    Please tell your Dallas location to call or email people back after they have filled out the questionaire. I still to this date have not been notified and I move in 2 days. I have gone with another moving company. You will see down below who sent me the original email and my response after failing to get back with me.

    Dear Jennifer,

    I sent this form to your company the same day you emailed it to me to fill out. To this day I have not been notified by your company. I gave you a moving date of Aug. 9th and your company has not had the courtesy to get back with me with a quote. I have gone with another company since your company dropped the ball. I am very disappointed in "Two Men and a Truck" and will never use your company again the next time I have to move. I will make sure to tell others to that your company does not return calls.

  3. i think that insurance and bonuses should be available to ALL branches of the company. I also feel that if a certain branch is having a hard time keeping current employees working stop hiring new employees (knoxville). I also believe that on site estimates should be mandatory. 75% of our jobs are NOT what our paper work says it is.

  5. Tmt in GA (alpharetta)They need more professional office staff. The owner should teach his daughters how not to be office whores and how to dress professionally. Should also be told not to be involved with drivers/movers outside of work related issues, especially with the ones that are married.Alan Touart your daughters are whores! You also need to stop hiring criminals and stop over looking their background checks just so you can fill yours and your daughters wallets!

  7. I am so unsatisfied with Two Men and a Truck in Racine, WI (which for me was Three Men) They were not careful at all about moving my things. They broke the leg off my piano (dropped it) and put numerous holes in the walls of my new house. This was two weeks ago. My piano is STILL broken. Even their corporate office is lagging in responding to fixing it. The Racine office outright lied to us about calling repair technicians (that we had to provide since they've never heard of the internet) did they think that I too wouldn't call the SAME places I sent them? I would NEVER use this company again. Never.

    1. I am experiencing the same thing here in Indianapolis with item being broken and not repaired correctly. Customer care for the office here is down right rude and corporate is moving slow to get back to me!

    2. The Dallas office has done the same thing. It's been over a month and they've agreed to the repairs and payoff for damaged electronics in an email, yet they don't follow through... Small claims court can handle that and I will request the maximun of $10,000.00 for suffering as well, not to mention the derogatory comments made by one of their contract companies called to inspect and repair the damage.

    3. The Chattanooga, tn office if Very similar as your's. Thankfully, we didn't have as negatively severe of an experience as you; yet it was not at all good. We had some abrasion and scratch damages to furniture. Yet, several of those pieces were Very important emotionally. One was a collector's item; not yet an antique but very close. I took pictures and had a manager look at all the damage. They caused the garage door to be jerked off it's guides because of leaving furniture in the path of the door. That costs us an additional $300.00; which we really didn't have. Yet, no refund or replies to my calls. Your situation and experience with 2 BOYS, NOT MEN, and a truck are obviously worse. Good luck and we both know that they won't even be close to a choice if and when we both move again.

I email the information to your Vermilion, Ohio store this morning and spoke with Megan who informed me it will take her 30 mins or so to get this done and call me back that was over 4 hours ago. I am in need of this move ASAP. Can someone please let them know they should call customers back. It is bad enough I called first thing this morning and spoke with Megan and she told me should would call me back 2 hours later I called again and then she gave me the fax number to send the information.

  10. two men and a truck franchise in Ridgeland, MS customer services sucks. I am to move in two weeks having plans with it to move me. I called today to change my moving date and was told " the company was not the one to move me based on it's determination because I called last week for specific information. the spokesperson said ...she didn't like the way I talked to her. this service is ludicrous. i had recommended them to two colleagues retiring who was going to use them. Now, 2-men and a truck has lost those. person. I was fine with using the company after speaking ...last week. I simply had some questions... pull their franchise, please.

  11. Was suppose to move today but went to check out the truck when it arrived and there was a hole in it, the bed of the truck was wet and the pads were wet. Date moved to the next week because they could not assure me another truck would get to my house. It has been raining in Ohio for a week. Who send a truck with a hole in it to move a home. I wasted an entire day from work and have to do it again Wednesday. I'm furious....the poor movers were embarrassed. They prepped my house for an hour and were told to bring the truck back to the office. They were soooo nice and professional. I want a response from someone ASAP. THANK YOU.   12. On 9-22-15 2 Men and a Truck, from Charlotte, NC was moving a tenant out of my apartment complex and the movers dropped a couch on my car. A maintenance man at my complex witnessed it happen and informed me. I called the local branch and they said it was my word against theirs and will not pay for the damages to my vehicle. The headlight was busted out and I have to pay out of my pocket to get it replaced.
    Any response and action on this matter would be more than welcome.

I worked for Two Men and a Truck for 10 years in Lexington KY,so i was so excited when my mother-in-law hired them to move her.(She used TMT Fraser Mi.)When i arrived at her home 2 hour's after the movers have been there,i expected the movers to be almost loaded,not even close. She had one mover packing her kitchen and he kept looking for music on his cell phone more than packing,the driver had no clue how to pack his truck and kept taking breaks to play on Facebook in the cab of his truck and one guy trying to load the truck all by him self,it took these guys 8 hours to load a 24 foot truck. I am not happy with there service and will never tell anyone to use Fraser TMT.

  15. I used this company to move my items and it was a disaster. They broke several of my items and didn't even notify me. I had to inquire on my items to be told they were going to call me. This should have been done upfront. Very unprofessional. Now I am having a hard time reaching them to make repairs or pay for my items...

  16. I will never use TWO MEN AND A TRUCK again they dropped my washer and damage my furniture. Then they claim its too expensive to fix for them it will cost them $700 and that they don't have to fix anything their looking at my issue out a courtesy, An if they fix a damage furniture every time they would be outta business. Apparently I cant yell over my damage furniture. An this after they came and take pictures 2 weeks ago before they promise to send someone in two days. the pictures I emailed to the supervisor Rodney Puckett, which he said would call the next day, almost a week now. I am so upset. not only are u unprofessional you provide despicable customer service. I am most unhappy.

  18. I've moved several times in my life and this was the worst, absolute worst expensive moving experience of my life. I made a mistake and had them do partial packing for me. I'm a handicapped senior citizen woman. They kept saying they needed more packing materials and would have to wait until someone brought them supplies. This happened two or three times. When I unpacked, they had used so much packing materials, I could hardly believe my eyes. No, nothing was broken but the money and the time spent for this was beyond belief. I have one rug, a 5' x 8' rug that I love. I'm not sure what they did when they rolled it up, but now it has large wrinkles that I can't get out no matter what I do. One other thing, when we had everything packed and were about to arrive at the destination, they disappeared for almost an hour. What they did in that time is anybody's guess. So, if you're a woman or a senior, I definitely would recommend staying away from Two Men and a Truck. Total rip-off.

  19. We used Two Men and a Truck back in April. Damage was done to two items. They admitted fault, had us fill out a damage report. They later asked us to provide pictures which we did. It is now the end of August and they have not rectified the damage done and have completely stopped responding to requests to do so.
