I am extremely disappointed in Grimaldis for cleaning the oven on a saturday and then we decide to wait only to be told they are out of alcohol. This will be my last visit here. I used to like coming here and enjoying dinner and a drink. Not anymore
The Grimaldi's in The Woodlands, TX claims that your parking is validated. You only find out that it isn't when you try to leave the parking garage. This has happened twice to me now. The parking attendant tells me it happens all day. When I asked the managers about it they argued with me and basically told me tough. They have a serious lack of concern for their customers. This is very disrespectful. Why lie about it?
I'm a vegetarian so I ordered vegetarian pizza. Brought home left overs and saw 2 pieces of chicken Safe to say I'm never going thereagain. That is just not acceptable
Grimaldi's pizza and atmosphere is the best! My family and I frequently visits Atlanta, Georgia but noticed that you do not have a restaurant in Georgia. Please consider opening one in the very near future particularly in Atlanta. It would be very well received. Thank you!
I bought a $100.00 coupon on line during a special sale in September, 2016 and have not received it. My husband's charge card was charged but to date as of today, he has not received the coupon gift card. What should I do???

Yes, I too purchased the gift card offer but have not received it. I tried to call the corporate office and got no answer. What kind of corporate office doesn't have someone to answer the phone?? I think I will call my credit card company and place the charge in dispute.

It is because of our unwavering satisfaction that I am now taking the time to write about an embarrassing incident that happened just yesterday, January 4, 2017, at Grimaldi’s Grapevine.December 2016, I was given a Grimaldi’s gift certificate. I decided to use the gift card to treat my daughter to lunch before she returned home from her Christmas vacation in Texas. My gift card was 50.00 as stated on the receipt I was given. Copies enclosed. Our lunch bill was 29.00.. I gave the waiter my gift card and 6.00 cash as a tip. Our waiter came back to my table twice and said “the gift card was empty, there is nothing on it”.I told him I had the receipt (which oddly was not dated, nor was there information as to how card was paid for, cash/credit). He was insisting I pay for the meal.I said I would need to see a manager as I was just given the card for Christmas.On the third return the waiter told me “they would pay for my meal and put 20 on my card). I didn’t like this because he was now sounding like Grimaldi’s was doing me a favor. He was handing back my original gift card and hoping I would disappear at this point. I asked for the original receipt that was given with the card and wanted it to state what transpired. He said “oh the manager kept it, it has to be sent to headquarters”. Finally a gentleman came out from the back (clearly not happy I was still there) and said “here is a receipt for 20.00 remaining on the card”. I said, there is no date, no name, no nothing, what if this happens again” . He said “oh it won’t, this just happens sometimes” I said, well it does happen and it just happened to me. He then begrudgingly signed and dated the receipt. He was clearly not happy with me. I was never given an apology and was made to look like I was trying to rip off Grimaldi’s and that they were doing me a big favor. Needless to say my final lunch in Texas with my daughter was not very pleasant. When I went home I asked my mother in law how she paid for the gift card, which she purchased several days before Christmas. She said she paid with cash and was not given a receipt. She had to ask for the receipt, which she included thankfully with my gift card. Someone at headquarters may want to look into this with a fine toothcomb. Something very fishy about this whole deal. I think someone is pulling a fast one and pocketing the profit from these cards. Most customers with gift cards may not be as insistent as I am and that is very unfortunate. This particular restaurant, which I only have ever frequented in the evening, has always had very efficient, friendly top-notch service and excellent food. The day shift was a different set of employees. Manager I had never seen before, girl at front desk was anything but friendly. Manager was the same one when my mother-in-law went in to purchase gift card. You may want to check him out further. I will not say I will never frequent this restaurant again. I will continue to eat there and treat family and friends. I hope I can get an apology for this mishap that clearly WAS NOT MY FAULT and I will continue to go only in the evening hours.
