About 1 hour ago we bought two chorizo and egg tacos and two steak and egg tacos at store #20231 the steak and egg tacos were terrible. The meat was barely warm and it was tough, I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog.

It’s sad that you allow that kind of food to be sold. We normally eat there at least twice a week, sometimes for dinner, sometimes for breakfast take out. Now we’ll have to find a different place for both. I guess you make too much money to really care about your customers.

I would like someone from the corporate office to reach out to me. The night manager at your Thousand Oaks location needs customer service skills training. Not only did he keep staring at me as if to try to intimidate me but also told me to do business at another Taco Cabana if I didn’t like his attitude.
