  1. Hello, today I called a wingstop branch to place an order to the store located at 651 nw 62nd street Miami, Florida 33150. I called this store from 11am until 1225pm. When i reached the restaraunt physically while calling in between 11am and 12pm; I went online and place the order due to the fact no one picked up the phone. I place and ordered totaling $31.44. Well I arrive to the location only to find the location was closed up. I have checked my bank statement online and see that you all have charged me for the food that i never recieved. I am asking that you please return the funds back immediately. Thank you.

  2. I went to the store in Lufkin on 1/6/13 and ordered the 30 family pack. I ordered 5 extra wings and 1 extra large fries. When I got home to eat the food the wings were still raw so I tried to call the store but they were already closed. I called the next morning and the manager Marissa told me to bring in the wings and that she would replace the order. I told her that I was going out of town and didnt want the wings until I came back. I did go drop the wings off and the male working the register took them from me. Marissa told me that she would keep my name at the counter to get the replacement of the family pack. I called the store on 1/12/13 and the girl working at night said she could find my name. She said she was going to call Marissa and would call me back. After 45 minutes I called the store back and she said that Marissa instructed her that I was to come and get my wings on 1/7/13. I had told her that I was going out of town and she said that it was ok to call the following weekend when I returned. I feel that the manager Marissa is extremely poor with customer service and she couldn't keep her word. If I knew she was going to scam me I would have just gotten a refund on the day I took the raw wings. I did tell the management that I would call their corporate office and they didn't seem to care. I don't think it's right for them to just take my money and not give me what I paid for. I would like someone to contact me regarding this issue because I won't stand to be out of money for poor food quality and service.

  4. Hi, well I went to the wingstop located in Seaside, Ca and I have the worst customer service ever. I order the 15 boneless combo and the guy offered if I wanted 5 more for $3 something and I agreed. When I got home I noticed that they were regular wings and not boneless, so I called wanting my money back or exchange because I really don't like the regular ones at all. So the guy that answered passed me to the manager and the manager, Carlos, was the one who took my order and he says he remembers me going and wanting the regular wings. I know I didn't ask for regular ones I know I specifically said boneless he even repeated after and so did the guy that gave me my order. He is the rudest manager I have ever came across with he had no good customer service what's so ever, he basically called me a liar and said he "knows" he did right in his end and it was me who misunderstood. No one ever calls a customer a liar, the customer is always right I don't know what kind of people wingstop hires to manages their restaurant, I am really upset. Plus we didn't even get the 5 extra wings and he never even offered to returny money or exchange my food, all he told me was that next time I go he'll give me a discount. Like if I'm ever going back.

  5. I have been a long time fanatic of wing stop I dine in twice a week at the same location for the past years after the poor service & uncooked raw wings that I have received I can really say I had to be that one lucky one to receive poor service & uncooked raw wings When I tried to lodge a complaint with your employees there was sarcastic and they did not take my complaint seriously. I sincerely hope that disciplinary action will be taken against the errant person, your cook who said he had cooked the wings for 17 min and therefore he would not be able to replace nor recook the wings, apparently the ignorant cook thought I was ignorant & thought I would love to enjoy eating raw food I am so disgusted that not only the poor quality of uncooked “ RAW “ Food matched up the quality of service my family & I have received I’m disappointed that a company would provide such substandard of customer service as well after I complaint & left a msg with corporate my call was return on Monday & I still await a phone call from the restaurant owner will today is Wednesday & I am sure that they didnt care about their customers feedback or concerns not only did I receive poor customer service raw wings as well I had company at my table w/ flies.

  6. They are idiots, they hire who ever to be manager, the idiot manager I have he never ask for any documentation so am guessing he was going to ask for it later when they would be more settle since it was a new store, after 2 weeks of working I came to get my paycheck on friday and they said I can't get my check because I dint show them my social security so I brought all they ask, he said ok u good u can get it monday since office close on the weekend bitch tells me tuesday that I still. Need to bring the form he gave me i9 that he never ask for when I apply he said take it home because I dint knw how to fill it out he was going out for luncjh so he left, so I brought that piece of shit paper and he kept saying that the owner hasn't came with the check I ask for the office number and he's dumb ass told me he can't give that information that I have to speek trough him I dnt have anything to tlk to him I want my check, because of people like my manager jonathan from wingstop at yale people dnt care about their job and give poor service or spit on peoples food or throw buggers on customers food, not saying I did, but is almost friday time for second paycheck hope I get both of my checks, stupid retard anyone can open a restaurant but can u maintain it, can u manage it! 7. I love Wingstop and use to go twice a week. I go to the one on 65th street in sacramento California. I've went a few times Friday and Saturday and int these days its like a party. The workers mainly the males in back are drinking smoking listing to loud profane music. It if very unprofessional. The cashiers are polite and work with you when you have a issue but the mangers and cooks are rude. I have stopped going as much due to the fact i don't want to drive 15 mins to another Wingstop.. I have talked to the owner Mr. coung but he doesn't day anything but sorry and that he'll look into it.

