This company is the worst company in the history of companies!

I was sold a lemon, inspected by the sellers. Had it for 2 years in North Carolina. Before that 6 months in Ohio. The frame completely rusted out. Then my motor seized and I went 4 months without a car, still paying on it. Have had it back for 3 weeks. I have no horn, no cruise control, the steering wheel was sideways while driving straight until an alignment. And now it is overheating. I’m getting an attorney. I hope the people who have sat at their desk telling me there is nothing they can do learn what it’s like to lose a job because they can’t afford Ubers, over feeding their children. I am a single parent, fighting for my life and they just want to know why my payment is a day late. Asked for corporate numbers and no one will give it. Everyone claimed to be corporate but no one has the ability to help.

I Came To Get A Car In Springfield, Il & Everything Was Fine Until Someone One At Corporate Or Whatever Put Something In The Computer Wrong, So They Nice Lady (Diane) Who Was Helping Me Called Corporate n Told Them To Fix It, They Said They Would….. 2 ALMOST 3 HOURS LATER & THE PROBLEM ISN’T FIXED! She Emailed And Called Constantly And Nobody Answered, I’m Starting To Get Pissed As someone In Corporate Should Fix These Things, These Things Should Not Be Happening, and I Don’t Want A Apology, I Want You Guys To Change This crap And Make Sure It Never Happens Again! I Don’t Have Time To Wait 2-3 Hours On Something That Could Be Fixed In 2-3 Mins!

I signed up to buy a 2017 Chevy Trax. It had motor problems and said it was undrivable. so I ended up with a 2013 Ford Escape.

They say UNDRIVABLE but now it’s for sale in Columbia Missouri, if it’s undrivable then why is it for sale again?
