I ordered 2 pizzas from the Soledad Ca store #912. Walked in at 11 am time stamp on my reciept when my transaction was done was 1112 am. Paid for my order to be delivered. Was told it would be @ 45 min. Cool should have my food by 12pm. Nope not what actually happened.... over 30 minutes after the expected delivery time. Other Yelpers say the same thing, they do not know how to prioitize the deliveries based on when orders were placed. This will be the LAST time I allow Round Table Pizza to ruin my day. My fault for giving them another chace.

April 3, 2013, we visited the Round Table #0913 at 4:15pm. After ordering our pizza we looked for knives & forks. None were in the containers near the salad bar. After asking for them, we were told none were clean - due to the extra large amount of people coming in for the lunch hour. THAT WAS 4 HOURS AGO. They did wash 2 forks and 2 knives for us. Drying them with a dirty rag coming out of the back room. We washed the forks and knives in the restroom ourselves before using them. Drying the small plates with paper napkins ourselves.May 31, 2013, thought we would give Round Table #0913 another try. Ordered our pizza. Walked to the salad bar for forks and knives. There were only 3 forks (and they were dirty) and no knives. Even the 4 containers the tableware are kept in were dirty on the bottom. There were 3 of us waiting for tableware - one lady was having a salad. Was told "I will get you some", and the girl put the dirty containers back into place on the salad bar. I again took these containers out and told her they were dirty. We were given forks (mine was dirty) after a while. Still no knives. When our pizza came to the table, I asked for another fork and some knives. "We don't carry knives", I was told. "Wait a minute, you had knives last month". "Our manager threw them away", she said "all we have are plastic" I did not respond, feeling there was no more to be said. Have you ever tried to cut a hot pizza with plastic? The plastic breaks!With so many pizza serving places in Merced, California, I would think Round Table would be the best in food, service and cleanliness. Is it your policy now - that forks, knives, spoons (tableware) are not available in Round Table?And if I may, drying the plates would also be a nice idea. Hot pizza on a wet plate - really?
I Have been an employee of RTP for 4 years and since got promoted to shift manager. TO my understanding all Management should be certified as a driver as if some issue may arise and need me to. I have handed the manager all proper paper work DMV print out, insurance, etc... needed to have this certification performed on my vehicle yet "HE" still will not explaining to me that we do need drivers. As I explained to him that I do not wish to drive but if you should ever need me to I will be able to perform this duty. He has hassled a fellow co worker about getting his safeserv certificate but yet other employees who have been there longer then this employee have not and he does not harassed them "at all" & never questioned them. I do not wish to lose my job because I am a father and can not but nothing I do has ever help this situation. Talks with the district Manager, and other management has provided nothing to help in my case. Did I explain that I am of Hispanic origin & ALL OTHER are of Caucasian. I feel discriminated against. at your kaanapali loccation on maui.Recently on 8/5/13 my wife and I ordered 2 large all meat pizza's for delivery and after about an hour wait my wife called and Talked to Justin(claimed to be the gm) the pizza would be their in the next 10-15 minutes and after another 30 minutes my wife again called and asked for the manager(Justin) again and told him that he had lied to her and wanted to know when our order was gonna get here, and he told my wife " I'm sorry we don't have an order under that name and that they were closed now and if you want you can go eat at a restaurant down the street and order pizza there and he could get us a discount, then Hung up on her, Well on weds 8/14/13 we called to order a Pizza asked if Justin was working and they said no, put a gentleman by the name of Mark on the phone, and he spoke to my wife and after she explained what this idiot had done to us, he assured us that would happen as long as he was their (Mark) so when we arrived at the store Mark not only made a point to come out and introduce himself to us and then he payed for one of our Pizza's and shook our hands and said he was sorry for the bad service we got from Justin, then he explained this guy(Justin) is his general manager and he was only a shift manager, so Call ahead and Ask if Mark is working if he is you will get the great service we received.It was shocking that the general manager of this place could be so rude to me and my wife, and how sincere mark could be(being as he had to apologize and pay for a pizza because of his bosses attitude.)
I waited 2 and a half hours for a pizza and it never came, when I called they said it was not in the system. I live 4 blocks from this place and they told me delivery time is 90 minutes, however they didn't tell me that until I called an hour after ordering. Really disappointed and angry.