  9. I just got back from the wingstop in Moreno Valley, CA about 45 minutes ago. First I want to state that the food was good. The only problem with the food was the fries weren't seasoned and that is my favorite thing about them. As disappointing as that was, it wasn't the main issue. My sister-in-law placed an APP order for me under her name for a family meal that included 25 wings, 3 rolls, vegetables and 1 large fry and the APP said it would be ready in 45 minutes. My sister-in-law also placed her own order of 2 large fries. She placed the order at 4pm so we got there at 4:50pm and the order wasn't ready yet and her APP order didn't go through. We had no problem waiting. Then the nice young gentlemen named Javier, who was the only person working up front while it was really busy, was taking phone orders, APP orders, and helping the long line of patient customers. He was indeed on the ball and really respectful but the the rude woman named Joy, who I assumed to be the manager, was belittling Javier. He told her 3 times that he needed her to make 3 large fries, respectfully, and each time she cut him off and insisted she knew what she was doing but in the end she gave us only 2. She was loud and obvious when she was yelling at Javier that I found it extremely disrespectful to him and me as well. I don't know what the expectations wingstop carries for a managers position but she made it look like wingstop does not expect class or respect as 2 of the most important qualities.

  11. How can you get rid of the greatest wing flavor of all time? I was never really a fan of wingstop until I had your Mango Habanero sauce. I can truthfully tell you that the Mango Habanero wing sauce changed my life. The first time I bit into a juicy chicken wing covered in the Mango Habanero sauce it was like I tasted a chicken wing for the first time. The sauce was so good in fact, that my brother in law and I started to order 30 of the Mango Habanero wings every Thursday night for dinner. By getting rid of that sauce you have lost a very loyal customer. There is no other reason for me to choose your wings over the competition. I will be forced to call, text, post, and email complaints about your business until you bring back the Mango Habanero wing sauce. And I hope all other Mango Habanero lovers who read this will join me in this fight to restore the greatest wing flavor of all time.

  13. WOODCHIP3R said exactly what I was thinking I didn't like going to wing stop before I only took my wife because she liked it I didn't eat there. however when you started selling the mango habanero sauce I fell in love with it and I started taking my wife so I could eat those delicious wings. Now that you have stopped selling them there is no reason for me to eat there any longer. I hope you bring it back fast cause I was so desperate I went to BUFFALO WILD WINGS to buy their mango habanero sause and bright it to a wing stop to eat with your wings.... it wasn't the same. Please bring it back. Thanks you

  15. Went into your store on Mcart and Altamesa in Ft Worth, Texas and saw the sign out front looking for a store manager. I can see why now. The store was nasty inside and I placed a order to go. The little spanish girl was very inpolite and hard to understand. I attempted to use my gift card received for Chtistmas. She said the card was no good. Did not offer to manually enter the numbers on back. I called the number and was told I had a balance. This store has gone downhill fast.

  16. I have been going to the Wing Stop in Oklahoma city on 39th expressway for years and I was always satisfied. Service and food was good. But since the management has changed it sucks. Staff has a very bad attitude as if they don't give a damn. The place is a mess, to go orders are always missing something. When you call an order in, they tell you 14min. when picking it up you have to wait another 15-20 minutes before you get your order. When I mentioned it to one of the staff how upset I was about the service, she cops an attitude and mouths back. Is that customer service????? It's like a bunch of kids running a lemonade stand. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

Yesterday I ordered a 10 piece combo that includes a soft-drink. Well come to find out, their soda machine was out of CO2 and 3 of the flavors were out of order. One customer that was waiting for his food was also very upset about the service.

Corporate should take a look at this store. This store is giving Win Stop a very bad name.
    Terrible Service!!!!!

