    1. I have been lied to by their customers services people. I have asked them to take a item off my plan five months ago and now they tell me I never ask them. Lies after lies. It took eight months of lies and I could not take anymore. Each month of being up set by their lies. Now they are chargeing me 400.00 for brakeing the two year contract. Plus other penalties. I am 60 yrs. old and I have never had this much conflict with a company. Now are they still in business. Their should be a class action Law Suit cause they are scaming their customers. Does anyone Agree. Any attorneys ready to take A LARGE CORPORATE COMPANY ON FOR SCAMING AMERICAN

    2. Hello, I'm on the Phone right now with Verizon. I am going through some stuff too. They are charging me late fees and disconnection fees for their mess up. I have paid every bill and I have been with them for three years now. Out of the blue I get a $362.23 dollar charge on my Account. I have spent more than 15 hours talking on the phone to get my service back up and running and after all of it they find their mistake and say" It will be fixed don't worry, we are sorry for the inconvenience." Now I get a phone call and a text stating "pay your bill of $476. This has been going on for 2 months. Now they are robbing me. This is White collar crime at its finest. I know if this has happen to me then others are getting hit really hard..

    3. Hello, I have had fraudulent phone calls on my account 3 times since October 2014, and my phones get shut off without notice. I have to fight with fraud to get the restored, and now the " my Verizon" login gets hacked and a considerable amount of money was transferred out of my account. I called Verizon wireless customer service, and I had to talk to 2 VERY BELIGERENT females. When I called back a 3rd time, I spoke to a male named " Aaron" who was responsive and addressed the problem. I then asked to be released from my contract due to all these problems, and they told me I had to pay termination fees, and that is nothing they can do.
I think Verizon Wireless should be a little more responsive to certain situations, and NOT BE SO HARD HEADED.. They have you trapped if you have their service.

If they would like to talk - eruggiano@comcast.net is my email address.

    4. I have also been having problems with Verizon. I have called their customer service for two years to cancel my internet service, and I'm still being charged. However, each rep. advises that they'll take care of it. The problem is, Verizon got too big and really doesn't care. More dissatisfied customers need to cancel. Perhaps that would help.

    5. I shut my I phone off when the assholes at the call centers kept on shutting off my auto pay from my account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!!!!!!! I am not the only ones it has happen to. we had a meeting with our lawyers on this and paper work has already started for us and the BBB has been notified of this problem along with the FCC. And our reps in the house and senate in congress.

it went UNANSWERED I got an email notification alerting me that an attempt was made to access my email with a valid password by an
unrecognised device, so I pinged the ip address,

  3. On September 9th 2013 Verizon randomly charged my account an equipment charge for $449.99!
I called up the same day and still on September 17th I have nothing to show for it but a credit for $449.99!
I have logged 17.34 hours on the phone over the last 9 days talked to every call center from Oregon to Arkansas.
I found that the call center staff is inept and unprepared to to handle this situation. The management is never available
and when we finally reached an available supervisor they were unable to help me then we were promised a call back
which never came. I have heard every excuse from the system is being backed up to it is in the hands of the Treasury department. I can get a charge reversed faster from Seven Eleven! A thought has come to me...What if the do this to half their customers? 500,000,000 customers each billed $449.... I have been robbed!

  5. Verizon Wireless totally sucks the customer service line their tech support doesn't know what the left hand is doing for the right hand just like their operators if you have a problem they just pass it to somebody else and by the way weather passing it you're waiting 5 10 15 minutes so that begins to suck and it doesn't happen once doesn't happen twice this is every time so for Verizon I hope your corporate CEO stand executives read this and get off their butts and clean up the shop what the hell is he getting paid the big bucks 4 to look like a goddamn preppy

  7. Fed up with Verizon! I purchased 2 Smart phones in Aug. and received 2 free tablets. Free my butt!!! I was charged $51.93 for each tablet for activation (I was never told that), I called and got a refund for $70. Did not know at the time or was I told each one had it's own phone number which is going to cost $10 a month. Then they added an extra 2 gbs to my plan. People, when you buy a new phone please PAY ATTENTION to what they are doing to you. They are liars and thieves and will do anything to get your money and add extra stuff to your bill. I didn't just walk into the store and buy these phones, I looked for a couple of months asking questions about everything I could think of and went to the store 4 times to make sure of what I was getting and how much a month it would cost me. Watch out!!!

