I just drove through your Dairy Queen store on NW Topeka Blvd. in Topeka, Ks. I will not do business there again because the last two visits, the employee was rude and acted like I was putting her out to assist me. Business in Topeka Kansas has failed these past couple of years and I would think it would be important to your company to know this type of situation takes place in one of your stores. I was a GM of a private country club and was pleased when someone would make me aware of an employee situation.Sorry to bring bad news your way but it definitely needs to be looked in to. It was a black female employee and she has been the same way the last two times I went there.Thank you!
I loved D.Q. ice-cream and always order the quarts. The 24th of Feb. I ordered the chocolate and vanilla twist. Eating it for a few days, in the middle of the container was a big spring.. I thought it was a big chunk of ice but continued to take it out of my mouth. Thankfully I had not choked on it! The owner of the Columbia IL D.Q. offered me a 20.00 gift card and told me the part was from there ...icecream machine. I was more concerned with a child getting the spring in an icecream cone, they could have easily choked on it. I talked to the ADQ corporation on the phone on Feb.26, after spending more than a half hour on the phone they told me it would be reported. So far I have gotten 2 identical letters by the ADQ corporation thanking me for my shared experience with them. They have not only lost a valuable customer of many years, but also many of my friends with children.
well im a very upset customer I went thru the drive thu and as I was pulling away I notice the smell of weed and I stopped and I went around and went the store and I ordered a ice cream cone and the mgr smelled like weed bad I no she was a mrs cause she wore a black shirt and there was 2 guys working with her I just want yall to no cause a lot of kids good there and what of exsample this business is a family business and I no when I was kid I used to chill there just the thought of that is sad the world is already meesed up and thn to have dq give that exsample I think you need to do random uas and find ut whats going on ... is store im talking about is in Hereford tx I have brought to the mgr but I feel like I should tell yall too
My daughter was recently employed by dairy queen on market street in salem or.The manager, Lorna Johnson , was.also my manager when i worked at A & W 22 years ago. She forced me into quitting because she wsnted to give.her sister my position. Now she.is once again using her position to attack my daughter for personal reasons. She has removed my daughter and her boyfriend from the schedule because my daughters boyfriend recently ended a relationship with her grand daughter. She has turned us in to the dept of human services, she lied to the police and told them my daughter was pregnant and using meth amphetamines,which is a complete li. My daughter is not pregnant nor has she ever used meth. I find it repusive that she can use her manager position and government agencies to get revenge. If Dairy Queen continues to allow.such unproffessional behavior displayed at the management level, I and many of my family and friends will no longer be customers. She will continu to use her position to fulfill her personal vendetas, her track records prooves it has been going on for 20 years or more. So Dairy Queen, just ask yourself is she worth losing the many customers you have lost already and the many more that will come from this? Your actions will speak for you. But if you were to just take some time ro investigate you will see that my daughter was let go not for her job performance but cause ahe dated your managets grand daughter. What a example ahe sets for all those young kids who are employed by you. My family will return to your business when she is removed, keep in mind i have 38 cousins who support my daughter. Thats a lot of blizzards.
I visited the Dairy Queen in Petersburg Il and the fowl odor of cannabis was so pungent from the employees outside was so strong that anyone who was in the vicinity of them would have the odor on them I will not be back. Had it not bee for me having my daughters I would not of even went in. But upon going in the DQ I wish I would of left! The loudness of the employees and improper language was horrible. What a waste of a new establishment!