  17. My husband was hospitalized for 4 days due to surgery he was released yesterday 3/27/14 and craved WingStop that evening around 7:30pm, we are regulars at the location in Rancho Cucamonga Ca. On Archibald st. He place an order by phone and they said the order would be ready in 14min. Due to him unable to drive and on medication I went to pick up the order with his debit card. When I got there they did not accept debit just cash and credit card. I understand that there's so much fraud out there but why didnt they say that when people place orders.I explained his situation offered my info and to call him. The manager who i did not recognized said if he's not there we can't pick up the order. Ok, so I went home got my husband handicapped and still in the hospital gown barely able to get up and take him there so they can see him so we can pay. My husband said,"since we had to go through this trouble I bet our food is cold now do we get any comp?" and the "manager" said,"No sorry but I didn't tell her to go get you" in a very sarcastic way. The girl at the register said she will redip our french fries... really? Overall I understand the cardholder needed to be present but the manager had attitude and was rude and unprofessional about the whole situation. When we got home our food was cold I called and asked for the name of the manger the girl must have new it was me because she hesitated and put me on hold , then got back on the line and said his name was Phil. What happened to our happy customer service? If you're not happy where you work, do something else for a living cause its a bad look for WingStop.

  18. well I visit the Monroe la location an they have some of the worst people with manager positions like melony she rude had an attitude and refuse to come give me my military discount will never return and to think I serve this country for people to treat me this way 165 north will never get me or anyone close to me and my family business again.

  19. Went to Wing Stop in Monroe and I asked for the lady that always took my order she usually work nights very nice always found ways to help you save money when you trying to feed large groups of people when I asked for her I was told by the manager who took her spot that she quit because they was going to fire her anyway because nobody liked her I thought that this was very sickening for a worker to share this with a customer and she didn't know that, that was the only reason I drove from Rayville because of how that young lady treated me and my wife when we stopped in she was so busy slandering that young lady that my service was poor and it really changed my attitude towards coming back again hopefully she found something better.

  20. I called Wing Stop to place a call in order this morning. The guy "Donte" that answered the phone is obviously not the sharpest tool in the shed. I explained to him what I wanted and that I had a coupon that I had received in the mail. He repeated the order back and had everything backwards, so explained it to him once more. I told them I wanted my order ready at a specific time and I arrived 10 minutes early to pick up the order. I was expecting to wait, but they already had everything ready, which tells me my food would have sat there for 10 minutes if I had arrived at the time I ask the order to e ready. The wing stop in Paris has a drive thru, but you cannot get a fountain drink through the drive thru. This makes no sense to me at all. So they give me bottle drinks and I am just happy I didn't have to get out and go in. I get my food and my drinks and I leave. I go to meet my husband and take him lunch and when I get there we open the bag and start pulling everything out and I first noticed that my fries were ice cold. The ones on the bottom weren't even warm. Then I noticed there was only one ranch dressing. I call the restaurant and ask to speak with the manager, I explained to him the our fries were cold and we only receive one ranch dressing. He explained that he would replace the fries but it was going to be $0.86 for the ranch dressing. I asked him why there was going to be a charge for the dressing and he stated that when you use a coupon you have to purchase the dressing separately. I said that's fine but I told the guy on the phone, "Donte" that I wanted ranch with my wings. The manager stated that he would replace the fries but there would be a charge for the ranch. At this point I am furious. I told him I would be driving all the way back across town to get my fries and would be there at a certain time. Then I asked him if he was seriously going to charge me $0.86 for a thing of dressing after this huge inconvenience. At first he acted like I was trying to get something for free, which made me even more angry, then after acting like that he said he would throw it in for free. I was super pissed at this point. I have been a General Manager for food service in the past and I know that if your establishment messes up and order that it is the General Managers duty to fix it and make it right with the customer. An hour has passed since I picked up the original order when I get back to the store. Cameron the GM comes to the window and I explain who I am and why I am there. I ask him for a corporate number to call. He writes down a number on a piece of paper and says this is the number to call and complain. He hands m the bag of fries and try to hand him a dollar for the ranch and he says not to worry about paying for it. I am so pissed at this point that I say nope I don't want anything for free and hand him the dollar and drive off. When I call the number to the Corporate office I get a random voicemail/ fax number. I leave my name and number and nobody calls me back. I am so not surprised. My family and I eat at Wing Stop weekly. I work right behind the store and purchase my lunch there s well. First of all I have money and never expect anything for free, an for someone to act like that towards me make me extremely mad. Second of all like I mentioned earlier I have managed restaurants so I know the kind of people you deal with day in and day out. I ordered the ranch with my wings and didn't really care if it cost extra, and if the wings didn't come with ranch, why wouldn't they upsell it like every other place you go to does. Paris is a small town and some business just can't make it in this town because of the quality of people they have working in or running their establishment for them. I used to swear by the Wing Stop in Plano Tx. but I will not spend another penny at the one in Paris Tx.

