    1. Well I am currently in a room of the intown suites in baton rouge louisiana my boyfriend assulted me. He was drunk and I asked for help the manager told me to call catholic charities ... he assured me again last night after leaving and getting abother room in here. I am disabked and have a service animal. She came to room when I told her he was trying to break in the window. She then allowed him entrance into the room. When I called the police she told you better leave babe before the cops get here and then she told me they don't pay me enough for this. I explained that I was stranded until my sisters cat gets put of the shop on sunday. It is a 9 hour drive from ga to here so I would have to have the room until Monday morning. She told me that I had to leave today.

  3. I stayed at the Intowne Suites located at 6625 Bandera Road, San Antonio TX. On 22 May 2013, I paid for another week, even though I was going out of town and wanted to insure that my room was there when I got back. On 27 May 2013, I called the intowne suites and wanted them to allow my son to go in because Port Police needed my birth certificate in order to board for our family trip. James, as he stated, would not allow my son to just make a photo copy of my birth certificate with his phone, not to remove any thing from my room. James stated that he would allow him to enter if I phoned the police. Upon arrival of the police,he would not allow my son in. I lost $2800 because I could not get my money back. One person had to stay with me due to being a 100 percent disabled veteran, so I had to pay them. I had no where to go so I had to stay at port for 3 days, sleeping on the floor, just because James would not allow my son into my room. Port Police stated that they will fax him on their letter head permission for him to enter my room, with my photo id attached. James, Intowne suites stated that he would not accept that. He stated that it was Corp. office who made the rule. I tried to explain to John the circumstances, but he would not allow me to talk and took up for James without knowing the rationale. This was wrong in many ways. Upon returning, I checked out of the hotel, providing them with the notice in person to John/General Manager. Today is the 5th of June and I still did not get my security deposit back. Being that I am retired Law Enforcement Trainer/Supervisor, I knew they would try something so I took picture of the room, someone to witness the condition of the room when I left. That person watched me turn the key into John/GM. I stayed there along time, but all of a sudden, they are keeping a $50 security deposit. I will do my best to make sure that this does not happen to anyone else by contacting the local news stations, Better Business Bureau, Adjutant General of Texas, Wendy Williams Show and all who will listen. I served 23 years of service protecting people like the ones mention to be treated as I have. James yelled at the Port Police Supervisor to the point that others was listing to him. He yelled at me as well but it did not affect me as it did others. Port Police stated that this man is not going to help you and seem to have a problem with me, which was obvious. I will obtain a lawyer because this was wrong on many levels and I will not accept it. If you read all of the bad reviews, someone has to take notice that something is wrong when people get away with treating customers as they do. It seems to be acceptable by HQ because nothing is being done. I want the return of my security deposit and an apology from James and John.

  5. I am currently staying at Intown Suites, 1375 Northside Dr NW, Atlanta, Georgia. The place seems to be poorly run. The elevator is down 2 or 3 months a year for various reasons and the manager doesn't appear to consider it an emergency to get it repaired and back in operation even though the customers are paying for an elevator in their weekly bill. There are no reimbursements due to an absence of an elevator.

The people at the desk where the bills are paid also take down complaints and say they will fix the problem; however, it appears that they just say they will and do not at least in a timely fashion. Lately I requested that they fix the internet because on of the routers appeared to be malfunctioning and they said they would fix it. However, it has been over three weeks and it has not been fixed yet. They appear to give only lip-service. I am strongly considering moving out soon even though the price for the room is good. Yet there is large amounts of time where I don't recieve all of the services of which I am paying. I have begin to figure they are doing these things to cut cost at the expense of the customer.

I am beginning to be perturbed.

    1. How did each of these items get "soaked" as you state? Unless you had "your tv" - even though a tv is furnished by the hotel in each room- on the floor along with your Wii, your computer, all of your clothing...and even YOU soaked as you say. I guess you had everything laying on the floor?!?! Sounds suspect to say the least.

  7. it is me again. the room they moved me in is terrible roach bugs. my room has no bugs. god help I know you will I thank you!!! may n your workers here they are not a good crew. your maintenance man brought the dry vac to my room and told me I could use it and left.your manager told me I was going to have to leave because my room was flooded. it was the maintenance peoples fault for not making sure everything on the property was ok. I am very upset about what has happened and how I have been treated. I feel as if your manager was very nasty to me and some actions be taken at once .i have lost a lot of money in this situation and I think you should think of me because I paid you a lot of money. and the way I have been treated it wrong. please handle this problem now. I can not leave with bugs. and I refuse to do the work you pay your house keepers to do. your housekeepers are not good workers. the first one I had came to my room told me she was tired and sit on my couch and ask for water. that's not her job. if I done that on my job I would be fired. but no nineteen months later she is still here. if she really cleaned your room I could understand but she don't. brain I pay my good money what are you going to do about the bad crew you have here. I have perfect customer service.it is something you need here. the room they moved me to it nasty and has bugs. and my toilet has been messed up since I got here 19 months the maintenance man rolled up a quarter wrapper 19 months ago and stuck it under my toilet and nothing has been done since. I complain but nothing happens. I understand it is a hard problem to fix but almost two years that's not right. cathy moore intown suite north Charleston sc rivers ave.