To whom it may concern-I have a complaint about my recent order to have a pizza delivery- the manager at your 10375 Folsom blvd. location in Rancho Cordova, California 95670 denied my husband and I delivery service. It is 6pm on a Wednesday evening, and we have never been told that they refuse to deliver to our home. They said that we live in an unsafe area, and they won't deliver when it's dark outside. I can assure you that the street is quiet and we have never had a problem before. This is the WORST customer service I have ever received, and am by far disappointed. I could understand if I lived in the "ghetto" or an area where there was gunshots every evening, but that is not the case in this instance. Is this how you train your staff to act? I live LESS than one mile from the location in question, and even offered to meet the driver outside as my back door faces the street. I can assure you that we will not be calling or visiting this location at any time in the future, or from now on.
Unfortunately, I do not have a positive story to post either. As a former Round Table manager I know exactly how operations should be run. I just had the WORST experience at the San Pablo/Richmond location to the point that I was beyond livid. I placed an order for delivery and was going to pay cash. When i realized i didn't even have cash on me I called back to pay with my credit card. When my charges suddenly increased i asked the person i was speaking with to go over my charges. He kept ignoring the fact that I had a coupon, which I had to repeat several times. After finally acknowledging me he transferred me to someone to take my payment. Again, we went around and around about the charges. It was as if he simply passed me off to someone else. She was extremely rude to me and again I had to mention the coupon not being applied. I then asked to speak to a manager when she replied she was the manager. I asked her why she was rude to me and that's when she hung up on me. 2 hours later and a house full of hungry people the delivery driver arrived. The first thing I asked him for was my credit card reciept to make sure I was charged correctly. The amount on the receipt was wrong so he had to call the store to verify. The "manager" I spoke to charged me correctly but didn't give him the receipt, so I had to take his word for it. I asked for the pizza but then he asked me for cash because it was initially a "cash" order??? I reminded him that he just called the store to verify the charges and it is paid for. He refused to give me the pizza until he called the store yet again. At that point I told him to keep the pizza I had had enough. While he was on his phone on my porch holding my pizza ransom for more money I got on the phone and Stephanie the rude manager answered and I told her to void my credit card charge and mail me my receipt. Of course she refused and told me I could come to the store to pick up my receipt. That was all I needed. I took her up on her invitation and went down there. No one wanted to assume the position in charge. Everyone looked so scared. No one wanted to give me the corporate office number, I was told there were 3 managers on duty yet when I asked who handles customer complaints everyone stood quiet. I was told that it was an independent store privately owned and that the owner was only available on weekends. Well it happened to be Saturday night making it the weekend but alas, still the owner was not available. Again, not the best way to handle a disgruntled customer and by the looks of the store which was over staffed I know they are not pulling in the +$500k per year they should be. It took all of me not to go back there and show them how it's done as I ran a successful Round Table when I was 23. 3 mangers and 8 crew members standing around doing nothing. The San Pablo/Richmond location is the closest to my house that will deliver but if and when I decide to have Round Table again, I will drive to Pinole. I will never again deal with that store and I hope corporate steps in and does something about it. WORST experience ever.
Round table in happy valley OR screwed me over. I ordered online where it told me that my total would come to 16.99, the supervisor charged me 19.99. When i pointed it out he immediately corrected it and said he would reverse the 19.99 back on to my card and only charge 13.99. I was excited to see i was getting a deal. Except they didnt refund any money and i was charged 33.98 for a med nothing but pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. When i had arrived at my house ready to eat, they gave me the wrong order. The woman that came in after me had put in an order for 5:30 and they told her it had been done for an hour and she requested that they remake it. I had been given her hour old pizza that she didnt want. So not only did i get charged twice as much, i also got something that i didnt even order.
The RT Pizza on Bailey Rd. In Bay Point Ca. Gave me what I thought was really bad service. Until I tried to contact someone at the Co. Office in Concord Ca. All the girls would do is say they were going to connect me to someone then I remained on hold for 1hr. Finally giving up.Round Table Just Suck! I will never order pizza from them again.