My hubby went through the drive-thru tonight located at 316 South Power Rd in Mesa AZ tonight. March 21, 2014. He ordered a Grill Burger with Cheese combo meal and I ordered a Flame Thrower Grill Burger and we ordered two Hawaiian Blizzards. As I was eating my burger I bit into something strange. I pulled it out of my mouth it was a long blue bristle, like from a cleaning brush. I was so grossed out. I called down there and they said bring my receipt and they would either make me a new burger or refund my money. No, apology or anything. I sent my son down to just get a refund since I was already nauseated. All they did was refund my money. No apology or even any kind of incentive to try to keep me as a customer. This is not the first time we have had problems with this location either. On one of our last visits my husband found some kind of metal object, maybe a staple or something in his Iron Grilled Classic Club. That time we just had them remake his sandwich. They did also include a free meal for our next visit. A couple of months ago we had nightly cravings for a large dipped cone dipped in chocolate so we either went to this same location on Power Rd in Mesa or to the location at 2300 W Apache Trail in Apache Junction AZ. The cones that came from the Apache Junction location the cones were 3 rings high and looked like a large cone looked on the websites. At the Power Rd in Mesa AZ the cones were also 3 rings high but they were very small. We to the Mesa location more often than the Apache Junction location because it is a couple of miles closer. Each time we said that we would travel the extra distance next time. But as a convienience we ended up going to the Mesa location. I am however fed up with that location. So I will not be returning there again. There are just way too many problems. I cannot believe after all I had to go through tonight I did not even receive even an apology. Whomever is running that location totally sucks as a manager. Being a manager of a fast food establishment once myself, I know what you need to do to keep your customers happy when they are not satisfied, especially with finding foreign objects in your food and that is not the way it is accomplished. DQ in Old Colorado City, CO needs serious CORPORATE INTERVENTION!! That DQ is quite busy most of the time & I'm sure makes the company lots of money! However, it is going downhill very fast--especially recently--whether new Mgt. or untrained employees or what? Me & 3 friends stopped in on SUN (16 MAR 14) to buy DQ Blizzards & Banana Splits after a long hike. The place was very busy--both inside & at the drive-thru. BUT, the workers were so very SLOW, & had no clue what they were doing with all the ORDERS!! They kept making orders for people inside who had NOT ordered such items!!! I don't know if they were confusing them with the drive-thru or what? Anyways, they continued to keep making items that were NOT for any of us inside, while we all kept waiting for the ORDERS we PAID for. On top of that, the ice cream was very soft & melted (not normal) or they were letting things sit too long before they called the folks to get their orders finally. It was an absolute nightmare & all the customers were very ANGRY that day. Some left, some gave up, some had to wait & wait, & some had to wait for the orders to be re-made! UNREAL!! And there was NO APOLOGY or even an EXCUSE for why they were screwing up so bad with all the orders!!! Our orders in particular, were NOT made correctly & were like mush when we got them. The Banana Splits looked awful & very melted. The blizzards were made wrong twice--like they had NO CLUE how to make anything on their menu! And then my Blizzard was the WORST of ALL!! The 1st time (Pecan Cluster--my FAV) was not made with the correct ingredients & it was all melted. Then I asked the black gal to remake it & get the right ingredients inside this time. It appeared she threw the 1st one maybe in the trash, but then I wondered. As I watched what I could of her attempting to remake another (with like a Mixer machine blocking some of my view), she was doing things I've never ever seen! She used a total of 5 DQ cups to mix & remix by hand (with a spoon) & scrape & remix by hand the ingredients for a Pecan Cluster Blizzard!!!!!! I never saw her use the machine mixer--unless she used it in the very beginning??? I even wondered if she picked up the original one I thought she threw in the trash & decided to reuse what was in that cup, while mixing & mixing by hand & adding other ingredients from that cup to 5 other cups before she was finally done!! She kept mixing/stirring with a plastic spoon the chocolate, the nuts, the ice cream, the caramel or whatever else she thought should be in the cup this time. IT was UNREAL to see her DESTROY a DQ Blizzard like she did!!!! By the time I waited & then got the 2nd one, it still wasn't made right (but better than the 1st one) & terribly melted!!!!!!!!!! I've never seen a worker make a blizzard like that before. They normally put in all the ingredients in the cup, then use the machine mixer until all is well blended! Is this what DQ has come to these days? If U can't hire/train your workers properly or pay them enough to keep the good ones, then U might as well start shutting down all the DQ's across America, don't U think? Also, that DQ is so small & such a dump for the high volume of business it does that I feel DQ should either remodel it completely, or move it somewhere nearby where it can be made much larger. I sure hope CORPORATE is LISTENING to its CUSTOMERS & doing something about it!!!!!!! THANK YOU!