  9. Intown suites in coon rapids minnesota is not worth the hassle. The place is raising rent by 20.00 just cause they put tvs in. They don't allow the teenage kids to be outside or go room to room even go to the store next door(100ft away) without an adult. Tjhe hallways are always dirty...there is a half a watermelon sitting in the hallway for 3 days nowand neither maintance nor housekeeping has attended to it. Saw the lady at the front desk let the mantanance man put tire into the woods next door on a property that's for sale. My stove coil is burnt out and not replaced. Cleaning people have been caught sleeping in rooms and not properly cleaning the rooms. They talk about their residence behind their backs and expose everyones business. Very dissappointed. Its hard enough paying 260 and now the price goes up...not worth it for the way the place is ran. Nobody in office on sundays...they lock office and leave during their shifts..nobody to go to between 7am and 11am when office opens.don't recommend this place to anyone..exspecially if u have kids. They think they can over rule the parents and tell the what to do.

  11. I am currently a guest at In town Suites Indianapolis and upon my arrival things were OK. Soon thereafter problems began to arise. They have a maintenance man on site that lives in there and also a safety attendant that does as well. There was a issue with our bathroom and I had tried to contact the maintenance guy for over a hour once I finally contacted the maintenance guy he was extremely nasty and rude. So because of that I complained the following morning. Soon after maybe a week or so I began experiencing issues with different guests that had been residing there for a while. The maintenance man had coincided with various guests and asked if they would back him up in what he was about to do. His plan is to seek revenge because of the fact that I complained against him. I have had several lies told on me from various ppl who know each other in this hotel and its basically like a clique or a group of select ppl that all stick together. The maintenance man does more meddling in people business more than he actually fixes things. The hotels security personnel does what he wants when he wants and allows his wife or his mother to get involved in whatever issue that may arrise with a guest and the fact that she doesn't work there but poses as an employee is totally wrong. The hotel is not good for a family it is drug infested the police are being called every weekend and there are always fights of some sort taking place in the hotel. The hallways wreek of marijuana throughout the air and the bad part is that there are children every where. However, most of all the staff sticks together and the customer is never right only the staff the maintenance boy is always harassing the patrons either directly or indirectly. This hotel located on the east side of Indianapolis Indiana on PostRoad is a horrible hotel and no matter what is told to the GM she will definitely not take your word over her staff even if the proof is in front of her. So if you value your family and peace and safety this hotel is not for you and I can't forget how filthy it is the housekeepers do not clean at all they are all lazy and do not want to clean your room if they don't have to. So the key word when it comes to this hotel is AVOID!!!!!!!!

  12. STAY AWAY from Intown Suites in Albuquerque, NM on Commerce Drive. What a hellhole. The manager of this property is cocky, arrogant and disrespectful of women customers. When I asked to be moved to a different room because of the noise overhead, he wanted to charge me $25 to do it. I told him there was no way I was going to pay that to move to a different room. The contents of the room are cheap and low quality. The pillows are plastic and flat - very cheap quality. They give you one roll of toilet paper for a week and told me you're on your own after that. My maid service was to be during my stay (one day a week). I came back to my room on my maid svc day to find only my sheets changed and floor vacuumed. She didn't bother replacing my towels, no toilet paper, and no soap. What a horrible way to treat customers who pay the bill here. The courtesy officer harasses people who try to back their cars in and complains the fumes go into someone's air conditioner which is a bogus lie. I would highly recommend staying away from this property, for there are shady characters wandering through the parking lot too. They treat customers like they're an inconvenience and you are there to serve them and their bad attitudes.