  10. This concern may have initially fit in to a specific category, however given all the issues and run around received there are several issues at hand that go far beyond just "a cell phone plan issue" regarding the deletion of our unlimited data plan. We called Verizon and spoke to someone by the name of Nisa last month, who said she was a tenured employee with Verizon and understood our concern over the loss of our unlimited data at the hand of another representative, in error, now we don’t think it was in error but intently to take our unlimited data. We have had this plan/numbers since we became Verizon customers over 12 yrs. Our plan has always been unlimited and there was no request on our part to compromise the unlimited data on the original numbers/plan and under no circumstances did we want unlimited data removed. No call back 10 days later...received a text message regarding my issue...no call was ever made to us. We understand we live in this technological world, but it would have been nice to have a live person respond in this situation. Most recently we contacted a representative by the name of Kevin in the upstate NY office/call center and again tried to rectify this issue. Now we are again requesting to actually speak to someone with Verizon who can fully and completely discuss this issue and render the decision to restore what we have always had on the lines noted and continue as Verizon customers.Again today, 14 APR 15 I have tried to contact Verizon to speak to someone and again received no upper level assistance. The representative, Kerry, that I spoke with was only forced to once again submit the same request for review that has been submitted before. Her supervisor was out sick and the supervisor she deferred to for assistance did not speak with me, rather stated there was no one I could speak to that could rectify or discuss my issue. As a federal customer service provider it is baffling to me that a company such as Verizon Wireless does not have someone willing to hear a customer and address a genuine concern. Clearly Verizon Wireless has not decided that one customer does not matter...me. If this is the case I truly feel sorry for Verizon, its leadership and all those who go along with what they stand for...

  12. We made the mistake of selling our house and moving to another state (kinda had to since we wanted to move our business to a business-friendly state!). When we did this, we terminated our Verizon home telephone / landline services. Verizon terminated our verizon email addresses, so we had to obtain new email addresses (not through Verizon) and signed up for the monthly billings to be sent to one of our new email addresses. Verizon is sending our Verizon One bill to that new email address, and that bill does reflect and maintain our Verizon Wireless cell phones (2 of them) and our laptop Verizon Wireless WiFi cards (2 of them). Worse yet, we have been paying the Verizon One bill that arrives each month, which still incorporates all of our cell phone and WiFi charges, but now we find out that they are also billing for the WiFi cards separately to the Verizon.net email addresses THEY terminated! Apparently, they are crediting our entire payments to our cell phone charges but are not crediting the balance to our WiFi cards, so now we no longer have our WiFi because Verizon disconnected them for non-payment!!! We had to have the local telephone company drop a DSL line, which we did not want, in order to have Internet capabilities while we work through this with Verizon BUT every time we talk to anyone, we are not only transferred at least twice, but the last person we speak to puts us on hold and drops the call entirely. Verizon is becoming the idiocracy from Hell!!! I have no idea what to do, other than to notify the FCC and let the you-know-what roll downhill onto Verizon. Apparently, Verizon is too big for succeed.

    Verizon Wireless
    1 Verizon Way
    Basking Ridge, NJ 07920

    Dear Madam:

About two months ago, after moving from Oklahoma to Texas, I changed my wireless telephone number to a local number. Thereafter, I began to get bombarded with mostly robotic collection calls aimed at someone I never met from Verizon Wireless. These calls cannot be returned because the phone numbers that originate them do not exist and the websites they direct me to do not work. I believe by now, I have received over 100 telephone calls, and spent over five hours with your incompetent workers and witless supervisors trying to get them stopped. I am now beyond the point of wanting to deal politely with your company. You have had plenty of opportunities to correct the problem and wasted each one. Usually, the weasels that work for you either transfer me to permanent hold or simply hang up.

Please forward to me the name of the regulatory agencies handling your company so I can contact them to report your vicious harassment which has caused me many hours of wasted time and interrupted work.

  16. In Salina, KS June 2014 I signed up for service with Verizon wireless. The sales person did not offer us anything extra (including insurance). After the transaction was complete, we asked about insurance and why we weren't offered. They said we now have to wait until their open enrollment period in October. We waited until October, They lied. We could not get insurance. We had a car wreck that December and flipped the vehicle while I was 7 months pregnant. Both phones were destroyed. Verizon Refused to help us in any ways and the guy in the office actually TOLD US TO SWITCH CARRIERS. We did just that. Got a bill from Verizon for $960, because we switched. I was willing to pay it. I was making them checks out for $50 a month (all we can afford because my husband is a disabled vet.) Anyways they cashed my checks, so I thought all was good and I even got letters confirming my payment and thought it was great. Then I got a call from a debt collector today. They want 4 payments of $220. I laughed at them. I can't believe they turned me into a debt collector while I was making them payments. Well, since you added it to my credit report, guess it can stay there unpaid. Sooo mad!!!!!