Dairy Queen Eau Claire WI Menomonie Street......As a corporation that has the name Dairy Queen logo represented here needs to be aware of the owner, manager or what ever he is is doing to your name. He is very rude and down right mean to customers. Where he is located is a excellant location to serve the public. Entrance to a park, colllege close and many events that occur in the park-Carson Park. The last two week ends marathons have been held throughout the city and anybody that would attempt to turn around in his parking lot he would run out and tell people to get out of his parking lot unless they were going to make a purchases. We had a stand (water and cheering ) at a post one mile from the finish line. We were present for 8 hours volunteering our time for the community. He sat and watched to make sure nobody parked or even dropped people off any wear near his store. His lot was not even full. I could understand if the parking area was full of customers and he was in need of more parking but that was not the case. He actually insulted me verbally because I parked for a brief time to help set up-and had no concern that I have a knee high cast on my right foot. There also was a dog somewhere in the store. He would walk his dog around to I presume to go to the bathroom twice during the day and would return into the resturant. HE WATCHED US LIKE WE WERE CRIMINALS......every time one of us asked if we could us the bathroom we had a make a purchase. $1.72 for a small soda.Solution: Be nice to you potential customers. Watch out OSHA may arrive because I believe dogs are not allowed in resturants. Is he aware of much business we a marathon members have and could increase his sales if he was a better business man. Post signs in the parking lot that state for customer only-not one sign was present. The group that I worked with are two company's that have volunteered at the marathon for many years and believe me and my co-workers will never step foot into that Dairy Queen. Its really sad that people have such a negative attitude and feel like they need to treat people with such disrespect. He asked me my address so he could go and park his car in my yard-really....its not like his land is great green grass it was gravel. The look on his face made me even fearful to get out of my car. Does he have a gun? I feel like he thought I was a low class ungreetful citizen. I pay my taxes and feel I have the right to use public walk ways, sidewalks, bike paths, ect.Dairy Queen Corporation Respresentative really should follow up on this because he really is giving the name a very negative impact. Also the prices are way out of line for a Dairy Queen..........
I have been to the Big Lake, MN Dairy Queen 3 times in 3 weeks. The first 2 times they were so slow I almost left & there weren't a lot of cars in the parking lot indicating they were overwhelmed. I have never had this experience with this Dairy Queen before so I don't know if they had a bunch of new employees......it was like 20 minutes for a burger. Then I get the burger the 1st 2 times & the lettuce was gross-very wilted like it had been placed on the grill & huge chunks of onion & so much ketchup it dripped every where. Then I decided to give them another try because prior to these last 3 times I never had trouble with this Dairy Queen. So I stopped tonight, no long wait but I was very specific about the fresh lettuce & thin sliced onion so I ordered a burger with lettuce, onion, tomato, ketchup & was very specific about the fresh lettuce & thin sliced onion. I get the burger no onion & very scant lettuce, sent it back & asked that they put on some pickles as long as they need to add the onion. Got the burger back & they removed the tomato. Sent it back & they added the tomato back & added 1 pickle slice. I don't know who or what they have working at this Dairy Queen but it is a joke. The one day when I had to wait just to order for over 10 minutes I had to say "is anyone there"? The cars were lining up behind me & everyone was getting mad-it wasn't even at lunch hour it was like 2:00 pm. I don't know what has changed at this Dairy Queen but they are going to lose business if they don't figure it out. They can hand out all the discount coupons they want but if they don't figure it out they won't have anyone to hand them out to. I knew tonight not to drive away until I checked the burger out & I was right-I sent the burger back twice & still got stuck with 1 sick pickle slice & very scant lettuce that wasn't even a leaf it was like chopped or something. Pretty sad don't you think?