  21. so first off the wingstop in Columbus ohio off stelzer is good but they hire who ever they want to be managers I am a ex employee and will never work at wingstop again I rather die homeless than work for them again and I have a friend that works there that has been there sents day one and still is not a manager but the girl that is sucked the other managers dick to get were she is(watch the cameras you will see him touching on her and them always playing)and then they just hired some new people and made them managers coming in the door when ever my order is wrong because the managers don't like me they give me a hassle to get a new order the head guy matt don't want to fix anything they almost had to shut the store down because of a gas leak that he don't want to fix and the tore cord is hanging off the fryier with a paper clip. I have contacted the better business bureau and will continue to leave complaints until I see the store shut down or see some changes and I have been letting people that I know that eat there to never go back there and they said they wont so this wingstop will be losing money soon.

  22. I have been looking forward to comin in watching the USA VS. PORTUGAL game all week only to come in and find out tha LIZ the manager comes to work to listen to her choice of music rather than satisfy the 20 plus customers like myself that came specifically to watch the game and dine. Well $20 dollars and 12 cents later i am watching a muted game over teenie-bopper music yet i see no teen agers in the establishment or anyone else dancing for that matter. I would not recoment this location for any sporting events to anyone-quick half time get here soon so i can gi watch the second portion of the game at another location. LOCATION: WINGSTOP ON 7959 FREDERICKSBURG RD. #151 (Amanda) cashier was kind enough to relay my request but MANAGER (LIZ) was such a BITCH to shut the music off and put the game's audio.

  24. I have a complaint that occured this past Sunday, which happened to be Super Bowl Sunday. I went inside the store to dine in, and was greeted with "do you have a call in order"? I replied no, i am here to dine in. He then said, we are not serving people due to the super bowl. I am sorry, but you NEVER turn away paying customers!!! That is very poor business! I don't care how many orders you have for super bowl, you bring in ALL of your employees, you prepare for this time, it is not like you don't know that it is coming! You work your asses off and you take care of your paying customers! Whether we called in ahead or walking in to order. If this is how you conduct business, then i will never spend my money in any of your stores again. This happened at the Springfield, Missouri location on Battlefield. This is completely unnacceptable and inappropriate behavior on your part! ........Very dissappointed, Rose Duke

  25. Shame on you Wing Stop. I did not know that corporations such as yours got involved in politics. I live in San Fernando, CA and there is a banner hanging on your building for a candidate that is running for City Council in our city. His name is Jessie Avila. San Fernando is in an ugly political battle with Special Interest. Your establishment now stands for "Special Interest". How sad that you would get involved in politics when your have not even opened your doors for business. Please note that there are hundred of people against these Special Interest groups in our city. My family will not be eating at your restaurant and I will pass this information on to family and friends.

  26. This location is so mismanaged (3309 Dallas Pkwy Suite 499, Plano, TX
. We placed an order online for a Mixed Combo. This is supposed to be 4 classic wings and 4 boneless wings with fries and a drink. I also added an additional drink (upgrade both to large) and order 2 orders of baked beans. When I arrived to pick up our order the gentleman behind the counter told me my total and I paid him. He handed me my order without my drinks. I explained to him that I was supposed to get drinks and he wanted to argue with me. I told him, read the receipt. He then handed me to cups for my drinks. I should have taken this as a warning of things to come. When I got to our office and we opened the order, it was a mess. They had sent only classic wings (my secretary will not eat chicken on the bone), the fries looked like they were cooked a couple of hours earlier (limp and greasy), the beans were runny (like they were watered down). On top of it all the wings were so over cooked they were not edible. I immediately called the location. The person that answered the phone was out in la la land. I asked to speak to the GM. It took him a good 5 minutes to come to the phone. When I explained my disappointment with the order being incorrect and my disappointment in the quality, he said "what do you want me to do about it" (btw the GM's name is Hons). I told him I wanted the order replaced. He said well I am looking at your online order and it does not say mixed combo. We will replace the 4 boneless wings, but that is all. I said this food is not edible. I asked for the district manager or owner's number and he refused to give them to me. He then said "we are a franchise and the corporate office cannot make us do anything to us. I have sent gone on the corporate office website to contact them. They only have an online contact form. We have contacted them on two separate occasions thru their contact form. They have yet contacted me back. This all took place on 2/10/2015. Maybe the Putz general manager knew what he was talking about. The corporate office must not make their franchisees abide by any standards. You know what they say . . . The best and the worst advertising you can get is word of mouth. We will definitely be saying nothing but bad about this location. If you are reading this, you see the beginning of our post on social networks.