On June 8, 2014 My Daughter and I visited the Round Table Pizza located on Waterman Blvd. in Fairfield, Ca. Upon arriving to the restaurant, there was nobody else dining inside nor ordering. My Daughter and I walked up to the counter to order a personal pizza to go, the girl that took my order was a young girl maybe in her mid to late teens. When asked my name for the order, I clearly stated my name, I was not asked to repeat or asked how to spell my name. I paid for the order and was asked if I would like my receipt, and I said yes please. Upon looking at my receipt, I noticed on the part where it says the guest name, it read Guest: Idk He's Mexican. I didn't say anything until I got my order and asked to speak to the manager. I showed him the receipt and he said that he would talk to the girl who took my order. He also stated that she is fairly still new and doesn't really know what to do if she can't spell a name or hear a name correctly. That was all that was said to me, so I left. I look hispanic, but I am not of Hispanic background. I am actually of Filipino and Scottish background, I am very offended by this incident and I have already made copies of the receipt and taken pictures of it with my phone along with that I am still in possession of said receipt. I will send a copy of the receipt to the Corporate office if I have too and I want something to be done about this or for me to be compensated for this racist comment, before I seek legal action.

The past six years being employed at store 316 haven’t been very good. The level of unprofessionalism at this work place is unreal. They communicate via text when something is done inadequately, and just bad mouth other people that are on shift instead of giving constructive criticism to prevent future mistakes from happening. I haven’t always been the best employee, but there isn’t much incentive to be here. I’ve never gotten a raise of over twenty cents, and that raise dissipates at the first of the year when minimum wage goes up. The employees are pot heads, they don’t care about their job, and can call supervisors profane names without any consequences. Even after bringing the problems to the attention of management, there are never any real repercussions. The reason we don’t have many employees written up isn’t because we have Grade A employees working for Round Table Pizza, it’s because no one cares. Granted, there are people there that are amazing employees, that do care about their job, and work hard. But mostly it’s high-school aged kids that bring their inappropriate drama to work, and cause problems with the senior employees. It’s getting to the point where no one likes to be there. No one enjoys their work, and everyone hates the company. The place is falling apart not only based off of the workers, but the building is as well. It’s gross, smelly, and probably not up to code. We have no real contractor that comes to replace anything. The floors are falling apart, and even I’ve slipped because a loose tiles makes me lose my footing. There is bugs under the makeline (which leaks) there’s bugs all over the salad bar, and there’s bugs in the floor room from the hoarding that goes on above. There are tiles falling from the ceiling, the toilets overflow and leak fecal matter, they leave food out for more than an hour and try to sell it for half off. Our buffet pizzas are left out all day from 11-2 and still served because “It’s a waste of money”. Our taps, and soda dispensers are full of mold, theres mold all over the kitchen, the utility room, etc. The list goes on and on.I dare anyone from corporate to go into that kitchen during 100 degree weather, with no air flow/air conditioning (only a tiny fan that blows flour on the grease ridden floor and walls) and make food for customers while dripping sweat. I’m sure it looks great to have our customers see us all sweaty and then bringing their food out. Would you eat it? I wouldn’t. There’s been times when employees pass out from overheating because of the lack of air flow and appropriate break times. We are not given breaks when we should be getting them. Sometimes not at all, and if we don’t, management tells the night supervisors to add it on to their time at the end of the night. That seems illegal, doesn’t it? Well it’s just Round Table, no big deal.And I haven’t even seen our new General Manager one time. Atleast the previous one would show up and see how everything was going and give High 5’s. Having a lack of authority there obviously isn’t working. We have people that shouldn’t be working there as well. Like one of the supervisors who is also the managers daughter. Or people that tell their supervisor they are going to physically harm them, that don’t follow dress code, that don’t wear gloves, that smoke pot in the walk in, or drink while on shift, or before. Something needs to be done, and if it isn’t, I will even go above you. I’ve worked too hard, and put in too much time to be treated like I work in a sweat shop. Start treating your employees better, and maybe start fixing what’s broken.
Roundtable in pittsburg,ca I have the worst experience time and time again, ordered a pizza tonite at 9:26pm was told it would an hour to am hour an a half, never received the pizza I ordered never received a call back saying that it wasn't coming, call them back mo one answered, wow really that is so unprofessional.
I know someone that works at the rtp in fernley, nevada. He began college in august and was told they would work around his school schedule. What crap. They have cut his hours down to less than 8 hrs a week. Then have the balls to tell him when he asks why....that he is not a good enough dough roller to be on more than that. What complete crap. They give him lame ass excuses of why they won't work him more than that..but they will another employees son a ton of hours and all the new employees all the hours...and all these other peoples work sucks.
