this new person is, she is not doing her job and making a bad name for them. Someone should talk to this location about her being professional and providing customer service.

I was booked to stay at the Santa Clara Vagabond Inn from 4/3/15 to 4/5/15 and arrived to check in, attempted to pay for the charges for 2 nights and was denied my payment methods by the front desk clerk. I was told by her that I could not have the room but I would be charged for a one night stay....this was company policy. I have never been so embarrassed,humiliated and disappointed.I was also charged(transaction was NOT authorized by me)for a 2 night stay that never happened I also had to book other accommodations for my out of town guest and had to pay for this. I would like to receive the money back for the unauthorized transactions and an apology.

  6. I have been calling the customer service number as well. It doesn't even ring. The housekeepers at the Santa Clara location are thieves. We left my personal keys on the desk all weekend, we had a rental car so they never left the room. Someone snatched them and we flew all the way back to NORTH CAROLINA with no keys to our vehicle. Got back at 4am and my mother in law had to drive from an hour away to pick us up. We will have to drive an hour back with a spare set of keys and pay for an additional day at the parking garage.

    DO NOT STAY HERE.

  7. Absolutely agree with all the comments above. Horribly run company with horrible service. Vagabond Inn in Palm Springs has rude customer service, company lies about their promotions and you cannot get anyone from corporate to get back to you. Plan to contact BBB and get attorney general office involved.

  8. Greetings all - tried calling corporate number, but continually get "this number is not currently available" message. Am book and in a room in Palm Springs. The room is hot, AC no match for the heat. Office staff Arturo states "I cannot control the weather", and "maybe another room, but I can't let you check it out because a previous guest stayed in both rooms", and, "yes, there are cooler rooms, but you will have to pay more". Oh, and "oh, you're going to call corporate?" and gave me a wrong number. Don't stay here, folks. Corporate, you should be ashamed - provide a working number. Since you are not, you are clearly cowards and have no intention of making good on anything.

  9. Me again - still can't get through to corporate office. NOW, the hotel has just handed all guests a notice that AC will be shut off from 6am - 3pm tomorrow (August 17). Nevermind that the low at that time will be in the 80s and within hours, the temp will rise to 114F. No offer to relocate guests to a different hotel that HAS AC, Just, "sorry to inconvenience you". When asked to be relocated, they said I would have to contact the search engine I booked through, that they would not do a thing. Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, VERY bad business. They could care less about their guests. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!!!!

  10. The corporate office will not address your concerns about any stay or issues in fact they will ignore your attempt for to resolve any issues. Terrible corporate office and it starts at the top and trickle down to the property. Downtown LA location terrible. Staff and Manager will ignore your requests as well and your room won't be ready when promised.
