  1. I just heard that the QFC store in Des Moines, WA will be closing in May 2013. This is shocking! This leave Des Moines residents, including many elderly shoppers that are restricted drivers, without a nearby grocery store.

    Bus service is inadequate so it is nearly impossible for shoppers to take a bus to Burien or Hwy 99 on the east side.

    Please reconsider the closing of this store.

    1. I was disappointed also. A lot of the elderly shoppers walk to the store too. And the Safeway on Hwy 99 is a dump. You don't really even feel safe in the parking lot. They have closed Federal Way, Burien, Midway, Kent and now Des Moines. I guess you have to live in a rich neighborhood to have a QFC. I notice that nobody from the company responded to your message. Not that important I guess.

  2. am tired of walking into a gottlet ,soliciters blocking entrance ways drive way ,people running up to you while you try to put fuel in your car ,first question asked do you work for QFC no ,then leave me alone I came here to shop at QFC,awe but piss poor management at store and corporate levels ,just like star bucks crammed into store when you walk in hey stuipid they have there own store across the street now put healthy foods back in the store ,fair priceing ,and by the way potta potties are cleaner than most of your restrooms ,but alas I got a better answer stand at your drive with sign need money for food so I can take the bus to town to get some ya know thats where they sale food

Terrible service in Edmonds very unprofessional and lots of turn around and no customer service and the managers and assistant managers are pathetic they are paid to do a job a lot of talk but no communication to other management just excuses!! They need to remember they are paid to work there and customers should not have to get the run around calling numerous times and apparently they don't understand and customer service is about listening carefully not excuses !!!

  4. The Harvard Square QFC has rampant shoplifting and nothing is done. I'm tired of paying high prices because QFC does nothing about "shrinkage".

  5. I would like to give a compliment to the wonderful service had at the QFC in Redmond next to the Trader Joes. The women in the bakery dept, could not have been more helpful along with the other QFC staff that assisted in solving a problem for me. Elke, Holly and Sophia truly put alot of effort in making sure "the customer is happy" and it is obvious they enjoy their job. I am fortunate I have had wonderful service at this location and the Bellevue Village location..Exceptional service. And yes, it really differs between stores. Hopefully the Kirkland location at ParkPlace can take few lessons on friendliness and service. With so many choices to shop it seems to make such a difference in loyality of continuing to support great service.

  6. I am allergic to all other manufacturers for my prescription except one. I have been getting it refilled at the QFC pharmacy. The pharmacist mgr. called me today and said they can no longer use this manufacturer because the prices are higher than others. I do all my shopping at this QFC and even received a pack of free item coupons because I am such a "good customer"!. Now, I don't know what I am going to do. I don't have a car so have to take a cab anywhere else for this prescription (which is only for one month at a time and I don't know where else to get this manufacture.

  8. More often than not the QFC shopper is NOT INCLUDED in the mail.
    Again today - May 18th - NO QFC SHOPPER.
    This is my 2nd notice. Anyone paying attention?????
