  1. I ordered delivery at 8:10pm with an estimated delivery time of 29 minutes. It's 9:17pm and nothing yet. Really?

  2. Please work on your web site. It's brutal to navigate to place an order and I've been ordering on line for over a year. Please. On the other hand the food and delivery is always great from the Bedford, MA location. Thank you.

  3. I went to a Papa Ginos in Fall River last Tuesday. The person making our pizza did not have any gloves on. My mother who was with us is 92 and is frail was eating there also. I mentioned to the manager that he should have gloves on and she said, "Oh, any germs get killed in the oven." Really? Love seeing someone touch their nose while they are preparing my food. I also called the corporate office two times and no one ever got back to me.

  6. Have always been a fan of your stores. But on July 4th 2016 went into plaistow nh location and was totally disgusted with what I saw. It was around 6:20 pm they were not to busy but when I saw the help my wife and I looked at each other and said let's leave. The young man making the pizza had long hair which I could have overlooked but he looked as he hadn't washed it in weeks. The young man at register had his hair which was all wet from sweat hanging in his face.their uniforms were absolutely disgusting. I understand they might have worked for several hours but they should try to keep some what of a neat appearance Hagen they are working with food. I am 62 yrs old and worked in the food business as a teenager and the kind of appearance would never have been allowed. My daughter who is now 39 worked at One of your stores thru high school and college . She never looked as dirty and unkept as this the Plaistow NH store.

  7. Because 3 calls to corporate went unanswered, I feel this comment is necessary. I appreciate the wholesome food that your brand produces both PGino's and D'Angelos. what I do not appreciate is a dismissive comment of "okay, yeah whatever". As our aging population continues to grow, I would hope that management takes this into consideration. I may not continue to frequent the Middleboro location because of this. While the manager is wonderful, I think that employee training on customer service is necessary for new hires. Call me old, but I supported you for years with Bruce and Sexton/USFoods. I would think he knows my character. I only want the best for you.

  8. I have been going to Papa Gino's for years. For the last year or so,the one in Charlestown,Mass has gone so downhill. The bread is horrible.I got an Italian sub, there was hardly no meat in it.I ended up getting a slice of pizza just to be full. The workers are not as friendly as the ones before.Bottom line the food at that store has been horrible everytime I go.So I am sorry but I will not be going there no more.I would rather spend a few extra dollars and eat elsewhere.

  9. Just to get things straight, i only put the star because thats the only way you can comment. So here is the story. 10-8-16 called at 5:15 pm for delivery, the girl that answered said "pick up or delivery" i said delivery. Ok she says, please verify the address, i did so, confirmed that it says to use the back door on the second floor, she said yes its in there. Gave her the order, she said $17, 45 minutes. So waiting, waiting, waiting, 1 1/2 hours later I call back being that no pizza was delivered. They cant find the order, no one seems to know where the order is, finally they find the order in the PICK UP area. Seriously? I can hear them in the background, "why didnt they pick it up, it wasnt delivery, where is that ticket" Then the shift manager Mederios comes on the phone as if it is my problem that I didnt pick it up. He says do you still want the pizza, i said well is it going to be free because i shouldn't have to wait 3 hours for delivery. Finally I said forget it, i don't want it. Informed him that the last 3 times i called that store for an order there has been issues. From late delivery, wrong order delivered, and a pricing discrepancy about how they charge for 1/2 toppings. By the way if you order 1/2 mushroom 1/2 pepperoni, you get charge for 2 whole toppings even though they only put 1/2 the amount on each side which totals ONE whole topping. So here we are, 7:00 pm no dinner. This is the last time I will call Papa Gino's. This is unacceptable in a corporate store or in any store for that matter. If you feel the need to email about this problem if you even care PG Corporate, my email is toniacruz@comcast.net
