    1. I have been lied to by their customers services people. I have asked them to take a item off my plan five months ago and now they tell me I never ask them. Lies after lies. It took eight months of lies and I could not take anymore. Each month of being up set by their lies. Now they are chargeing me 400.00 for brakeing the two year contract. Plus other penalties. I am 60 yrs. old and I have never had this much conflict with a company. Now are they still in business. Their should be a class action Law Suit cause they are scaming their customers. Does anyone Agree. Any attorneys ready to take A LARGE CORPORATE COMPANY ON FOR SCAMING AMERICAN

    2. Hello, I'm on the Phone right now with Verizon. I am going through some stuff too. They are charging me late fees and disconnection fees for their mess up. I have paid every bill and I have been with them for three years now. Out of the blue I get a $362.23 dollar charge on my Account. I have spent more than 15 hours talking on the phone to get my service back up and running and after all of it they find their mistake and say" It will be fixed don't worry, we are sorry for the inconvenience." Now I get a phone call and a text stating "pay your bill of $476. This has been going on for 2 months. Now they are robbing me. This is White collar crime at its finest. I know if this has happen to me then others are getting hit really hard..

    3. Hello, I have had fraudulent phone calls on my account 3 times since October 2014, and my phones get shut off without notice. I have to fight with fraud to get the restored, and now the " my Verizon" login gets hacked and a considerable amount of money was transferred out of my account. I called Verizon wireless customer service, and I had to talk to 2 VERY BELIGERENT females. When I called back a 3rd time, I spoke to a male named " Aaron" who was responsive and addressed the problem. I then asked to be released from my contract due to all these problems, and they told me I had to pay termination fees, and that is nothing they can do.
I think Verizon Wireless should be a little more responsive to certain situations, and NOT BE SO HARD HEADED.. They have you trapped if you have their service.

If they would like to talk - eruggiano@comcast.net is my email address.

    4. I have also been having problems with Verizon. I have called their customer service for two years to cancel my internet service, and I'm still being charged. However, each rep. advises that they'll take care of it. The problem is, Verizon got too big and really doesn't care. More dissatisfied customers need to cancel. Perhaps that would help.

  3. On September 9th 2013 Verizon randomly charged my account an equipment charge for $449.99!
I called up the same day and still on September 17th I have nothing to show for it but a credit for $449.99!
I have logged 17.34 hours on the phone over the last 9 days talked to every call center from Oregon to Arkansas.
I found that the call center staff is inept and unprepared to to handle this situation. The management is never available
and when we finally reached an available supervisor they were unable to help me then we were promised a call back
which never came. I have heard every excuse from the system is being backed up to it is in the hands of the Treasury department. I can get a charge reversed faster from Seven Eleven! A thought has come to me...What if the do this to half their customers? 500,000,000 customers each billed $449.... I have been robbed!

  5. Verizon Wireless totally sucks the customer service line their tech support doesn't know what the left hand is doing for the right hand just like their operators if you have a problem they just pass it to somebody else and by the way weather passing it you're waiting 5 10 15 minutes so that begins to suck and it doesn't happen once doesn't happen twice this is every time so for Verizon I hope your corporate CEO stand executives read this and get off their butts and clean up the shop what the hell is he getting paid the big bucks 4 to look like a goddamn preppy

  7. Fed up with Verizon! I purchased 2 Smart phones in Aug. and received 2 free tablets. Free my butt!!! I was charged $51.93 for each tablet for activation (I was never told that), I called and got a refund for $70. Did not know at the time or was I told each one had it's own phone number which is going to cost $10 a month. Then they added an extra 2 gbs to my plan. People, when you buy a new phone please PAY ATTENTION to what they are doing to you. They are liars and thieves and will do anything to get your money and add extra stuff to your bill. I didn't just walk into the store and buy these phones, I looked for a couple of months asking questions about everything I could think of and went to the store 4 times to make sure of what I was getting and how much a month it would cost me. Watch out!!!

  10. This concern may have initially fit in to a specific category, however given all the issues and run around received there are several issues at hand that go far beyond just "a cell phone plan issue" regarding the deletion of our unlimited data plan. We called Verizon and spoke to someone by the name of Nisa last month, who said she was a tenured employee with Verizon and understood our concern over the loss of our unlimited data at the hand of another representative, in error, now we don’t think it was in error but intently to take our unlimited data. We have had this plan/numbers since we became Verizon customers over 12 yrs. Our plan has always been unlimited and there was no request on our part to compromise the unlimited data on the original numbers/plan and under no circumstances did we want unlimited data removed. No call back 10 days later...received a text message regarding my issue...no call was ever made to us. We understand we live in this technological world, but it would have been nice to have a live person respond in this situation. Most recently we contacted a representative by the name of Kevin in the upstate NY office/call center and again tried to rectify this issue. Now we are again requesting to actually speak to someone with Verizon who can fully and completely discuss this issue and render the decision to restore what we have always had on the lines noted and continue as Verizon customers.Again today, 14 APR 15 I have tried to contact Verizon to speak to someone and again received no upper level assistance. The representative, Kerry, that I spoke with was only forced to once again submit the same request for review that has been submitted before. Her supervisor was out sick and the supervisor she deferred to for assistance did not speak with me, rather stated there was no one I could speak to that could rectify or discuss my issue. As a federal customer service provider it is baffling to me that a company such as Verizon Wireless does not have someone willing to hear a customer and address a genuine concern. Clearly Verizon Wireless has not decided that one customer does not matter...me. If this is the case I truly feel sorry for Verizon, its leadership and all those who go along with what they stand for...

  11. We made the mistake of selling our house and moving to another state (kinda had to since we wanted to move our business to a business-friendly state!). When we did this, we terminated our Verizon home telephone / landline services. Verizon terminated our verizon email addresses, so we had to obtain new email addresses (not through Verizon) and signed up for the monthly billings to be sent to one of our new email addresses. Verizon is sending our Verizon One bill to that new email address, and that bill does reflect and maintain our Verizon Wireless cell phones (2 of them) and our laptop Verizon Wireless WiFi cards (2 of them). Worse yet, we have been paying the Verizon One bill that arrives each month, which still incorporates all of our cell phone and WiFi charges, but now we find out that they are also billing for the WiFi cards separately to the Verizon.net email addresses THEY terminated! Apparently, they are crediting our entire payments to our cell phone charges but are not crediting the balance to our WiFi cards, so now we no longer have our WiFi because Verizon disconnected them for non-payment!!! We had to have the local telephone company drop a DSL line, which we did not want, in order to have Internet capabilities while we work through this with Verizon BUT every time we talk to anyone, we are not only transferred at least twice, but the last person we speak to puts us on hold and drops the call entirely. Verizon is becoming the idiocracy from Hell!!! I have no idea what to do, other than to notify the FCC and let the you-know-what roll downhill onto Verizon. Apparently, Verizon is too big for succeed.