  27. Online form does not say the card holder must be present at time of pick up. Neither does the email confirmation. it says that the card must be presented. Additionally it states that for LARGE orders or out of area orders, a photo ID must be presented. i would not think a 30$ order would be substantial enough for your company to think it is a high risk. i was just released from the hospital for a motorcycle accident. I attempted to explain this to the manager (Jasmine) of the store while i had her on my wife's cell phone who was attempting to pick up the order. Even though i offered to "facetime" with her so that she could both verify my ID as well as my broken collar bone, arm and ribs that challenged me in picking the order up, she adamantly stated, in a blunt manner, that there were no concessions that she could make. i then had my daughter drive me to the store so that i did not have to wait 7 days to get reimbursed on my card by my wife paying cash. When i arrived she stated the the owner also said that if i did not like the stores rules that I should not frequent the establishment again. This was the worst customer service experience that i have encountered in years. I along with several of my coworkers pay for each others lunches online and have never had an issue of any kind like this. Does your company allow different locals to treat the online patrons differently? The business adage of the customer is always right may be a misnomer however the saying that there are always exceptions to rules should be abided to if you want to do right by the business and ultimately the customer.

  28. I would like to say this is sat may 2, 2015. I went to the location off of ledbetter in dallas texas right off the corner of Lancaster. After placing the order the workers stated that it would be 20 minutes after 20 minutes I went back in and a young lady was very rude. I asked for the manager and he stated it would be another 20 minutes I stated you said that 20 minutes age, then he replied " it will be 30 minutes" I asked for my money back and he through it thru the windows. I have decided to use blog team at my job to blast the company for this type of treatment. I went to JJ's on Camp Wisdom land they treated me with kindness and serviced us. thanks JJ;s. Please do not use Wing Stop in Dallas, Texas on Ledbetter off Camp Wisdom.

  29. We'd gone to Wingstop in Pearland Tx. June 6,2015 and my Strips were served "Raw", not to mention my 16 year old daughter witnessed the Employees being "Racist." I didn't even eat the food, and they didn't offer to refund my money.
I was so Alarmed at what I'd seen the Employees do, I'd filed a complaint with the Corporate office on June 9th. I was told that someone would contact me with a resolution, but no one did. I contacted them again on June 17th, and still no one has contacted me yet. It is now June 27th, and Wingstop Corporation didn't even attempt to send me a Gift Certificate to so much as compensate me for the Meal I was unable to eat. Not to mention this isn't the first time we'd experienced "Poor Customer Service" at this particular location. My husband refuses to go back to this location. But my daughters and I really "Enjoy" our Girls day every other Weekend at Wingstop. Perhaps we need to find a new Establishment that "Appreciates and Respects" its Customers. I am Truly "Disappointed" that this company didn't care enough to so much as "Apologize" for our Experience.

  30. I am sorry to say that this is not my first email to your company about this store.. Yes I get that this is a franchise store therefore you guys just forward the info to the owner of this store. I would think that a company such as yours in the name wing stop and that it be a requirement for the franchise owners to hold up to the standards you expect. I eat at the wing stop in lemon grove and drive all the way from National City to do so.. I have years management experience and find it amazing that this store obviously lacks from extremely poor management as well as a poor DM who emailed me the last time. I have time and time again gave this store chances.. It is disgusting I possibly should just call the health dept since your corporate office wants to just pass the buck. The store is disgusting dirty I have turned around on numerous occasions and left because I lose my appetite and the coke machine has greasy fingers all over it all the time just nasty. The staff is rude and the chicken looks small compared to other wing stops. The fries are under cooked and soggy. This is my last straw I love wing stop and used to eat there at the least once a week but know unfortunately I have to drive to lemon grove rather then the wing stop down the street. I am sorry to say and I hope you guys just don't pass the buck on this because one bad review can lead to many .. I have already posted on yelp twice next I will be contacting the BBB and the health dept. I would hope your corporate would prove me wrong other then being money hungry and not caring who buys into there franchise .. You best believe I will have my voice heard. I am honestly disgusted with wing stop just passing the buck for the mighty dollar. There is a wings and things just down the street although I have always been partial to the flavor of wing stop. At least wings and things store is spotless. The wing stop in national city is absolutely disgusting. Next step I will be contacting OSHA. I am a extremely dissatisfied customer who has been loyal for many years..

