  1. We love our Grandy's in Rockwall, TX!! Always fabulous service & food! Superb atmosphere with 50' s music as well as a lovely restaurant! The manager & crew do an outstanding job with the customer service! Please recognize them for a job well done no matter when you dine! Great job, Rockwall Grandy's!!

  2. Unfortunately, my experience with the Grandy's in Dallas, TX on Campwisdom, has been dissapointing to say the least. It seems the manager Marcus Reyes does not care that a customers order was done wrong and only cares if you took his name down when you called in to complain...why wouldn't the manager take down the customers name and number? Sadly this was not the first time I've had orders mixed up there, but it will be my last. My dollars may not be worth anything to Grandy's, but they are somewhere else.

  3. Grandy's on Trinity Mills in Carrollton has gone from BAD to WORSE. I am a BET sandwich guy. I love that sandwich, used to you could get one and it was fresh and had plenty of bacon. Now they count how much bacon is used (cheepskate 4 pieces broken or not) while you can eat 2 lbs of bacon on the buffet and no one would care. At this location the has browns now taste like burnt grease. I told the new manager I got one that was bad so I didn't want the combo today. I guess I pissed him off because he dumped three times the normal mayonaise and gave me 3 1/2 pieces of bacon. Anyway I am done with Grandy's! I will go to DJ's taco for breakfast from now on and I'm going to tell EVERYONE I work with to do the same!

    1. I don't blame you. I worked at the Grandy's Here in Ardmore, Oklahoma. The way we prepare our food is just flat out nasty. if you saw all of the grease that was dumped and reused you would never eat at a grandy's again.

  4. I was wrongfully accused of stealing $20 dollars out of my register. I had asked to borrow $20 dollars for gas so i could get to and from work for this week and that i would pay it back on payday. All of a sudden They tell me that my drawer was $20 short and that i was being terminated. i didn't ask for the $20 until i had clocked out and and logged off my register. there were several other people on my register that day other than myself. They say they are a family up there. That is a lie. It's every man for themselves up there. I will NEVER eat there again nor suggest them to any one else. this is wrong. I worked my hardest up there and got slapped in the face with this. I'm very dissapointed.

I work at the Grammys in LancasterTexas the management is terrible the management is rude damn rude to customers it is not sanitary the store is just nasty and the food is kept poorly they have no cleaning supplies to clean there restaurant with they only use fabuloso and the last time I checked that was a deodorizer not a cleaning product

    1. I agree with you. I go there from time to time and try to order food and they are always out of food. I am like what the heck it is not even noon and they are out of food. Management is dumb as hell. Need an education on how to service the customers.

  7. I went to the Grandys in fort worth off of Seminary and 35 on 2/24/14 @ 9:00pm. The young lady working did not take my order for 20 minutes. I went to the front door and it was locked. Then I went to the drive thru only to be ignored. Drove to the window and her and a male employee came from the back laughing then asked if I needed help. AFTER placing my order I waited 20 minutes for my order and the food was ice cold after that long wait.THIS REALLY PISSED ME OFF BEING THAT I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS.

  8. the store at 37 38 Marvin D love freeway Dallas Texas on Polk Street the staff very disrespectful they fuss they fight they are at it with each other while customers are there order they do not help each other they bitch they complain Sam mercy sometime attend and see this and does not step in. they leave customers waiting in the drive thru they bring their problems from the house to the job lack of working they need to switch and move certain people are around my mother is sick and tired of the complaining she have been going to this restaurant for 6 months and she have always witness the workers into it some do their jobs some do not the people who do gets no respect nor recognition they fight in front of the customers before retaining the orders. so disrespectful inselfish too many females in one store too many emails in one store the people who have been there the longest or so disrespectful don't want to work don't want to come in standing outside smoking cigarettes smoking marijuana yes marijuana

  10. I went to the Grandy's in Lancaster Tx for the first time yesterday to dine in. A girl came around the corner to greet me but I couldn't tell she worked there from her attire. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and there were other employees just sitting in the dining area along with the young lady that greeted me. The restroom was nasty, I went to place my order and the young lady came to make my plate without washing or sanitizing her hands. The Dr pepper was out, the air was not working, there were a lot of flies in the dining area and my rolls were cold. That was too much so I took the food back and asked for my money. The guy that took my order said let me get the manager, low and behold it was the young lady that made my plate, I just shook my head, she needs to go to management school. I will never ever go back to this Grandy's. The best one is in Mesquite.

