    3. I one hundred percent agree with all of you. I cancelled my card two months ago and then they never cancelled it. They just kept taking money out of my credit card. absolutely not the best gym

      Planet isn't 24 hours they suck

      People read your agreement forms that you sign when you join!! Every gym makes you sign these forms and in said forms all the policies and procedures are right there for you to read. As a Snap fitness manager I can't begin to tell you how many people just don't pay attention to what they sign or even listen to me when I physically tell them something and then it's "the gyms" fault. Be an adult and own up to your responsibilities and quit blaming others for your own stupidity.

    5. Joined Snapped visited 3 times with a trainer at 150.00 extra cost. Paid in full for 1 year contract and received 3 extra months for the cash paid in full at 804.00 for my husband and myself. They closed down due to a lack of business and cheaper facilities opening up. I was never contacted and never received a refund for the months I lost. What a rip off. But, I will take it to small claims court because this consumer isn't stupid as you consider you other Snapp customer in the comment above. Might want to consider getting off the steroids, seems to be making you irritable. Why would you call your customers stupid ? Customers have the power to make you or break you.... Now you listen and respond as an adult or the court may see it differently.

  3. Just left a Super 8 without checking in because of the horrible attitude of the woman working at the front desk. Your business lost a 2 night stay and I will never patron a Super 8 again. The Super 8 in Massena, NY on Tuesday July 1, at around 4:00 am. I am a business manager and if I ever heard one of my employees speaking to a customer like that, they would be terminated immediately

  4. Worst GYM EVER! over charged my account and gym location closed down. I have tried calling number above no reply! I have even called other snap gyms no one is ever there! I had to get a new card because they never canceled my account!