I tried to use an online coupon at the Tierrasanta (San Diego) location and I kept getting an error message that the coupon was invalid. I tried numerous variations of my order to ensure that I met all the requirements (i.e. no specials, regular price, etc.), but the dang coupon was not going to work. I ended up ordering off the specials menu but I figure had I been able to use the coupon on the regularly priced items I wanted, I would have saved almost $5. I contacted the Tierrasanta store manager and he basically told me: “too bad, so sad!” Had my guests not wanted Round Table so badly, I’d have abandoned my order completely and ordered through Papa Johns! I doubt I’ll give RT any more business. They use deceptive and misleading marketing practices.

Your Spanaway Washington location sucks! The customer service is horrible and the manager is like 16 yrs old. She doesn't know how to respond to customer complaint. Never will I order roundtable again!
On December 8th, 2014 I visited the Round Table Pizza in Sonora, Ca on 154 Stockton Road. I had been coming through town from a family trip and decided some pizza sounded delicious. I walked inside and approached the counter and was helped by a man named Anthony, he was wearing a pea green shirt. I could NOT believe it,when he started asking me standard questions, his breath smelled like alcohol!! I was in such disbelief, but still gave the store a chance and decided to take my food to-go. I had ordered one lunch combo and was given my food in a decent amount of time. It was made by a female employee who was very nice to me. While I was sitting and waiting for my food, Anthony had stepped outside, and as I was about to leave he came back inside smelling intensely of marijuana!! His eyes were extremely red and he seemed very out of it. Assuming he was high, I started to feel very uncomfortable knowing the guy running that team was in the same mindset as a teenager in high school. He didn't seem too eager to get back to work, he was just wandering around doing little things here and there to seem busy. I've been a site manager at several restaurant locations over the past ten years and have NEVER seen such an unprofessional person put into a position where he is so highly respected!! I will NO LONGER be returning to this location for the sheer fact that the person "IN-CHARGE" does NOT care at all, whether it be work safety or how he portrays himself as a district manager, general manager, supervisor, or whatever position he was given! He is portraying the professionalism for this Round Table in a HORRIBLE manor. He is proving his "work safety" to be non-existent as well. I trust that you as a corporate restaurant(unless it is a franchise, then hopefully the owner sees this too!) will take care of this HORRIFIC behavior. A person in such a high position should NOT be allowed to act so asinine ON SHIFT! It is very disheartening for myself, and people I know, to come back to this location for the lack of professionalism. If I wanted to go back to high school, I would've tried to create a time machine, NOT go to Round Table Pizza.
My family got a half and half veggie and meat special. My parents ate the veggie side. I ate the meat side. I became sicker then I have ever been. Throwing up 7 times the next day, and having diarrhea all day yesterday with a headache. I couldn't move for the last two days or i would become dizzy and start throwing up. I described this to management hoping to appease my experience. They informed me that they are stuck to their corporate chain in Placerville and can't even send a complimentary pizza to where I live in SF. Lowest of the low, don't go here if you want to live. We were invited to a birthday party on 1/11/2015 at Roundtable pizza at 2120 Daniels Street in Manteca Ca. The party room had been reserved for the occasion. I was the only one in our party that had a salad, so this is where I see my case of food poisoning stemming from. After visiting the salad bar I informed a member of the staff that there were 2 items in the bar that were well past the time of consumption. The beets were so rotten that they not in the typical red liquid but a red liquid as thick as mucus and the cucumbers were soft with a brown coloring. Being that I have been around the produce business for the last 37 years I knew that these items should be pulled and replaced with fresh ones immediately. I was told by the staff member that they would take care of the problem. Upon returning to my seat I noticed that the programming was far to provocative for a children's party (family guy) another staff member scolded the adult paying for the party when he tried to change the channel so that the children would not be drawn to this (obvious) adult cartoon. The staff member changed the channel reluctantly.After being there for approximately 2 hours, I started to feel tremendous pain in my stomach and upper back area. Upon entering the ladies room I found there to be one stall locked from the inside and the other commode overflowing, the place was filthy. I went to the front counter after exiting, noticed that nothing had been done with the obvious rotten food items in the salad bar and asked to speak to a manager. The manager was unavailable and I told the young staff member about the ladies room situation.About a half hour later my husband and I were leaving. No one had opened the ladies room to clean it and the salad bar remained the same.With 2 days of work missed, one doctors appointment and two injections for effects of food poisoning I am feeling much better. It took almost a solid week to recuperate. I have no idea who will read this or if anything will be done. I'm not a vengeful person, if I were, this would be going a whole other direction. I am however concerned for the safety and welfare of the children in this particular establishment. I know that not all RoundTable Pizza's are like this, I have frequented many of them. I hope that the powers that be will look into this before something far worse happens. I was very sick, but it could have been worse.