  11. A shout out to Connie at the Ardmore Oklahoma Grandys. During the recent flooding, I was stuck in Ardmore and she showed so much compassion and genuine concern for all those dislocated. I was in there stressed to the max and she thoughtfully took the time to give me directions to an alternate route out of town. Connie ROCKS!!! Grandys is very lucky to have her.

  12. The grandys in oak cliff texas is horrible . they have messed up our whole order .and gave my daughter the wrong meat and she doesnt eat steak...the side s where wrong on two of them. Horrible. And to far to drive all the way bk to get it corrected ...i sure will never go back there

  14. Everything I go to Grandy's in Rockwall Texas no chicken available they want you to wait. Last night 12/27/15 this time excuse not enough chicken told staff to give what they had and they did give cold and nasty chicken. Husband went in store took back all food purchased. He noticed how dirty restaurant was. I will never go back always a problem there. The state needs to go and inspect.

    UNFORATUNELY I MADE THE DESICION TO GO TO YOUR IVING, TEXAS LOCATION IN THE DFW METROPLEX. MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRYIFING!!! FOR STARTERS...

    * I BOUGHT 2 CHICKEN FRIED CHICKEN MEALS AND THE CHICKEN WAS OLD & CHEWY
    * MY BEANS WERE VERY DARK AND THE BQ SAUCE WAS BURNT
    * ORKA WAS HALF COOKED
    * I SWEET TEA, TASTED LIKE SUGAR WATER

    NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER... MY TOTAL AMOUNT DUE WAS $17.02 AND I FEEL LIKE I JUST THREW MY MONEY OUT THE WINDOW. I CANT SEE ALL THE NUMBERS ON MY RECIEPT BECAUSE WHEN HE GAVE ME MY RECIEPT HIS HANDS WAS WET. ALL I CAN SEE IS REGISTER #862763022 06:44:30 PM

So your location I Lancaster is horrible on normal basis and now your customers arnt even allowed service after like 8 or 9 hey maybe even 7 but by time we got there evething was shut down and locked the employees were flirting and smiled at everyone like they were stupid and pathetic when they tried the doors to get in since closing is at 10 and looked like it had been closed long before we got there right at 9 literally. So congrats I'm call y'all HQ tomorrow and informing the new of current customer neglect that y'all so happen to offer.�� I ❤ 2 hate y'alls service since its always crap and it's gotta even more horrible!

  20. The Grandy's on Cooper and I-20 as you enter the front door it smelled like sewage. The restaurant was not clean as well as their employees did not look properly hygiene.

  21. On September 6th I went into Grandy's on Beach Street store 770 the service was outstanding the manager Maria was above and beyond helpful and customer service was impeccable, I had coffee and a biscut simple but great! I come back over and over again.

  22. I used to work for this irresponsible place at 722 Landbridge Way, Evansville, IN 47710. Too many so called managers which prefer to play grab-ass with other employees and run a dirty mouse riddled store. They serve chicken past its expire date and serve chicken dropped on a dirty floor, claiming once its deep fried is OK to let you eat. The franchise owner, "JOE" is in it to make money regardless how things are handled. When he visited this store, we were told to follow proper procedures until he left. Then it was back to how this Grandy's location is managed by Christopher and bitches KELSIE and ANDREA. Andrea claims to be married with kids but plays grab ass with male employees at work. If her husband ever knew this I'd like to see what he does while she is "working" the staff!

  23. Went into the Grandy's on University drive in Denton Tx tonight at twenty minutes till nine... We were turned away because they had no food cooked!! With a little under an hour and a half left in their business hours!!!

  24. I have had my last nightmare with the Mesquite Texas store on Town East Blvd. To think of it, no more Grandy's period. I'll cook my own. Anyway,I had noticed that the chicken had no flavor and tasted like flour and grease on my last two visits. I decided to give them anothet chance Last night. I spoke to a manager who said that they changed vendors due to complaints and allowed me to taste a leg before I bought a 16 peice. I was satisfied that it was back to Grandys standard. My family and I were shocked to find the rest of the chicken was the nasty horrible grease and flour. I felt betrayed because the leg I sampled was obviously from a different batch. I called the manager who said, "you tasted, and it is all the same". I'm taking the chicken back to get my refund of 31.00, will file a complaint with corporate, and find out what's going on with them. They have lost a long-term customer. I don't know what has happened.