I have been a member of the DQ fan club for quite sometime; look forward to those BOGO coupons for my birthday. I tried to print it out so I could use it with a family member right on my birthday; the site choked; and could not gather the coupon for print. When I refreshed and went back in, I got a message that someone had already printed it and there was only 1 per customer allowed. I never printed it! I am a regular at my local DQ in Walled Lake, MI, I thought for sure if I showed my license, that it was my birthday that day, there would be no problem to buy one and get one. The cashier was a snotty little thing; have seen there before; sadly this is a girl who should not work with people. She told me that even though their register was not high tech and reading the coupon's bar code was not the issue, she would need to talk to the manager about it. When she came out of the back after a few minutes; seemed like there was no manger there at this time of night, or I would think the manger would come out and tell me him/herself, this cashier tells me their register is set up so there is a bar code read for the BOGO and she needs the coupon..what-t-t-t? My family member and I step to the side so we do not hold up the line; this cashier says to us as we are off to the side, "Hey, do you know what you want now?" while she is throwing her hip to one side, holding her eyes and lips in a disgusted-with-the-customer sort of way. I lost interest in my blizzard and that DQ. Have had it with the snotty employees DQ hires; there are other places to go.
My daughter is a GM for a Dairy Queen. She has been putting in between 60 /80 hours a week. She is a hard worker but the people working for her are lazy, don't clean as they should, complain, have been rude to her customers. She is getting worn out, has three little girls she doesn't get to see very much. Her two year old ran after her crying when she was leaving for work one day, because her Mommy is always gone. Dairy Queen do something about your workers! Get rid of the worthless people, give your good people better pay. Help your GM by finding fillins for them when they are short handed, so they don't have to run themselves in the ground making yoy richer. You can thank my daughter for the good sleep you get, because your comfort is her a great loss.
OUR STORY TAKES PLACE IN FESTUS, MO.ON 6/8/14 WE ORDERED DINNER TO GO.CAME HOME, MY HUSBAND AND I SAT AT THE DINNER TABLE TO EAT OUR DINNER AND OUR TEENAGER GRABBED HIS CHICKEN BASKEST AND HEADED TO HIS ROOM TO EAT. A FEW MINUTES LATER HE CAME RUNNING OUT OF HIS ROOM DISGUSTED AND SHOWED US HIS BASKET. THE GRAVY WAS CLOUDY WATER BUT THE BEST PART WAS THE GREASE FILLED SCREW WITH FRENCH FRIES STUCK TO IT!!!!!! THANK GOD WE DO NOT HAVE A TODDLER GRABBING A FIST FULL OF FRIES TO EAT. ONCE THIS WAS BROUGHT TO THE MANAGER AND OWNERS ATTENTION THAT NIGHT WE GOT A NEW CHICKEN BASKET AND WAS TOLD THAT THE OWNER WAS OUT DO TO A NEW BABY ARRIVAL HOWEVER HE WOULD CONTACT US WITH A "GIFT". GOING ON 20 DAYS AFTER THE INCIDENT WE HAVE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THE OWNER OR ANYONE AT DAIRY QUEEN. THE OWNER EVEN TOLD US THAT ITS NOT THE 1ST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED BUT DQ WILL NOT ALLOW HIM TO HAVE A DIFFERENT FRYER EVEN IF ITS FAULTY; ITS DQ CORPORATIN ITSELF THAT IS TO BLAME. I HAVE A PICTURE OF THIS BASKET. WE CONTACTED THE DQ HEADQUARTERS NUMBER AND NOTIFIED THEM OF THE INCIDENT........WE WILL SEE WHAT RESULTS THIS BRING. My wife and I went through the drive through,1023 Pleasant st, Beloit WI, and ordered two medium chocolate cones. The chocolate had the consistency of chocolate mousse. When we inquired about it, one of the girls rolled her eyes and the other said that's how chocolate always is. We are in our fourties. We know this was not true. We gave it back to them and was not offered anything but attitude. I called about 30 minutes later and talked to the manager, debby. She couldn't help with even identifying the employees because she was in the basement. She too was unpleasant. Not a good experience. We did however go to the Dairy Queen on Cranston Rd. and buy two more.
