I am absolutely disgusted with the employees of the Guess store in Huntley IL! I went to this outlet mall with my mother, my friend and my 4 year old niece. When we walked into the store we were looking at some shorts on a table and the associate told me to try to not mess up the table she had just folded. Then I found 3 super cute items and my friend found a few things as well. My friend went in one fitting room and myself and my 4 year old niece went in another. Another associate came over and banged on something outside the door and yelled "There is to be only one person in the fitting room at a time, so you need to come out and move to another one." I swung the door open and said "I am pretty sure I am not leaving this 4 year old out here by herself, so I think YOU need to relax!!! She gave me a dirty look and stormed off to the front! I dropped my stuff, and we all walked out! I have worked in retail for 10 years, and I would have been fired on the spot if I ever treated customers this way! I will be telling everyone I know about this experience. I just hope that action is taken, I did not appreciate how rude and unprofessional they were.
Today I went into Guess in Albuquerque, to buy a bunch of outfits for an event. When I walked in the employee that was "helping" me was rude from the start. He wasn't helpful at all. He treated me like garbage. When I called later on to try to make a complaint he was the manager of the store and didn't listen to anything I had to say. The people there are rude. I will never step into a Guess store again for his horrible service.
Store 3108 orlando florida to star off terrible customer service starting from store mannager "rudest person ever.".. yelling at employees in front of customer telling to do their job better, treating them like theyre doing horrible . another member of mannagement team constanly on the phone , they take long to assit in refunds when a customer wants to do them . Store its always trashy some cashiers ar very rude some tjink theyre mannagers giving ordets and telling other cashiers to do the same exact thing that the other one needs to do , a lot of them cursing and taliing about personal problems invonving relantiinships and sex talking... a messs completly I stop going to that store even though its near to my apartments... I rather go to the one on vineland rd

I am so happy to hear that there are many other people that have had a horrible experience with Guess. I will never be a customer of Guess. My experience started on December 5,2015 when I went to purchase a pair of pumps for my niece for a Christmas gift. The store at the westfield mall in New Jersey did not have her size so they ordered them for me which took 1/2hour. When they arrived they were 2 different sizes,but I did not know until they were given as a gift and the recipient my niece tried them on to realize they were 2 different sizes.They were scuffed on the bottom, only one was in a plastic bag they looked like they were just thrown in the box. I returned them to the store ordered another pair on line and after 45 minutes was told they would arrive in 5-7 business days. Well they never arrived and received an e-mail stating my order was cancelled due to no inventory. My niece checks on-line to find they are available. On Wednesday, January 6,2016 8:12pm I order the shoes on line. Two days later Friday January 8, 2016 I call and customer service tells me she does not know when they will be shipped to me. Edna offers me a 20% off my next purchase on-line an insult to me. Your company has a lack of professionalism and "customer service". One month later my niece never received her shoes whom is a customer of Guess. I cancelled my order tonight Friday, January 8, 2016. I think corporate needs to take a closer look at the training skills by your employees. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor. "Guess" you need to make this matter better. Thank You