  17. I agree, I have been a Verizon customer both residential and mobile for years. I am convinced their service department and fraud departments are NOT THERE TO HELP CONSUMERS. My wireless account was hacked by someone who added 4 lines to my account and I suppose got a phone when they did it. The fraud department called me t o verify I added lines and I told them absolutely not. I thanked them for calling and was told that my account would be adjusted and credited for the charges. This was in July. August, September, October I get a monthly bill which says in two different places on the front page DO NOT PAY CREDIT BALANCE and I can see where they are taking my monthly fee for my correct line number off the credit balance. Now comes the Nov 3 bill and it says I owe close to $700! I go to the Verizon Wireless store. The customer service rep there can't handle bill adustments but they call and let me speak with customer service which should help me-pure horse manure. I was in the store on the phone with threes different people for two hours and got nowhere! I was told I had a credit balance for 3. Months for the adustment credit for the fraud but that by the time the Nov bill came out they had finally balanced out the charge for what was hacked on my account with the credit balance But I had not paid my personal bill since July and this is what I owe. I told them no way in hell did my personal line cost $ 700 when my normal monthly bill runs $88 to $100/ month. He asked what he as a manager could do to help. I asked him to send me a bill for the months itemizing charges for just my line. Get this, with all the electronic and computer systems they have he can't do that because the billing system sends outs bills for all lines not just a.selectned single line on the account. So I said go into my account and add up the charges for just the one line and tell me a total, he can't, says the manager because he is not allowed to adjust accounts. All he keeps saying is you did not pay your bill those months. We go over the. Bills separately again, he agrees there is a credit that says DO NOT PAY CREDIT BALANCE, Verizon has been deducting the charge for my phone each month from the credit balance but he still says I did not pay my bill. We go around and around saying my bill I receive says DO NOT PAY. I got so mad I told him you know what I am going to do since no one can give me a bill with just MY LINE's charges. I am going to get the bills together add the charges up for my line only and pay the amount . Whatever the balance left is you can do with what you want. Not once in 4 months did I get a call saying. I hadn't paid my bill because there was a credit balanice. Also the three numbers are still on the bill and not disconnected. Where is common sense, probably lost in Verizon wireless computer systems!

  20. I was a loyal customer to Verizon wireless for almost 5 years. I have had some good experiences with customer service reps but its when you talk that one representative with a bad attitudes and just makes it difficult to resolve issues it makes it bad for them all as a company. I have just been frustrated with calling for assistance from my bill to or other assistance ie., ordering new phones etc,and just getting told different things by different reps, its like they make rules as they go...I was told when I started this service and got the unlimited data package for one of the 4 lines I was paying 200-300k a month for that that price would remain when they made changes/rules for the overpriced data plans, I also had a 20.00 data package. I paid the bill faithfully even after they increased my prices anyway without any notice or even consider what I was provided prior, and yes occasionally late as my bill continued to increase from overages and extra junk charged. Why isn't this info noted and recorded so consumers can be protected by these false claims and promises when you get the service?? as you say they are, each time I called no one could find previous phone calls and conversations...why is that?? Eventually I moved on as I believed Verizon wireless only loyalty is to themselves and I no longer could afford the constant increase of prices. I still continued to log in and pay something on my balance each month until I could pay the balance off, again as a loyal customer who wanted to do the right thing, despite my attempts to be loyal and pay this bill, I still received a collection letter?? and the acct is sent to collections?? I don't believe it was justified, as they fixed the website at some point so I couldn't enter and pay on my own last month and payments were each month up til then. I guess that's there way of getting back at customers who drop their service. The third party company calling every hour on the hour of the day to tell you what you already know is harassing. I will report it to Better Business Bureau and FTC hopefully some action can be taken to resolve..

It would be nice to hear from a Corporate Liason on the justification of sending tis acct to collections so it can be reflected on my credit??

  21. Verizon Wireless, without any advance notice to me, removed my on-line account, shut off my cell service and deactivated my phone number because they believed that I used a fraudulent credit card to pay for my phone service. After holding a conference call between Verizon Wireless, my credit card provider and myself, during which my credit card provider confirmed that my credit card account was, in fact, in good standing and was not being used fraudulently to pay for cell phone service, they (Verizon Wireless) admitted that they had made an error. However, Verizon Wireless then accused me of using a stolen cell phone. So I went to my local Verizon Wireless store, to see if they could assist. They called Verizon Customer Service on my behalf and were told that, even though my phone was NOT stolen (I purchased the phone directly from Verizon Wireless!), they refused to remove my phone from their stolen cell phone list and refused to reinstate my cell phone service. Additionally, they informed me that I could never recover my cell phone number for future use with a new phone and new plan. Verizon Wireless has messed with me before with cell phone numbers. Over the past 5-6 years, they have made me change my cell phone number about 4 times. Other people change cell phone plans and get new phones every 2 years without issue. Not me - every time there is a plan change, they make me change my phone number. What gives? Why the bullying?

  23. ISSUE: 3rd party companies of Verizon Wireless not paying staff nor providing tax info for filing.

BACKGROUND: Yenifer Lopez Sandoval (DOB: May 2 ,1997, lopez.yeni@icloud.com and 240-418-6408) started working at DC Business Insights (3rd party servicing for Verizon – wireless, cable and phone bundling service) around December 7, 2015 until the first week of January 2016. The office is located in 405 E Gude Dr Rockville, MD, United States Owner of the office is Sers Sterlin ((978)-696-7377 serssalomonsterlin@gmail.com). When she was working there her COFEE2go ID was "yensancyd". Out of all those weeks she worked there she singed up 7 customers. The term they use is "closed apps" for the sign up. The only checks she received was just $200 bonus for being to work on time for the first 14 days. Then, the last check she received was around $230. The boss clearly told her that she was supposed to expect another check but when I tried contacting him the following week he never replied. Then she tried contacting his assistant manager and she also did not reply. And she tried to contact couple of people from the office and all they said was they were going to check up on that. She never got an answer from anyone. So out of the 7 customers she signed up she got paid for only 2. There was to be a $150 bonus the boss rewarded all the employees if they singed someone up in that day; however, she did but did not get paid for that app nor received the bonus.