We have used Dairy Queen in Stephenville TX and also the one on I-20 and HWY281 in Santo I believe. Now we are being told that your security has been breached and people are able to hack our bank accounts???? We will no longer go to Dairy Queen for this treason. It will be posted on public forums. It companies can't protect their customers information then they shouldn't be in business!!! Pissed off as HELL!

Repairs needed at Terra Alta, West Virginia. No chocolate ice cream as machine keeps breaking down so now stopped trying to fix it. . The store itself needs to be replaced doesn't even feel clean. Please. Help.
We are so tired of the Dairey Queen in Russellville Arkansas. There is a manager there by the name of Haley. She works on Sunday evenings. She has told us that we should have ordered the right way to start with and then there would not be any reason to bring the food back up to the counter. We told her that she was the one that messed up the order to start with. We ask for a manager and she said that she was it. She showed her attitude when we originally walked up to the counter. She is just awful to have to deal with. This is the second time we have had to deal with her. Both times on a Sunday evening. We have witnessed her yelling at two other employees before. She did that right in front of people in the store. Masked it very uncomfortable for paying customers. This woman, Haley, should never be in charge of anyone.
We had a very similar experience with this same person a few days ago. She showed her rude attitude while we were ordering. My name is Cheryl Wilson. I will not be back there again. Poor management skills. I am a native of russellville and think it is a shame that this DQ is not a friendly place.
Your store in South Williamson Kentucky is not offering the 5.00 lunch box anymore. They stopped offering this about a year ago. I used to go there and order the 5.00 Lunch box very often and then one day they told me they were no longer offering this on their menu because it cost to much for them to do this. What is up with this?? I thought all your DQ'S offered this deal. I was told that the only time they do them now is when they are being audited.. You better be checking on this location. Seems to me they are trying to outsmart you and are doing things that are not up to par!!

DQ north of Ocala, Fl. on 326 & I-75 has got to be the most ill run outfit in the country! Many people were upset but complaints fell on deaf ears. The people were totally indifferent. Since it is an interstate pull off stop I guess they don't give a shit. After that experience we not only won't stop there again, we won't visit any DQ. Your people need to check out the crappy locations.

THEN WHEN THEY ALL DECIDED TO LEAVE THE YOUNGEST LOOKING GIRL CAME BACK IN AND TOLD KYLE THAT THEY WERE LEAVING AND THEY KISSED RIGHT OVER THE COUNTER. YOU ARE LUCKY THAT I AM NOT A SECRET SHOPPER BECAUSE YOUR SCORE WOULD HAVE BEEN A -10. THIS DAIRY QUEEN IS LOCATED NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF ROBERT RD AND HWY 69 IN PRESCOTT VALLEY. My niece works at the D.Q in San Antonio, TX on Nogalitos St. The manager and her Family members threaten other employees to clock them in on their day off. Now my niece has called your office but never gets to talk to someone or she gets the round around. If they can't go to yall then who? They're stealing not just from the company but from the employees.

I have a complaint against the Dairy Queen location on 9080 Dixie Hwy Louisville, KY 40258. Phone number is ( 502) 995-8275 The manager who happen to be a African-American woman kicked me out because I complained about the door being locked so she was pretty much hostile to me this entire thing. I wasn't disruptive or anything. Plus, I've witnessed her abusing her employees, such as yelling and cursing. The incident happened yesterday afternoon. I will not rest until the issue is addressed. But until then, I will not be going there ever again.