  13. I stayed at the intown suites in Orlando across from universal studios and my experience was horrible management needs to be replaced the manager "April" is very racist and rude ..at the time I stayed I had a 6 month old and since everything in that place is old and doesn't work my stove was acting up and caught in fire , I proceeded to run to the office for help since my baby was only 6 months old and I was alone with him. This lady came running to the room she called me stupid and a dumbass and told me never to use her stove again because I didn't know how to cook. She said all this not knowing that I myself majored in hospitality and I know exactly the ways a manager should treat their guests .that lady was a dog she barked at me AND my baby instead of having compassion and helping me and treating me like a guest . It was a horrible stay and people like that should never work in the hospitality field

  14. Intown Suites at 290/hwy 6 syfi in Houston TX. Management rude, manager and assistant would go into guests rooms when they're not there, and never notify them ahead of time or after the fact. Housekeeping was worthless. Many people had dogs but it says no dogs allowed. Paying guests are treated like management is doing them a favor allowing them to live here, and for the money, its not worth it. I stayed there 3 months and could not take it anymore. management would yell at people, treat adults like children and people were not allowed to visit others outside their rooms. Seemed more like you were serving a sentence then being a paid guest. Management is more like Adolf Hitlers regime making an uncomfortable place to call home, not to mention the police visits nearly daily.

  18. I'm currently residing at the Inn Towne Suites Extended Living facility located in Mobile, AL which is being run by the General Manager. I made my reservation by phone on January 25, 2016 to have lodging from January 28 - February 9, 2016, and was given a price of $289.99 along with a reservation number for reference. I checked into
the hotel on Thursday, January 28, 2016, only to be informed by the Front Desk clerk, Kisha, I would only be allowed to stay until Thursday, February 4, 2016 at which time I would have to check out or pay more to accommodate my already confirmed reservation until Tuesday, February 9th. By Saturday, January 30, 2016, the problems only continued. The toilet in the bathroom started flooding the floor because of it leaking from the wax ring, which caused an awful sewer like smell in the room. Next, the electric burners offered in the kitchenette for use were sparking fire everytime the timer was turned on to operate the heating elements. I immediately informed management of my concerns, and was told the issues would be addressed promptly. Needless to say, it took until Tuesday, February 2, 2016 for these issues to be corrected. Only after being interrogated by the General Manager about complaining about living with sewer exposure from the toilet and the possible fire hazard from the stove. The corporate office is a joke as well, being as you only have the option of an automated system to speak to when calling what is advertised as a Customer Concern phone number! Hopefully enough clients will speak out against these terrible conditions and services so that this company will realize that huge companies/corporations "DIE" when they lose sight of their revenue generators, "CUSTOMERS!"

  19. I am currently at the intown suites in baton rouge louisiana. I am a disabled woman that has an esa dog ... last night I was assulted again by my boyfriend a second time .... the manager allowed him to enter the room after I called to inform her that he was trying to break in through the window. I called the police and she told him"babe, you better get to your new room before the cops get here" then she looked at me and and stated "they don't pay me enough for this ". I was then called after the police left and told she didn't who I had to call but I had to leave and he was given another key to the room last night by her and he just tried to get in again.I called corporate and got the auto system and marked as urgent they do not come to desk until 11 am on weekends and not til 9 or better on week days.this is crap.... the maintmainte man is so far the only one to show any concern the other young girl u"p at the desk told me I have to say my name is Bennet and I ain't in it." How do you let a disabled person be assulted by a man twice her size on 2 different occasions

  20. I've been living at the Intown Suites on I-55 jackson,ms for two months now. When I first came to the business looking for a room I encountered the general manager arguing with a guest while customers was in the office(first mistake). I left cause for the gm to be arguing while new customers was in her presence it would be bad news.Well,I decided to come back and get a room with the hotel. Before I paid my money for the room I asked the gm(Christy parker)did the previous guest have any pets in the room, and she politely said no.After staying in the room about two days I began to see bite marks on my hands and legs.I spoke with the gm about my complaint and I was told oh everything is ok maybe its mosquitoes. As the third day comes around I found more bite marks over my back and feet. Again,I went and talk to the gm and that's when I was told the previous guest did have a cat.Fleas had bitten me so bad over my body it was ridiculous. I had to stay in the room for a week and til the pest control came.By this time it was to late, the damage was done.Next week came and I was finally moves to a different room, but I expected more from the gm to provide to me since she lied about no pets in the room anyway(It didn't happen). Now,I'm off to the second room in less than a week of time I first paid. Upstairs guest with kids walk sun up to sun down, and their kids play with balls in the room, jumping in and out the bed,and the entire room never goes to sleep. Here I go again to the gm for her to address my complaint and yet nothing was done.Well I had to deal with that for a month until recently, I had to move to my third room.My god, this third room was a mess. Head housekeeper didn't clean the room thoroughly at all.My husband and I had to go behind this housekeeper and clean this room top and bottom. Not knowing that the previous guest had a cat in here until we had to sweep the floor and under the bed.In the meantime, the gm(Christy parker)knew the guest had a cat before she accepted my money for this room and I wasn't informed until she seen how we cleaned the room up ourselves. Not only was cat hair everywhere in this room, but food was under the refrigerator and pill valves under the bed.Since I've been here all u see is young thug ppl (Christy parker) renting these rooms to,dogs/cats,prostitution, and drug dealers. This used to be a nice hotel until they gave the gm position to someone who has a problem of their own.Did I mention that our new maintenance guy is also our courtesy officer. This hotel is not safe to live in and very unhealthy....... Its only two people at this hotel that gets the short in of the stick when they work the hardest and try to solve your complaints more than the gm........Office worker Shunta and housekeeper Tracey.....They deserve way more than the titles they have now......

