  1. The intowne suites on north tryon (rocky river rd)is very racist acting and do not treat all their residents equal. Please do not make a complaint about another resident for noise or anything because they will hold it against you!

  3. I stayed at the Intowne Suites located at 6625 Bandera Road, San Antonio TX. On 22 May 2013, I paid for another week, even though I was going out of town and wanted to insure that my room was there when I got back. On 27 May 2013, I called the intowne suites and wanted them to allow my son to go in because Port Police needed my birth certificate in order to board for our family trip. James, as he stated, would not allow my son to just make a photo copy of my birth certificate with his phone, not to remove any thing from my room. James stated that he would allow him to enter if I phoned the police. Upon arrival of the police,he would not allow my son in. I lost $2800 because I could not get my money back. One person had to stay with me due to being a 100 percent disabled veteran, so I had to pay them. I had no where to go so I had to stay at port for 3 days, sleeping on the floor, just because James would not allow my son into my room. Port Police stated that they will fax him on their letter head permission for him to enter my room, with my photo id attached. James, Intowne suites stated that he would not accept that. He stated that it was Corp. office who made the rule. I tried to explain to John the circumstances, but he would not allow me to talk and took up for James without knowing the rationale. This was wrong in many ways. Upon returning, I checked out of the hotel,providing them with the notice in person to John/General Manager. Today is the 5th of June and I still did not get my security deposit back. Being that I am retired Law Enforcement Trainer/Supervisor, I knew they would try something so I took picture of the room, someone to witness the condition of the room when I left.That person watched me turn the key into John/GM. I stayed there along time, but all of a sudden, they are keeping a $50 security deposit. I will do my best to make sure that this does not happen to anyone else by contacting the local news stations, Better Business Bureau, Adjutant General of Texas, Wendy Williams Show and all who will listen. I served 23 years of service protecting people like the ones mention to be treated as I have. James yelled at the Port Police Supervisor to the point that others was listing to him. He yelled at me as well but it did not affect me as it did others. Port Police stated that this man is not going to help you and seem to have a problem with me, which was obvious. I will obtain a lawyer because this was wrong on many levels and I will not accept it. If you read all of the bad reviews, someone has to take notice that something is wrong when people get away with treating customers as they do. It seems to be acceptable by HQ because nothing is being done. I want the return of my security deposit and an apology from James and John.

  4. I stayed at intown in nw Houston on hwy 6 and huffmeister and had my purse cell phone and other valuable items stolen by the staff there while I was at work

  5. I am currently staying at Intown Suites, 1375 Northside Dr NW, Atlanta, Georgia. The place seems to be poorly run. The elevator is down 2 or 3 months a year for various reasons and the manager doesn't appear to consider it an emergency to get it repaired and back in operation even though the customers are paying for an elevator in their weekly bill. There are no reimbursements due to an absence of an elevator.

    The people at the desk where the bills are paid also take down complaints and say they will fix the problem; however, it appears that they just say they will and do not at least in a timely fashion. Lately I requested that they fix the internet because on of the routers appeared to be malfunctioning and they said they would fix it. However, it has been over three weeks and it has not been fixed yet. They appear to give only lip-service. I am strongly considering moving out soon even though the price for the room is good. Yet there is large amounts of time where I don't recieve all of the services of which I am paying. I have begin to figure they are doing these things to cut cost at the expense of the customer.

    I am beginning to be perturbed.

I am at intown suites north Charleston sc my pipe in the bathroom burst and it took over an hour for someone to shut the water off. not only was I soaked but my things were to. my brand new tv soaked, my wii soaked, my computer soaked, my pictures soaked, my clothes soaked, even the things in my closet. this is the worst thing I have had happen to me. I have been with intown suites for along time and I cannot believe what they done to me. it took them 5 hours to get me into another room . and then the room they moved me into was terrible frig. don't work no light in frig the room lights are very dem. I am so not happy . there is bugs under the cabinet. I don't have bugs in my room. this is the worst day of my life. freezing all morning crying all morning. is this night mare going to end. is intown suites going to step up and do the right are do I call the better business bureau.

  7. it is me again. the room they moved me in is terrible roach bugs. my room has no bugs. god help I know you will I thank you!!! may n your workers here they are not a good crew. your maintenance man brought the dry vac to my room and told me I could use it and left.your manager told me I was going to have to leave because my room was flooded. it was the maintenance peoples fault for not making sure everything on the property was ok. I am very upset about what has happened and how I have been treated. I feel as if your manager was very nasty to me and some actions be taken at once .i have lost a lot of money in this situation and I think you should think of me because I paid you a lot of money. and the way I have been treated it wrong. please handle this problem now. I can not leave with bugs. and I refuse to do the work you pay your house keepers to do. your housekeepers are not good workers. the first one I had came to my room told me she was tired and sit on my couch and ask for water. that's not her job. if I done that on my job I would be fired. but no nineteen months later she is still here. if she really cleaned your room I could understand but she don't. brain I pay my good money what are you going to do about the bad crew you have here. I have perfect customer service.it is something you need here. the room they moved me to it nasty and has bugs. and my toilet has been messed up since I got here 19 months the maintenance man rolled up a quarter wrapper 19 months ago and stuck it under my toilet and nothing has been done since.     brain district manger you should check into this place. 8082 rivers ave. Charleston sc.
    check out the rooms. the room carlos put me in has bugs, no telephone nasty walls, nasty floors, nasty toliets, nasty bathtubs. I have pictures of everything. brain I can,t take this I am asking for your help. you can do something and you know I am a good person

  9. Intown suites in coon rapids minnesota is not worth the hassle. The place is raising rent by 20.00 just cause they put tvs in. They don't allow the teenage kids to be outside or go room to room even go to the store next door(100ft away) without an adult. Tjhe hallways are always dirty...there is a half a watermelon sitting in the hallway for 3 days nowand neither maintance nor housekeeping has attended to it. Saw the lady at the front desk let the mantanance man put tire into the woods next door on a property that's for sale. My stove coil is burnt out and not replaced. Cleaning people have been caught sleeping in rooms and not properly cleaning the rooms. They talk about their residence behind their backs and expose everyones business. Very dissappointed. Its hard enough paying 260 and now the price goes up...not worth it for the way the place is ran. Nobody in office on sundays...they lock office and leave during their shifts..nobody to go to between 7am and 11am when office opens.don't recommend this place to anyone..exspecially if u have kids. They think they can over rule the parents and tell the what to do.