  31. I came to Wing Stop on August 8 to order a 6 piece wing meal and had a coupon for 5 free wings. The manager at first did not want to accept the coupon but took it as a favor. When I received my order the manager read back from the receipt that included the 5 free wings, but when I got home the wings were not in there. I returned everything for my money back, but the manager would not give me back the coupon with the 5 free wings.

  33. They have changed they bone-in wings. They used to be the best wing provider in the world, and now they are horrible. Please go back to the old wings you were providing.
    Sincerely,

  34. I work at wingstop store #1009 in East Palo Alto, CA. My manager is Kevin Meraz and I feel like I'm being mistreated and I'm not the only one. One employee has put her two weeks notice in after Kevin told her he doesn't need her when he has other employees yet is always calling to cover shifts for people that have a poor work ethic. Two others are planning on leaving because of this same thing as well as myself being that we are hard workers yet the low performance people are getting praised all the time. Kevin's girlfriend is a manager as well at the same store but she never follows the rules even if he asks her to. Her sister works there as well and she gets to come and go as she pleases which doesn't make since. When she doesn't show up for a shift she doesn't get in trouble yet everyone else does. I myself am a hard worker and provide the best quality food as well as keeping the store clean. Kevin has cut my hours due to the fact that I don't blanch as fast as him even though I have to wait for the other worker to finish cleaning the fryers. These are things that are considered unacceptable in the workplace and I don't think it's right for him to do as he pleases. The store set up itself is a hazard since anywhere you turn there is something wrong.

    1. It's that just your store, I used to be a manager for a store in Texas. The General Manager would leave the store half attended to run errands. He would always be on his phone, and used to give out FPs to his sancha. Not only that he's good friends with upper management, which refuse to fire him. Best thing to do is get out, the brand is very negligent.

  35. This is a feed back on how you treat your employees who also work in the military and are trying to do better. My son got hired at one of your locations and told your manager in charge of scheduling work time the days he works on base here in San Antonio to not schedule him on thoses days because it interacts part of the time he has to go in when he is barely getting off of work on base. If he doesnt get there on time i know there is displineare on your employees. So i dont understand your schedule when a person can work any other time expect for thoses days he has duties in the military. I feel that your company should take into consideration if they also have two jobs not mentioning that there second job is active duty to help and serve our country.....unfortunately he had to quit due to his schedule....thank you for taking the time to read my comment.

  37. I was double billed online and the only contact Kendra at wingstop@marketforce.com said they would credit but they have not and it has been over 2 weeks. I am writing a complaint at the Better Business Bureau and checking to see if it would be worth filing a civil suit.

  38. I recently left the Wingstop on 65th Street in Sacramento, 95819, CA, the manager (small Asian man) was noticeably high. I am pretty sure these restaurants are franchised and individually owned but I can tell you with out a doubt he should not have been working. The Wingstop corporation should check it out as they still carry the name and ultimately should represent you well. On top of this, the restaurant itself was smoky, the ventilation was not good and the staff are definitely inhaling some toxins, I will also be contacting the local code enforcement to check this out as it was pretty bad. - signed, a very concerned Patron.

  40. Store manager from #0666 has done this in the past which is inappropriate. I called and talked to "Alejandro" and clearly stated 3 separate orders. He read back exactly what was said without mistake. I was given a reasonable time of 20min for my order to be ready. Upon arrival my order was not made until I paid...again. Waited patiently but extremely upset. I arrived at home and the wings were combined in the same container and my combo order was incomplete..again.
Q1. Are you allowing managers to prepare "call-in orders" when paid inside, if so take then why call in at all! Take it off for the sake of management.
Q2. Are you allowing managers to save a few pennies by tossing mixed orders into one container or is this another method which managers can count wings when made.
Q3. Why are managers are not being trained to perfect a simple basic combo order when its being prepared by the manager themselves. They need to fully take responsibility and not push it to its employees beneath them.
I have personally witnessed these instances and it is inappropriate of the store manager to run this location. I'm more than positive this does happen to other customers because family and friends have stated the same service. Thank you store manager #0666 you have convinced me and many others not to return to this location. Hopefully corporate will call me..someday.
