Workers losing hours over food sales! I have been an employee for a while now and I have never had so many days off due to sales. This isn’t corporate doing it is my DM AND GM’s Doings. Favoritism is a thing at my store people not working and calling off and then when you want to advance the position is handed off to new hires. This is a concern for myself and I have put in many hours and many of hard work just to be overlooked by both my DM AND GM. They are my GM to school to learn how to do the things appointed for a GM to know. I have applied for management and to have my own store I am willing to pick hours up and travel. But nothing it is excuses.

Improper handling of Ohio Lottery Instant tickets. I am another lottery retailer and I had a customer bring in tickets to redeem and they were inactive. I contacted the store directly to hopefully speed up the process. As I was explaining the situation to the person who answered the phone he became loud and rude. Told me he wasn’t going to do anything and to call corporate then proceeded to hang up on me. Somewhere in that store is an extra $500 for the book of Deluxe tickets that isn’t accounted for! If any of my employees talked to a customer as he spoke to me they would be fired on the spot!

$100.00 bill! Walked into the White Oak,PA Speedway at 10:30am on a Tuesday. Grabbed a couple items to purchase, equaling apx. $4.00. Only had a $100 bill on me at the time. The cashier said that in order for me to use the $100, I would have to buy gas, she stated at least $30-$40. She couldn’t give me change otherwise. I didn’t need gas in my car that morning. Speedway is a big company. I do buy gas there quite often. No more!!! I’m sure Giant Eagles Get- Go would have cashed my money. Speedway can keep their gas…

Speedway I Can't reload gold card - broken

Can’t reload a gold card. Third-party vendor who manages this made a software change sometime in October. Credit cards no longer work. Checked with my cc company. They don’t see anything on their end; no rejection or even that there was an attempt to use their card.

Speedway Store 4086 in Elkhorn WI Employees are more worried about talking with friends than doing their job. All employees park right in front of the store where customers should be able to park. then there is no room for costumers.One employee that works late afternoon has all different guys that come in and just hang around to flirt with her name is Sam at least that is what is on her name tag. She is very obnoxious and has to talk very loud so everyone in the store can hear her. No customer wants to hear what she plans on doing with these guys.