i have a complaint. here is the review i posted for the DQ i ate at and i am very upset about it if you want to contact me here is my email address [email protected] I was there this afternoon around 230pm with my husband and 2 kids and we all got blizzards and they didnt flip them over, and if they did it would have gone all over the place since the ice cream was half melted. halfway through eating a young man came in asking if he can get chocolate in ice cream that he already bought and was told no so he went out and i guess told his wife or girl friend and she was asking to please add some chocolate to it and the "manager" said i cant do it since the chocolate was hot and would melt the ice cream. so the customer knocked the ice cream onto the counter and left the building and right behind her the 2 "workers" followed her and started to fight. the workers had the customers hair in their hands and hitting her head on the car. while this is all going on screaming and yelling and cussing. my kids who are 1.5 yrs and 3.5 yrs didnt need to see or hear this. as we were leaving the customer was on the phone with the cops
I worked for a dq in TX and loved my job but we got a new manager anna h. and when she started she had told people she would get me out of the store one way or the other. she was talking crap about me to all the other crew members even talking about me to my son at a funera!l well a "customer" called in and said I was on my cell ph at the counter cussing and raising he** so I was fired with no warning or nothing. the other crew person that was working with me told our D.M. I wasn't on my ph up front an wasn't talking like that, but still I was fired. when someone asked anna about it she just laughed and said o well she just has bad luck! when I was fired I was called on my cell ph while I was in the ER with my 17 yr old son who had been hit in the head during football and had a head injury, that's how is was fired! anna was always talking about each crew member to the other crew members and to the public. if you was a lady customer you don't get waited on by her she waits on the male customers 1st even if the lady was there 1st. shes even gone so far as to go out in the dining room and sit down at the table with the man. shes always got her boyfriend at the store at night if shes theres and they sit over at booth holding hands while we are working and busy.

Saturday, 10th of October.. went to the dairy queen in garden home, in Oregon.. my husband got a banana split, we got it, hu it had no banana on it, took it up to the counter, told the girl, she said I'm running around trying to do everything, that she forgot the banana, put a banana on it, it was rotten in the center, I told her that banana is rotten, she said it is not rotten, I asked her to please make me a new banana split... well I could she said, which was the wrong thing to say...but she made a new one, and then didn't put the whip cream on it.... young untrained kids working there... dairy queen is slipping a lot...
Friday the6th of November we went to our local Dairy Queen (11274 S. Fortuna RD, Ste A Yuma AZ)for a burger. There were no customers there at all at 6:00 P.M. which we thought was odd. When we got inside we found out why. There were no HOT EATS!!! just cool treats. We left and won't be back. The lessee has made a terrible mistake doing away with the hot food and I predict the place won't be open for long if he doesn't put the hot food back .Needless to say, we and a lot of others are disappointed. My family and I just came through the drive-thru on 12/9/2015 at 8:15 pm. We went to the Dairy Queen on 7118 Marbach, San Antonio, TX 78227. I believe the store number is Table Q#3. We ordered 3 Small blizzards and 2 waffles Cones Blizzards. When we got the waffle cone blizzards we were shock how small this cone is. In the commercial these cones are bigger. I finished my blizzard before my 15 year old did and she had a small blizzard in a cup. I would have been better off getting the size she orders there was more ice cream in her. I would have been better off going to 31 flavors and ordering 2 scopes waffle cone from them for less with more ice cream. I cheated and that somehow this was false advertising. I am disappointed and bewilder by you all. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.Sinerely,Denise Blair

DQ, Tacoma, WA (Point Defiance), went to buy 2 hamburgers, both had stale buns. My wife's burger has to be special ordered (no ketchup, no onions) well got home and found very else on the burger, we had to add our ingredients. Onion rings were over done, fries tasted old. Just wasted $15.00 WILL NEVER RETURN even on a hot day for ice cream. The girl at the window seemed bewildered when I needed the special order, no customer savvy. Suggest you all get off your b___ from sitting in those comfy leather chairs and go look at these "independents" as I am told they are, what a rip off. When was the last time you ate at one of your DQ's, instead of steak/crab.
I have been to the Dairy Queen in West Liberty,Kentucky and I will not be back. They General Manager curses all the time and on day shift a young lady doing the cooking also curses all the time. I am a Christian and I will not eat at a resturant that they say such words as the F word all the time. They also have people that work in there that do drugs on the job. I sure don't want someone like that making my food. I am going to tell my friends about the place, because it is not fit to take children to. I suggest you do something about your general manager.