  22. I need to record some of the inconveniences to show a pattern:

    1. First night's stay
Sent to wrong room, disrupting present residents peace. When in my room, another resident sent to my room, disrupting my peace.

    2.Subsequently
Met Julie who was more interested in preaching the rules to the residents than being pleasant when taking their money. threatened me with the possibility of being asked to leave if "problem" continued. Said that overnight guest stay policies are in handbook that I received when I first arrived, however, I had not received such handbook or required accompaning paperwork as she argued. That's right argued. I was right of course, because I would know what I did or didn't receive. Straightened out issue on the spot.

    Following week while paying rent
Julie again accuses me of doing something improper about guest stays by indicating that a female answered my phone when she called and that overnite guest have to register at office. This was an outright lie on two fronts because

1 She, Julie indicated that she calls all the resident's room on Thursdays to see if they are staying additional week. She has never called my room or my cell. Rude and abrupt all the same.

2 I have never, since Iiving here, had a female visit. she again had her facts mixed up, but of course she was rude and abrupt even when proven wrong.

Annual room check. 2 minutes notice of room inspection. No consideration for residents rest with no reasonable, advanced written or verbal notice. Business as usual attitude.

    Today, 0505/16 approx. 1530pm
Hammering on my door wakes me from a dead sleep.. Courtesy Services, (which is an oxymoron around here) states another surprise inspection. Needless to say, I'm not impressed. I can't go back to sleep to prepare for work properly, and exhausted for work tonite. Again.

I work graveyard which requires me to sleep during the day, preping for work around 6-7pm. I told Julie this almost 2 months ago because of housekeeping coming by anywhere between 3-5. Was told that I should let office know about such info. but for what? Inconvience persisted as if nothing was said. I told her of my station face to face.

Now I recently realize that this is not the most optimum location for business extended stay, but I don't appreciate being treated like a drug-dealer , child or prostitute because of someone's perceived notion of the type of residents that stay here; Especially from staff.

Note: Right now, 1615, the fire alarm is going off throughout facility for no explanation. No warning no nothing. Perfect example, because there's no fire.

Good points: Housekeeping and maintenence staff. And the young, African-American man on loan from other local Intowne Suites. And, the rooms are great. Thank you.

However, if $1200+ a month is not enough to include some common courtesy and a little empathy towards your steady pay residents, then maybe we should negotiate some sort of refund agreement so I can move on to somewhere else for less. I'd rather not but your management staff is going to force me to do so if this is not resolved soon. Very soon. Before I pay rent again, soon.

I really feel I've been more than patient with this mess.

These references should be able to be cross-checked against the dates and paperwork of my stay for greater accuracy. But, I'm sure you get the jist. if I have done something improper that warrants such unprofessional behaviours, then it should have been let known long ago without accepting anymore of my money or time.

As it stands, It is all about what you do now. I am reasonable and peacefull and I still need to go to work daily without any "drama" subtle or overt. Even so, I have limits. It feels more like Bending you over backwards to please us...than advertised. That's a little humor to lighten the mood, but I am more than serious about previous issues. Hope to hear from you soon.

    Regards

  23. Inn Town Suites in Montgomery AL has some serious problems. Let me start by saying I have been living there for over a year now. When my children and I first moved in everything was fine. The Gm was very friendly and very helpful. Anytime I had a complaint or maintenance problem she handled it very quickly and very professionally. Once the new Gm took over the place went down very quickly. He is very rude! He has several different women coming in and out of the office all day long. He doesn't greet you when you walk in and he is just really a rude person. I have reported to him that I have bed bugs! My children and I are being bitten everyday and night. I have pictures to support my claim. There is no laundry facilities here. How can I get rid of the bugs if I don't have a way to wash my bedspreads? I don't have a vehicle so I can't take the sheets and bed spreads anywhere else to wash them. The evidence is also all over my sheets and my pillows! The toilet leaks. The microwave is peeling on the inside. My children and I have no place else to go. I have tried to resolve these issues with the management but he could really care less. Something has to be done and done soon.