On several occasions at you Benicia shop I've noticed that African Americans get carded for their debit card while other people don't . If the policy is to card people for debit cards that's fine but to obviously card African Americans and not others seems totally racist .
I would like to commend the Round Table Corporation for holding the policy to check id for all of the credit card purchases made by your customers! No matter the amount of the purchase! Thank You!!!! ALL businesses should do so.
I know someone who works at the round table in ripon, CA. when this person comes home, they let me know about their day. This person tells me about how their supervisor wouldn't let them take their break until the very end of their shift. This person also has let me know, that the same supervisor was hanging all over her boyfriend on her 10 min break. She had been gone for 25 mins at one of their busy times. This same supervisor will talk to her boyfriend on the phone while still on her shift. The person I know, doesn't know what to do, because this supervisor has become best friends with the area manager. This person would really like some help with the situation or something needs to be done about this supervisor.

WE ORDERED A SMALL PEPPERONI PIZZA WITH EXTRA CHEESE AND TWO LARGE SOFT DRINKS. WHEN WE ENTERED THE RESTAURANT APPROXIMATELY 1700 HRS THERE WAS ONLY ONE OTHER CUSTOMER IN THE RESTAURANT. WE APPROACHED THE COUNTER AND ORDERED OUR PIZZA AND PAID FOR IT AT 1709 HRS. WE OBTAINED OUR SOFT DRINKS FROM THE BAR AREA AND BEGAN TO WAIT. AS WE WAITED WE NOTICED A MINIMUM OF TWENTY TO-GO CUSTOMERS OR MORE ENTERED THE RESTAURANT AND LEFT ALMOST IMMEDIATELY WITH THEIR ORDERS. DURING THIS TIME NEITHER OURSELVES OR THE OTHER SEATED CUSTOMER RECEIVED OUR ORDERS. IF YOU DON'T RECALL FROM MY EARLIER STATEMENT WE ORDERED A "SMALL PIZZA". AT APPROXIMATELY 1541 HOURS MY WIFE RETURNED TO THE COUNTER TO CHECK ON OUR ORDER. THE INDIVIDUAL THEN SITTING IN THE ORDER STATION, NOT BEING THE PERSON WHO ORIGINALLY TOOK OUR ORDER, WAS NAMED "LECRETIA" AND PRIOR TO MY WIFE APPROACHING THE COUNTER I OBSERVED HER SITTING THERE DOING NOTHING, POSSIBLY SLEEPING OR LOOKING AT A HAND HELD PHONE OR GAME IN HER LAP, IT WAS HARD TO TELL BECAUSE HER EYES LOOKED CLOSED AND SHE DID NOT MOVE OR SPEAK. SHE, LECRETIA, WHEN APPROACHED BY MY WIFE GOT UP AND APPROACHED THE CREW OF APPROXIMATELY THREE TO FOUR PEOPLE IN THE BACK AND SHOVED OUR RECEIPT AT THEM AND THEN RETURNED TO THE COUNTER WITH THE RECEIPT HANDING TO MY WIFE. THEN LECRETIA SAID, "THEY ARE BACKED UP AND IT WILL BE ANOTHER TWELVE MINUTES AND IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN GET YOU?" SO WE WAITED ANOTHER FIFTEEN MINUTES, WHILE WATCHING NUMEROUS OTHER TO-GO ORDERS COME AND GO. CUSTOMERS THAT OBVIOUSLY HAD CAME IN AFTER WE HAD ORDERED AND RETURNED TO PICK UP THEIR TO-GO ORDERS. OBVIOUSLY THE STAFF'S PRIORITY WAS ON THE "TO-GO" ORDERS AND NOT THE "DINE-IN CUSTOMERS" WHICH IS STATED ON THE RECEIPT. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE THE OTHER "DINE-IN" CUSTOMER WAS STILL AWAITING HIS ORDER ALSO. WHEN MY WIFE APPROACHED THE COUNTER FOR A THIRD TIME, INCLUDING THE PURCHASE, SHE WAS TOLD "ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK? YOURS IS GOING THROUGH THE OVEN NOW". BY THIS TIME WE HAD BEEN WAITING APPROXIMATELY ONE HOUR IN AN EMPTY RESTAURANT FOR A SMALL PIZZA. WHEN MY WIFE SAID, "NO" LECRETIA ROLLED HER EYES AT MY WIFE AND SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS. Round Table 0814 in Yerington, NV, a corporate owned store. 9/23/15Lunch buffet for almost 20 minutes there was hardly any pizza or twists at the buffet. The buffet counter had one pizza with one slice; another with three slices that nobody wanted and no garlic or cinnamon twists. This was approximately 12:20pm-12:40pm. The counter person had to go into the back and make the pizzas. He was trying to do everything within his power to make things as right as he could. The employee in white with the apron on was getting fountain drinks and sitting at a table almost the entire time I was there between 12:10pm and 12:55pm. I took pictures with my cell phone of the buffet and the head of the employee sitting at the table. Someone who was there and complaining said they had the same problem earlier Tuesday.