I visited your Dairy Qeen location at 6126 fairburn road douglasville Georgiaon Friday May 20th ordered a chicken bsket with onion rings ,I got a order that I would not even serve to my dog I called the manager and he said he wold replace the garbage I was serves ,I go there tonight and a different manager and no notes left about me getting my meal replaced,the manger was giving me the third degree because I did not have my receipt,so instead of going through all the hassles I just walked out I EXPECT MY CREDIT TO NOT BE CHARGED BECAUSE OF INCOMPENTENT MAGERS THAT CAN NOT COMMUNICATE,I WILL NOT VISIT ANY DQ IN THE NEAR FUTURE ,IF YOU WOULD NOT EAT IT YOURSELF IT SHOULD NOT BE SERVED.
I just drove into the Glasgow, KY Dairy Queen and their always seems to be issues when you order any type of ice cream. I just ordered a banana split and I had to remind them that a banana split should have whip cream and nuts/cherries. When I got home my husband asked where the bananas were?? I called the Dairy Queen and had to leave a message for the manager to call. Someone really needs to get with this Dairy Queen!!!
I was offended last night while watching WWE monday night Raw-----it was mentioned that a wrestler should instead of trying to wrestle because it was hard work that maybe they sould try seeking employment at Dairy Queen I think it was wrong of them to say that----Dairy Queen workers work long hard hours not 15 min at a time hope you look into this matter
Today, we went to our local DQ on Justin Rd, Flower Mound, Tx. Steak Finger. TOTALLY GROSS. Been getting for years and this year, 50/50 on quality. Today, I think they lefts overs from yesterday. Totally dried out. Almost like jerky with a crust. Senior discount useles with food you can't consume! This was 12noon! Really? Leftovers! Yuck!
I recently visited a Dairy Queen in the Peachtree Ctr Mall in Downtown Atlanta. Clearly your advertisement visually shows biscuit with gravy add with sausage chopped and folded into the gravy. When I ordered, I explained the last time I ordered biscuit and gravy, it did not have any sausage in it. She stated it does not come like that. I showed her the ad that flashed by and she stated she understood but they don't serve it like that. I told her that was false advertisement and she be shown the way you serve it. I asked her how much with sausage added she stated an additional 1.99 cent. May I suggest you review your ad and stop false advertising. I want my money back.
I ordered a ice cream cake from Dairy Queen and they messed up the order. The local store in Tampa did a great job in tried to deal with the situation the best they could. The funny thing is is I sent an email to the corporate headquarters and I got the most ridiculous email I've ever read. They blamed their vendor for the issue. It has their name on it but they blame their vendor. They failed to take any accountability for themselves. As I read up above I agree with the comments it seems like there needs to be some new senior leadership. They are a lacking accountability and proper ownership of their own process in their own name. Very shocking
My daughter and I went to the Dairy Queen in Eau Claire, WI , located on Birch St. We went through the drive-thru and ordered two large, swirl ice-cream cones. When we pulled up to the window to pay, the ice-cream cones waiting for us looked more like two mediums. I told the girl at the window that we ordered two large cones. She said she rung it up as two mediums and told another worker she needed two larges. He yelled back that they were larges. She adjusted the price to large, I paid and left. My daughter and I were not convinced that these were large cones, so I went to another Dairy Queen close by and ordered a large swirl ice-cream cone. What a difference! The cone was much bigger with much more ice-cream. I did call the manager at the Birch Street store and tried to explain what happened. He kept interrupting me, first asking me if this was about the mushroom and Swiss. I told him no and tried to continue. Then he asked, oh is this about the two swirls. I replied yes is was and he went into this long winded explanation about ice-cream weight and switching out cones. I don't even know. But I do know I do not trust that locations quality. Even the girl at the register rung the cones up as mediums and another location delivered an honest,quality product which the Birch Street store did not. If there is a problem with cone size or what not, a suggestion may be to tell the customer when they order. Also, make sure the entire crew is aware of the issue so you don't seem dishonest.
