  1. Direct general headquaters my family has been doing business withyou all for years. I recently went to your Rocky Mount NC office. I have never encountered a manger so rude and inconsiderate in all my years. Your young employee waiting on customers with 3 to 4 others of us needing to be served. That manager of yours down there Karen on the phone trying ti rent car and tild us to wait. That she really needed ti handle it now If you all allow your managers to put customers off to handle personal business then Clearly my family and I are at the wrong place.

    Just one!!!!!!!!!!

    Please - while you sit in your comfortable office I have to ride a broken down scooter to my custodian job.
    It is dangerous and cold.
    I have emailed, called, left messages!!!

  4. YOUR DELAND,FL LOCATION ON SPRING GARDEN AND STATE ROAD 44 IS SUUUUUPER SLOW ON HOW THEY PROCESS THIER PAPERWORK. I RECENTLY JUST BOUGHT A BRAND NEW 2015 VEHICLE ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO AND I HAVE YET TO GET A POLICY NUMBER TO GIVE TO MY FINANCE DEPT. I NEED HELP WITH THIS, I UNDERSTAND YOUR PRETTY CHEAP COMPARED TO ALOT OF PPL. BUT SERIOUSLY YOU PPL SIT ON YOUR RUMPS ALLLLL DAY, YOU SHOULD TRY COMING OUT HERE IN THE REAL WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  5. Your call center representatives are not knowledgeable and your supervisor by the name of Anna at extension 6539 (if there really is that extension) is RUDE and OBNOXIOUS. They misinform the clients and then write whatever comments into the system to cover themselves. You are told one thing and then its another. That Territory Rate in the state of Florida which they are hitting many with is unfair and prohibited according to the Office of Insurance Regulations. s.627.0651 F.S. Look it up!!! They don't care!!!

I could truly not be anymore discusted with direct generals staff and claims...because of the way my claim has not been handled I quit paying my hard earned money to you and went with another company due to lack of taking care of my vehicle and the treatment I have received I would very much appreciate someone to contact me 850-902-9358 kimberly I am going from here to any commission I must and any attorney. I have gotten customers to come to direct I will definitely insure they know what to expect if something happens...very disappointed and upset with the entire thing it has been over a year..

  7. Got a pair of MK sandals for my Mom, she wore 1 time, the entire sole came apart! Looks like wolves chewed it them up, and one show actually split down the middle! She's 88 years old, so you know she isn't out digging ditches in them!
    She has a pair of sandals from a bargain store, cost 2.99 and they've help up for 4 years, she wears them all the time and they look almost new. So, you tell me, where is the MK quality??

  9. My fiancé and I have been staying in the Irving, TX location (3440 W. Walnut Hill Lane) since 12/2015. We relocated from South Carolina for work and Crossland seemed to be the most cost effective.
    From the beginning we have dealt with several issues with the maintenance and front desk staff. Particularly the Housekeeper Johnny and the front desk Representative Iftekar.
    Iftekar has been very disrespectful whenever I come into the office with any request. He discriminates against all people of color that come into the office. My fiancé asked him not to communicate any concerns with me and to only speak with him regarding any business. I walked into the office for a key one evening and Iftekar told me that I was distracting him by standing in line. That he's rather I sit down in the chair so that he can concentrate on making a reservation for the guest in front of me. He then yelled at me, saying "Why can't you just do as I say?" when I told him I'd rather stand while I wait. He even threatened to call the police on me for not doing what he wanted me to do.
    We pay for our room in advance, so there is never an outstanding balance. We now clean our own room, since there have been numerous complaints about housekeeping touching our personal belongings and not cleaning the bathroom.
    On top of all of the unprofessionalism, the Property Manager OJ has yet to fix the water heater, the hot water is usually off for days at a time without any warning or apology. We work Monday-Friday and my fiancé works a warehouse job and must have a shower after work. We have not been compensated for being inconvenienced by this.
    I've called the Corporate office about the staff here and I have yet to receive a call back. We will never stay or recommend this chain to anyone.

I have been a one main customer for years with an impeccable repayment history and a gratitude beyond measure for the service provided in your Mesa office--until today and my experience with Cynthia Chavez whom I provided detailed information to yesterday, who called me this morning to tell me I was approved for increasing my loan amount and what documents to send. I sent the documents, made arrangements at work to get there timely to sign documents, and then got a call back saying oops you are now not approved after inputting the EXACT SAME information I provided the day before. I have NEVER been called to tell me I was approved only to take it back and when I asked for the name of the branch manager I was told by Cynthia to "contact the branch". I was asking her, she is at the branch, so that is contacting the branch. I have always spoken highly of One Main, always been grateful for the help I have received there, always been profusely thankful and very verbal about my gratitude for how I am treated there but now I cannot just imagine ever speaking to anyone there again or EVER recommending you to anyone. I don't expect to always hear yes, and in fact have not always heard yes, and I am very gracious about it but I have never been told yes, given a specific amount that I am approved for, then called 20 minutes with when I am supposed to be there to be told "Nope, cause when I input your information..the same information I provided the day before and before being told I was approved, it's saying no". That kind of emotional rollercoaster ride is cruel to do to people. I will never think of one main the same, I will never, ever ask for an increase and in fact will do just about anything to pay off my loan as quickly as possible so I don't ever have to deal with them again and that's sad because for the past 10 years it's been an amazing relationship I have had with everyone in the branch but today that was all shot to pieces by just one of your employees who thinks she has done nothing wrong and even refused to provide me with the manager's name. It's sad day, very sad. Financially, I will figure things out because that's what I do, but a decade long strong relationship with a financial institution I have grown to love along with the people in the Mesa office just came to a screeching halt and now all I can do is never recommend them to anyone.   13. bad experience with customer service specially trying to understand peoples from another part of the world. I had to explain my situation about 3 times and still going through a situation created by them. I can't wait to open my own bank account.

  14. hi I jointed blast fitness in april of this past year and went for the gold membership because they have classes yoga etc. As of yet no classes but I changed my membership in june because of this and I was charged an additional 59.00. That was not my fault that the club did not provide any classes also the club was in the middle of renovations and is now November and they have not even touched the ladies room we have no lockers and the place is filthy and the machine they have there some of them do not work and the TV on the machine none of them work. There was no toilet paper in the ladies room in two stalls do you know what it is like when you are in the process and there is no toilet paper. I am ready to revoke my membership. I want some answers my email is pattywadman@hotmail.com.