Last night I went to get a pizza at a round table near me for my girlfriend and kids. They offered me the meat special pizza for 20 bucks. The kids spit out the pizza immediately and my girlfriend and myself got sick. The sauce is absolutely disgusting. I called the store back and told them that their pizza is not edible and why is the sauce like that. She explained to me that it contained the red sauce, regular sauce, white sauce and bits of meat in it. Now, just hearing that still makes me ill. Is that a special they threw together or national recipe? Either way it has been an awful experience and would like to bring the rest of the pizza back tomorrow for a refund or go on yelp to warn others. Thanks for your time.
I was in Round table pizza store # 712 on 10-02-2015 and purchased a Large King Arthur Supreme light on the cheese pizza at 7:26 pm. I took the pizza home which is a 25-minute drive started to eat pizza on the 3rd piece bit into a piece of metal took the metal and broken tooth back to roundtable showed tooth and metal. The young lady who took my original order immediately said it looked like there pizza screen and called David Walker the store manager and David told the young lady to confiscate the metal. I kept it and she went back to call David again and was instructed to take pictures and I was told that David would get back to me the next morning. Several days later I called David and was given Don’s [the area managers] cell phone number. I called Don and was immediately called back by him. He, in turn, gave me Lisa’s phone number with Round tables corporate offices. I called Lisa and left a message and she called me back and said she was going to call Don and get back to me. 2 days later I called and spoke with Lisa, Don and now Nadia who was with round table’s insurance company all said they could do nothing for me but that someone else would call me from there insurance company. On 10-09-15 Laura Arrigo called and left message to call her I called back the same day and left a message. I called on 10-12-15 leaving another message for Laura to call me please. On that same day Laura did call me back and asked for a statement, which I gave. On 10-15-15 I received a letter stating that round table insurance company was denying my claim. If anyone reading this is with corporate please feel free to contact me as I am not looking to make any money or even sue I just want to be made whole again meaning please fix my tooth it is the right thing to do. We went to the kicker Blvd sacramento roundtable and ordered the hearty meat supreme. We love the beef sauce but because of religion cannot eat pork. We asked to have the pork meats removed and we're told no exceptions. We ended up asking to speak with the manager. The manager made an exception but we were told next time we were out of luck. I think that is very discriminatory.

Capital expressway san jose roundtable pizza is disgusting, filthy, and the female worker cooking pizza or cleaning toilets i cant tell which one. She is filthy from head to toe and her nose was running down to her lips. She had No bra on and missing teeth. Who works with people looking as such and with no knowledge of how on line ordering worked...GET IT TOGETHER

Hi. I'm writing about the Round Table at 844 N.Delaware st. Woodlake shopping center in San Mateo. I want to go to this location, because it is so convenient. But unfortunately I have gone there for the last time. I have had so many wrong orders. But more than that, the pizza just does not taste the same as you expect from round table.I don't know what they do different but we are just never satisfied with the pizza from there. This is the second time I have commented to the corporate office. No actions were taken before and now some employees of the ripon roundtable are being treated unfairly by the assistant manager melissa or by other supervisors. This has gone too far. I wasn't going to say anything because there wasn't a point. Who would listen? I'm pissed about how roundtable is being ran and even more pissed that there is a bunch of kids as supervisors...some of which aren't even old enough to drink (outside of the workplace) or pour alcohol, but yet, do it anyways. Something needs to be done. Supervisors aren't always letting the employees take their 10 min breaks until the very end of their shifts. Action NEEDS to be taken.
Hello, I had gone into Round table pizza in Sacramento, CA located in Old Sacramento. At a large table towards the back, a "Family table" there is some nice stained glass directly over it. The problem is it is going to break and bowing down. This is very dangerous and people are going to get hurt if happens during business hours. Other people I know have felt the same thing. Even have submitted a business card for someone who specializes in Stain glass who is knowledgeable about it. Various people have told the co workers and manager at various times over a period of months. This needs to be looked into and could become a big problem for your company if not!!!!! On October 31st, 2016 I ordered a pizza that never arrived. I called several times to find out where my pizza was. After confirming my phone number and address I was told that my pizza would arrive in 45 minutes to 1 hour. After waiting an hour and a half i decided to call for the first time. I was greeted by Rosa (store Supervisor) and was told my order was on the way and should be at my house shortly. I waited another 30 minutes before calling again. This time I spoke with Rosa and again after confirming my phone number and address I was told that my order was out and they werent sure why it was taking so long. They apologized and offered me another pizza for free on my next order. So I waited again for another 30 minutes before calling for my 3rd and final time. This time i spoke with Trisha or Trish ( another supervisor so I was told) and again i confirmed my phone number and address but this time i hear in the background someone tell her to "just tell him that we had the wrong address and it is on its way"... I dont understand how this happens since this is not the first time i called for a delivery and I use the same phone number every time I call. This seemed more like someone covering their tracks. I asked to speak with a manager (the Person I heard in the background was the manager named Melanie) the manager then tried to tell me that they have been calling me to get the correct address. When I told her that I had no missed calls she told me that they had the wrong phone number as well... The funny thing is that the 2 previous times I called they confirmed my order using my ohone number and address, they repeated my exact order. How do you have the wrong phone number and address but you can repeat my order perfectly every time i call in with my phone number and address??? .After waiting 2.5 hours i canceled the order and the store on Bailey Rd. in Pittsburg Ca. said they would refund my money. I looked at my bank account and there is now a charge for the pizza that I never received. The address of the restaurant in question is : 408 Bailey Road Pittsburg, CA 94565. I really dont want to have to call the BBB but I will if this is not resolved in a timely manner. Especially after the way I was treated by the resteraunts supervisors and manager. She eventually apologized. She put us on hold to speak with the manager. She came back to the phone and told us the manager authorized $5.00 off of our next order. Last night we ordered again online. I put in the notes to please apply our $5.00 discount. I then called to verify they would apply it. The man answering the phone said he saw no record of the discount. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager wanted to know who told me we would get $5.00 off. I didn't remember a name. She looked up our old order and said that the person I'd spoken to has since been fired. She said she would give us the $5.00. When the pizza arrived the delivery man had no clue about any discount. He said and I quote "The manager lies alot" I do not want to get that delivery man in trouble. I'm not wrting this becuase of the $5.00. I believe I recognized the managers voice from the first call 2 weeks ago. I don't think there ever was a fired employee. I think it was her telling us whatever she could to get us off the phone with no intention of following through both times. Two weeks ago and last night. I think it reflects terribly on your franchise to have someone blatantly lying to your customers. Leaving it to the lower level employees to deal with them face to face is cowardly and costs those employees tips. On yelp the Decoto road location only has 2 stars. While the Fremont Blvd location has 4 stars. The decor is run down, the salad bar has flies. Many of the softball/baseball community used to host parties there. Man, I'm not sure what all this negativity is about on here to the point to not being sure amyone os going to read this. But first, I'll say I frequent the Burien, WA location on the reg, both dine in and drlivery, and I wonder why your Co. suffers. Food great. Staff great. Raises money for the community. Moneysworth, fantastic, especially with the salad bar and lunch huffet!! My only idea for improvement, however, might just be the sandwiches. I just feel like you could take them to another level by involving more of your quality pizza products and oven baked. That is my 2 cents. Thank you and good luck!
Does corporate ever do any quality assurance? At 1324 El Camino Real, San Carlos they are very skimp on toppings. I ordered the Ulti-Meat and it was the saddest pizza that I have ever seen. Your affiliate CHEATED me.
